DAVIE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 10, 2005 -- China Direct Trading Corporation (OTC BB:CHDT.OB - News) ("China Direct"), a U.S.-Chinese trading company, today announced that, through its China Pathfinder Fund, LLC (CPF) subsidiary, it received an additional purchase order commitment for 400 40kw generators from Complete Power Solutions, LLC of Florida (CPS).

China Direct and CPS recently signed a five-year exclusive agency and distribution agreement, making CPS China Direct`s exclusive distributor for generators in the Southeast and Northeast U.S. China Direct now has purchase order commitments for 900 generators over the next 12 months which, if all 900 generators result in consummated sales, then China Direct projects gross generator sales revenues of just over $7,000,000 in fiscal year 2006. China Direct expects to begin shipping generators within three to four months, after the generators receive a contractually-required Universal Laboratory/UL approval. While UL approval is not assured, the Company is not aware of any reason that the Chinese-made generators would not qualify for UL approval. The 20kw to 50kw generators are designed to run an entire home or small business.
CPS, the exclusive supplier for Home Depot in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida, is planning on expanding into the Northeast and Southeast U.S. over the next few months in anticipation of greater consumer demand for back-up energy sources.

Engineering services company Fluor Corp. (NYSE: FLR) has received a $500 million contract to install emissions control equipment for the Kentucky Utilities Co. Fluor will provide engineering, procurement and construction services for the installation of four new gas desulfurization systems at KU`s Ghent and E.W. Brown plants in northern and central Kentucky. The FGD systems will reduce sulfur dioxide emissions at the coal-fired plants and allow KU to provide greater value to customers, the company said. Industrial services firm Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq: MTRX) on Thursday said it swung to a profit in the fiscal first quarter despite several charges from restructuring and legal fees. The upbeat results prompted Matrix to raise its annual revenue outlook.

die durststrecke scheint überwunden,diese woche wird eine sehr erfolgreiche woche für uns werden,der heutige anstieg ist als befreiungsschlag zu werten,die korrektur ist beendet,und wir werden uns stetig der 10 cent annäheren..
heute werden wir wohl auf tageshoch schliessen,um morgen das gap zu schliessen...wo dieser sein wird hängt massgeblich von dem heutigen schlusskurs ab...

Nachdem mir ein paar Irre heute swkj zu 0,14 abnahmen hatte ich auch hier auf positive Kursentwicklung gehofft! Die Aktie hat scheinbar ein negatives Standing! Wenn man überlegt in welchem Umsatzvolumen Neuaufträge eingingen stünde auch hier eine Korrektur der Bewertung nach oben an! Schau mer mal würde der Franz sagen...
