(PINKSHEETS: PNRR) announced today that it has licensed the BCT gasifier manufacturing and marketing rights in Africa to Crestwave Technologies Pty Ltd. (Crestwave), a South African company. The agreement required the approval and ratification of BioConversion Technology, LLC (BCT) that holds the patents, know-how and other skills necessary to create a gasifier. The gasification technology was developed and patented by Robert "Bud" Klepper who housed this intellectual property in BioConversion Technology (BCT). BCT then issued licenses to own, operate, and install gasifier projects at various sites.

Gasifier technology converts any material containing carbon into a synthesis-gas that has energy value. The process is environmentally friendly as it eliminates noxious emissions and waste accumulations.

Pinnacle has been a worldwide licensee of the BCT technology for four years and has helped financially to build the first two operating models, a one ton and a five ton per day demonstration unit. Other licensees have contributed to help build a 15 ton per day and a 50 ton per day gasifier. The license to Crestwave required that Pinnacle surrender its rights to market the BCT gasifiers on the African continent, but Pinnacle became the exclusive exporter of any BCT equipment to other parts of the world. Included in Pinnacle's license agreement are other BCT products like an ethanol skid, methanation unit, and special catalysts, all of which become part of the product line that Pinnacle can export out of Africa to anywhere else in the world.

Mr. Gamble, President of Pinnacle, indicated that the agreement was most beneficial to Pinnacle because "the company now has a source of equipment that it didn't have in the United States. We avoided the giant capital expenditure of setting up a manufacturing facility for the gasifiers." Jan Becker, Technical Director, added that "the gasifier is becoming an important factor in the race toward the 'greening of America' as there is more and more awareness that many of the substances that America throws away can be gasified and then made into useful products like electricity, ethanol, methanol, and bio-diesel. And that is exactly what this gasifier technology accomplishes."

Englewood, Colorado- (Trans World News)- October 19, 2005.--Green Energy Corp. (OTC: GEYC) announced that it, jointly with BioConversion Technology, LLC, has signed a Manufacturing and Sales License Agreement with Crestwave Technologies (Pty) Ltd of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Green Energy holds a patent license on the BCT Gasifier invented and developed by BioConversion Technology. The BCT technology that converts carbon-containing waste including biomass, sewage sludge and municipal solid waste into a synthetic gas (syngas). The produced syngas can be burned in a micro turbine or internal combustion engine to generate electricity, or can be further catalytically converted into high-Btu synthetic natural gas or motor transportation fuel such as ethanol. Crestwave, a South African engineering/construction firm, has acquired a sublicense from BioConversion Technology and Green Energy to build and sell BCT gasifiers throughout Africa and the Indian Ocean islands.

Crestwave and Green Energy Corp. intend to sell gasifiers to communities throughout Africa to provide electricity to communities that lie beyond the reach of the limited electrical grids of the developing nations of the region. At present, where off-grid electric power is available, it is generated by diesel engines that burn expensive fossil fuel. Since Green Energy’s technology is not based on fossil fuel energy, but uses biomass waste instead, it is less costly and does not add to the emission into the atmosphere of additional carbon.

Economics as well as environmental motives will drive the applications of gasification technology. The environmental consideration is expected to play a major role in the granting of financial aid to Africa by the developed nations of the world.

South Africa is the home of SASOL, the largest gasification complex in the world. Diamonaire Now Wholly Owned by Pinnacle

(Other OTC : PNRR.PK - News) announced that it has taken over 100% ownership in Diamonaire (Pty) Limited effective as of July 1, 2006. Since inception of the joint venture, Diamonaire has been owned equally by Ocean Options, a South African closed corporation represented by Chris Wilson, inventor and operator of the AquaWalker technology. Mr. Gamble, President of Pinnacle said that "The increased 50% ownership in Diamonaire will preserve the foreign loan account that Pinnacle has established with the South African Reserve Bank now in excess of Rand 8 Million (approximately US$1.2 million). Pinnacle to Develop Its Vanadium Property via Joint Venture

ENGLEWOOD, CO--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 22, 2006 -- Pinnacle Resources, Inc (Other OTC : PNRR.PK - News) announced today that the Company is seeking to place its 95-percent owned South African subsidiary, Vanadium and Magnetite Exploration and Development (Pty) Limited ("VanMag"), into a joint venture with a major mine developer. VanMag holds a 19,100-acre mineral lease covering a 17-kilometer outcrop of magnetite containing vanadium, titanium, and iron minerals in the Northern Province of South Africa. This body of mineralization has recently been licensed by the South African Department of Minerals to initiate mining operations.

The drill-indicated tonnage of the magnetite mineralization was estimated at 419 million tons to a depth of 200 meters containing 6.4 million tons of vanadium pentoxide. The primary value of the mineralization is vanadium with iron and titanium constituting valuable co-products. Vanadium's main industrial use is in the production of high-strength steel and other metallurgical applications. The current price of vanadium pentoxide is $10 per pound.

A preliminary feasibility study projected a capital investment of US$106,000,000 to build a plant and mine to process 2,100 tons of magnetite ore per day to produce 6,000 tons per year of vanadium pentoxide. Because of the magnitude of the project, Pinnacle's management is convinced that finding an industry joint venture partner is necessary to advance the project to the production stage in the shortest time possible. From such a joint venture relationship Pinnacle expects to realize some immediate cash and a carried shareholding in a public company that will serve as the operating company for VanMag.

Drei News in kurzer Zeit nach über einem Jahr ohne irgendwelche Meldungen gibt zumindest wieder Hoffnung. Jetzt müsste die Homepage noch aktualisiert werden. Mich würde vor allem die aktuelle Zahl der Aktien interessieren.

Die Kursentwicklung vom Freitag sieht schon mal gut aus, bis zu meinem ersten Einstandskurs fehlt aber noch einiges.
