Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. Commences Implementation of ''Operation Cagayan De Oro,'' Coinciding with the Start of Gold Trading Operations in Mindanao
Pearl Asian Mining (OTC: PAIM) announced today that its Engineering Team, led by Chief Mining Officer (CMO) Engineer Cesar Rosales, submitted the work plan on "Operation Cagayan de Oro." This is slated to commence the development of the gold mining site once the Small Scale Mining Permit (SSMP) is secured. The site is located about 3 hours south east of Cagayan de Oro (River of Gold) City, Mindanao Island, Philippines, which is approximately 1 1/2 hours flight south of Manila.

Initially, CMO Engineer Rosales reported, "The Team had determined that considerable amounts of gold and other precious mineral resources are indeed present in the area. This is based upon the information relayed by the Higaonon (local tribesmen) elders to the PAIM Gold Team, regarding the historical and current small-scale mining activities of the Tribe's Chieftain.

"The mining operation will start small with a minimum of 3 tons/day production due to manual breaking and hauling of ores. Once we operate the mine, our target is to increase our production output from 3 tons/day to 150 tons/day. The tonnage will increase when we find additional veins for mining. Together with Senior Geologist Reggie Selvano and OIC Engr. Jonathan Mercado we will be conducting reconnaisance and prospecting in the area to look for the best site for our tailings dam. The mining method to be employed is tunneling (stoping). The processing method to be used in our operation is environment friendly and is in accordance with the Pearl Asian's vision and mission. The process will depend on the specific gravity of gold and will not require the use of acids that are known to be destructive to the environment and harmful to health. Of course, actual operations will commence once we obtain our SSMP, which is currently being processed."

The entire mining plant will be fabricated from China. President/CEO Randolf Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist Elvis Hidalgo are scheduled to visit the manufacturing center during the week of June 1st to the 4th to finalize the purchase and shipping of the mining plant.

Sr. Geologist Selvano and group will prospect for additional reserves to assist the operation in providing available veins/veinlets to be mined. Landslide is prone in the area due to hydraulicking, this will be included in the geo-hazard analysis to safely locate the site of our mill facilities and bunkhouses. The present scenario of the area, particularly the environment will be documented, and will be included in our environmental report. Civil Engineer Mike Penalosa will lead the design and construction of the staff house, warehouse and the structures needed in the mill site. Site grading will be done to level the ground in the near future. Backhoes will be used in the tailings dam construction thus making the work fast and easy.

Our Mechanical Engineers will do the planning to install and maintain all the equipment and machines of the mine and mill. Construction of small dams for the embankment of water is to be used for water supply. Brother Manny, the Chief Community Relation Officer, will orient the host and nearby communities regarding the activities of Pearl Asian Mining Industries. He will also address the basic needs of the community such as building schools, a chapel, already under construction, safe water systems, etc. He will coordinate with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to acquire seedlings to be planted around the mine site, thus helping to develop a relationship with the community.

Chief Metallurgist Engr. Elvis Hidalgo will be in charge of the laboratory analysis of the samples and refining our products. Prior to the mining operation, the Metallurgical Laboratory & Gold Refinery will be constructed on the newly acquired industrial lot. The permits and licenses for the construction of the gold refinery in Cagayan de Oro are already in the process. "We are targeting to start the construction of the gold refinery and laboratory complex in July, 2006," exclaimed V.P. & Chief Chemist Engr. Gary Gotanco.

The Metallurgical Laboratory & Gold Refinery is centrally located, just adjacent to the Airport of Cagayan De Oro, for easy access and transport of the gold & silver powders to Geneva, Switzerland for final Hallmarking and Gold Silver Bullion production.

"Operation Cagayan de Oro" will be an immediate revenue-making mine, with an initial gold buying and selling to begin the last week of June and early July, 2006. Thus, Gold production will immediately begin after securing the SSMP within the year 2006. Pearl Asian Mining Industries To Purchase Small Scale Processing Plant Up To 16+ Tons/Day Production In The Placer Gold Recovery of ''Operation Cagayan De Oro''
Pearl Asian Mining (OTC: PAIM) announced today that President/CEO Randolf Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist, Elvis Hidalgo had a successful visit to China in order to purchase the gold processing plant designed for the "Operation Cagayan de Oro" Project.

President/CEO Randolf Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist, Elvis Hidalgo met with Mr. Xie Feng, the manager of (CNGC) China National Gold Corp. - the biggest gold mining company of China with an annual gold production of 70 tons. They visited Shenyang to see the Tianlin Gold Processing Plant & Refinery and the town of Dalian which is the manufacturing site of their gold equipment to be used for Placer gold recovery.

President Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist Hidalgo brought along at least 30kg of Gold Ores from Cagayan De Oro's mine samples for testing. "We ran their equipment using our ORE as feed. We are very impressed on the capability of the equipment - it really works! They gave us live demonstrations and we have witnessed that the equipment are indeed very useful in our gold projects in Cagayan de Oro. We were able to extract some gold from the samples that we brought!" exclaimed President Villanueva.

They also visited Dandong, a small scale minesite some 50 miles away from Dalian, which uses the same processing plant that PAIM will buy and use for its mine site. The Gold Processing Plant will be fabricated and should be available for delivery within 2-3 weeks.

90% Buy Back of Pearl Asian Mining Industries' Common Shares Will Be Automatic With The Exchange Date Effective June 15, 2006
Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC: PAIM) announced that the exchange date will be effective June 15, 2006, for the company to buy back approximately 27,000,000,000 or 90% of its issued and outstanding common shares using a convertible debenture.


After a lengthy meeting with NASDAQ, DTC and our transfer agent, it had been confirmed that there is no X-Date or record date for this buy-back exchange.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries had announced last month that the record date for this action was June 1, 2006. However, no record date is required. The exchange date is going to be automatic for all shareholders holding common shares through DTC with the exchange date to be June 15, 2006.

The Shareholders holding through DTC will not have to do anything in this exchange, as this will be a mandatory exchange and automatically done through the same process. A stop transfer will be placed on shares outstanding on June 15, 2006, regarding shareholders that fail to surrender 90% of their common shares for exchange on June 15, 2006. The stop transfer will not be released until those shares are surrendered in exchange for the CDs.

The buy back rate is that for every common share surrendered, Pearl Asian will pay $0.001, the par value of the common shares in the form of convertible debentures, when held to the maturity of 5 years. The CD is to be paid on the 5th year without interest. The debentures can be converted back to common shares at a fixed rate of $0.01 per share at any time on or before maturity, upon surrender of the CD to the company or its transfer agent.

As an example, a shareholder owning 1,000,000 common shares will keep 100,000 common shares and receive a CD with a face value of $900 due and payable in 5 years without interest. In this example, any time during the 5 years, the holder will be entitled to convert that CD to 90,000 common shares.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries (PAIM) Issues Clarification on 90% Buyback of Its Common Shares and Conversion of Debentures to Common Stock; Also Announces a Visit by USA Shareholder to the 'Operation Cagayan De Oro' Gold Minesite

Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC: PAIM) announced that it is close to completing the buyback of approximately 27,000,000,000 or 90% of its issued and outstanding common shares using a convertible debenture (CD). PAIM has transferred to DTCC CD notes with a face value of approximately US$27,000,000.00 which DTCC received approximately June 21, 2006. However, PAIM has not received any of the 27,000,000,000 common shares subject of the buyback.

DTCC should be in the process of sending to PAIM 90% of the common and outstanding shares in exchange for the CDs. Although PAIM has set the buyback/exchange date for June 15, 2006, some confusion has occurred as the brokerages seem to have not been sufficiently informed by their clearing houses via DTCC to segregate 90% of all common shares held. As a result, some brokerages have erroneously included in the buyback shares purchased after the buyback/exchange date of June 15, 2006. In view of this, PAIM is advising all shareholders to check their accounts and immediately bring to their brokers' attention any discrepancies or errors.

Any shares bought and sold in the market now should only be the remaining 10%, although some of DTCC's participants, i.e. brokers, have failed to notify their clients, which has resulted in many shareholders selling shares short, which they thought were still available from the 90%. Pearl Asian advises shareholders who may have unintentionally sold short on PAIM shares to immediately contact their brokers to work out a way to cover their positions. These shares sold short will be fully known once the first report after the new NASD SHO Regulation, which includes Pink Sheet stocks and took effect July 3, is released within the month. The remaining 10% of common shares in shareholders' accounts should be available for trading at any time.

To reiterate, the buyback rate is that for every common share surrendered, Pearl Asian will pay $0.001, the par value of the common shares in the form of convertible debentures, when held to the maturity of five years. The CD is to be paid on the fifth year without interest. The debentures can be converted back to common shares at a fixed rate of $0.01 per share at any time on or before maturity, upon surrender of the original CD note to the company or its transfer agent. Shareholders' accounts should indicate the value of the CD, with the proviso that said value will mature after five years.

We expect the CD to begin trading OTC on the Yellow Sheets in the near future and there should be no restrictions on selling or trading CDs after the exchange is completed.

Manufacturing Of Gold Mining Equipment Completed and Shipped From China Today to Cagayan De Oro, Pearl Asian Mining Announces
Chief Metallurgist Engr. Elvis Hidalgo and VP/ IRO Engr. Gary Gotanco of Pearl Asian Mining (OTC: PAIM) reports: The Pearl Asian mining engineering group called "CDO Gold Team" is prepared to receive the gold mining equipment from China. They have been preparing the mine and the gold plant site for weeks to set it up by July 31, 2006. The team has been using manual methods in breaking and preparing the location site by using moil, bareta and sledge hammers and using horses due to the remoteness of the area.

The CDO Gold Team is hoping to get the plant into operation within the first week of August or upon its arrival and obtain the first gold revenues. The funds to be generated will be used to cover overheads, purchase larger and state of the art equipment to break and haul the ores instead of the manual methods currently being used. The Gold Team will be able to explore larger goldveins that contain richer and higher grade gold ores, to build better housing accommodation, mine site office and communication center, medical clinic or dispensary. Pearl Asian will be able to hire additional miners and to increase the production rate from the small scale operations to 100++ tons per day by upgrading and adding bigger capacity of the processing plant.

An 18-20 tpd (tons per day) operation, a safe and environmentally friendly methodology, using specific gravity gold and silver extraction processing plant is designed to extract and to process these gold ores. This initial processing plant will act as a pilot plant for the envisaged full-scale operation, to increase the production rate from 20 tpd to 100-200 tpd.

The Operation CDO will produce gold and silver concentrates containing other precious metals and by-products such as copper and zinc.

It should be noted that "Operation Cagayan De Oro" will be the flagship of Pearl Asian Mining (PAIM) for sometime to come, covering an estimated 7,000 hectares of ancestral domain land. Asiat-Bergbau hat auf die Depository Trust Company (DTC) Anmerkungen mit einem Nominalwert von ungefähr $27.000.000.00 gebracht, die das DTC ungefähr am 21. Juni 2006 empfing. Jedoch hat PAIM nicht irgendwelche der 27.000.000.000 allgemeinen Anteile des Rückkaufs empfangen. An diesem Punkt sollten die Anteile, die im Markt gekauft werden und verkauft sind, dem restlichen 10% der Perle \ 's der herausgegebenen und nicht amortisierten Aktien nur entsprechen. Jedoch glaubt die Firma, daß einige der DTC \ 's Teilnehmer, d.h. Vermittler, ihre Klienten haben mitteilen nicht gekonnt, das viele Aktionäre ergeben hat, die kurz Anteile verkaufen. dann kauft lieber jetzt conatct. die ist gerade 6% unter pari und kaum gelaufen. die wollen in 2 bis 3 monaten öl fördern
Bohrergebnisse sollen jeden tag kommen,. und die sollen wohl sensationell sein. Insider haben vorgestern auf einen schlag für 1 mio cad schares gekauft. warum wohl?

und dann ist man vorher bei den 250% plus dabei. und nicht danach.

Pearl Asian Mining continues its preparation to develop the infrastructures of the XYZ Gold Mine Site. The XYZ Gold Team soon will start to rehabilitate the tunnel #3, operating at 50 metric tons per day, where the occurrence of the high-grade gold ores were identified and documented.

Rich gold samples from Tunnel 3 were assayed at 37.35 grams per ton, 49.44 grams per ton and 94.20 grams per ton, giving an average of 60.33 grams per ton.

A. The estimated average of the assay result from Tunnel 3 is 60.33 grams per ton of gold ore and can produce an output of approximately 15,083 grams of gold per day at 30-day month production (15,083 X 30 days) the output of 452,475 grams or 14,596 Troy Ounces (app. 1 gram = 31 Troy Ounce) which is equivalent to $7,298,000 USD per month at a selling price of $500.00 per Troy Ounce.

B. Annual Gross Revenue (AGR) from the gold production to be $87,576,000.00 USD ($7,298,000 X 12). This estimated gold production does not include the sales of silver and other minerals.

C. PAIM\\'s macroscopic plan for the whole Masbate Island because of its rich gold potential is implementing the Community Mining Assistance Program (CMAP) and improved production capability of the Community Small Scale Miners. PAIM is expecting to acquire additional income at a minimum of 12 kilograms or approximately 387 Troy Ounces of gold, which is estimated to produce a gross revenue of approximately $193,500.00 USD.

D. The $193,500 gross revenue per day ($193,500 X 30 days) is estimated to be $5,805,000.00 USD per month to give an annual gross revenue ($5,805,000 X 12) of $69,660,000.00 USD from the community\\'s Small Scale Mining Assistance Program.

E. XYZ Operation Gold Finger will yield an estimated total annual gross revenue of $157,236,600.00 USD ($87,576,000 + $69,660,000). This excludes the income anticipated to result from the sales of silver and other precious metals.

Should the current mining engineering plans continue to be on target, the scheduled income revenue will start to flow during the last quarter of 2006 and early 2007 then on.

Pearl Asian Mining Reports That Gold Processing Equipment Has Arrived; Stockpiles of Gold Ores Ready for Processing and Road Development Continues

(OTCAIM) reports that: The Golden Team, together with the KAHIB Higaonon Tribe Indigenous People, continue to work hard in developing a 7-kilometer new access road using a bulldozer, from the town of Sta. Cruz to Binasan gold mine site. This has been a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week road development project led by Civil Engineer Mike Penalosa. This road will become a permanent access road going to the mine site passable using 4x4 truck and other off-road vehicles, which reduces hiking time from 4 hours to less than 30 minutes from the foot of the minesite area. As soon as the road is fully developed, electrical power supply will be brought up the 700 meters height where the Binasan (meaning gold vein under the sun) gold mine site is located. The pilot gold processing plant has been assembled, installed and is fully equipped, powered by a generator set. A metallurgical assay pilot laboratory is being set up in the gold processing plant building, to conduct in-house analysis on the ores especially those obtained from new veins, thus determining its gold/silver contents. Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD)

Der MACD nimmt im Gebiet der technischen Indikatoren eine Doppelstellung ein, da er sowohl als Trendfolger als auch als Oszillator interpretiert werden kann. Da er auf exponentiell gleitenden Durchschnitten basiert, liegt der Schwerpunkt jedoch eindeutig auf der Trendfolgefunktion. Besonders in den letzten Jahren erfreut sich der MACD einer außerordentlichen Beliebtheit sowohl bei Privatanlegern als auch bei Börsenprofis - vor allem wohl auf seine Vielseitigkeit zurückzuführen. Die MACD-Linie stellt die Differenz zweier exponentiell gewichteter gleitender Durchschnitte (EGGD) dar. Der längerfristige EGGD wird dabei vom kurzfristigen EGGD abgezogen. Die MACD-Linie bewegt sich um die Nullinie herum und kann ähnlich wie das Momentum interpretiert werden. Seine eigentliche Raffinesse gewinnt der MACD jedoch erst, indem er einen dritten exponentiellen GD ins Spiel bringt. Dieser wird von der MACD-Linie gewonnen und dient als Signallinie, genannt "Trigger". Die Schnittpunkte zwischen MACD- und Signallinie werden dann als die eigentlichen Kauf- und Verkaufsempfehlungen interpretiert. Eine Long-Position wird eröffnet (=Kaufsignal), wenn der MACD den Trigger aufwärts schneidet. Wird der MACD vom Trigger wieder eingeholt, wird die Position wieder geschlossen. Möglich ist auch die Verwendung des MACD nur als Trendanzeiger, wenn man zum konkreten Ein- und Ausstieg auf andere Indiaktoren vertraut. Auf diese Weise wird umgangen, daß der MACD einerseits zuverlässiger wird, je langsamer er eingestellt ist, andererseits dann aber auch oft Trends "verschläft". Positive Trends zeigt der MACD an, wenn er oberhalb der Signallinie notiert. Es ist auch möglich einen kommenden Aufwärtstrend zu antizipieren, wenn sich der MACD der Signallinie rasch nähert. Eine dritte Möglichkeit der Interpretation des MACD besteht in der Suche nach Divergenzen, d. h. gegenläufiger Tendenz von MACD-Linie und Kurs. Bildet der Kurs etwa neue Tiefststände heraus, während der MACD schon wieder Aufwärtstendenz zeigt, so könnte dies ein Anzeichen für einen nahenden Trendumschwung auch im Basiswert sein.

Pearl Asian Mining Has Processed at Least 2 Metric Tons of Gold Ore, Producing Up to 2 Kg of Gold Concentrate

Thursday September 28

MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC: PAIM - News) reports: it has processed at least 2 Metric Tons of Gold Ore during the start-up of the Hammer Crusher/Gold Concentrating Equipment being run at substantially less than maximum capacity, as is industry practice during start-up operations, to have an initial indication of operating parameters and conditions. The gold concentrate, estimated to have a gold content of up to 1% by weight, pending results of fire assay to be conducted by external laboratories, is supposed to be tranferred to the gold refining unit in Cagayan de Oro City, pending the arrival within two weeks of the recently acquired REO 6x6 Truck from Manila to securely transport the gold concentrate. Before proceeding with the transfer, Pearl Asian is also coordinating with local security experts - former high-ranking military officers, to provide security detail and recommend ideal security arrangements in transporting the gold.

While the gold-processing operation is on-going, perimeter security at the gold plant has recently been strengthened. A perimeter fence made of heavy gauge cyclone wire is almost completed, currently being topped with barbed wire, and with provisions for connection to an electric power source. Along with a security detail composed of paramilitary men from the Higaonon Tribe guarding the 20-hectare small-scale mining claim, a private security firm has been engaged to secure the area within the High-Security Zones: the gold plant, offices/radio room, and living quarters. A surveillance camera shall also be installed at strategic areas within the year.
Mining and exploration activities continue unabated, to supply a buffer stock of gold ore for processing, with current stockpiles estimated at up to 570 metric tons of high-grade ore, and with new veins being discovered regularly. In the succeeding weeks, the gold plant will be run at increasing production rates until the maximum processing capacity of 18 metric tons gold ore per day will be test run.
In a related development, Pearl Asian is currently negotiating with international trading houses for long-term gold supply contracts, hoping to clinch total contracts of at least 10 metric tons of gold bullion over a period of up to 10 years. The first contract is expected to be closed within the year.
Engineer Elvis Hidalgo, EVP-Chief Metallurgist, stated, "...the gold processing equipment we purchased from China is performing better than we expected so far. With such a compact unit, and without using a ball mill, the particle sizes attained are ideal for processing in our gold refinery. The delivery of heavy equipment for the mining operations very soon will result in greater supply of gold ore, and it is envisioned that more gold processing units will be installed within the next few months to process the bigger stockpiles produced by the mining group."

Nach der heutigen Meldung haben sie 2 kg Gold pro 2 metrische Tonnen rausbekommen.

100.000 metrische Tonnen = 100.000 kg Gold mit einer Reinheit von 99.99%

Ich gehe von einem durchschnittlichen kg-Preis auf die Jahre gerechnet von ca. 18.000 € aus.

100.000 kg * 18.000 €/kg = ca. 1,8 Milliarden €.

Das ist aber nur das eine Projekt. Die haben noch mehrere in der Pipeline. Eins davon soll mehr als 316.000 metrische Tonnen Gold haben.

Ein absoluter Kauf mit Kursziel 1 $!

Wohl nicht mehr lange, dann sind die auch weg, und ab nächste Woche träumt man von solch niedrigen Einstiegskursen, könnte ich mir sehr gut vorstellen!!!

4.4 pounds = 70.4 ounces.

Masbate XYZ Mine


"Operation Gold Finger: The Baleno Gold Project"

The Masbate mine is an example of the small-scale "Mom & Pop" mines ran by Philippine families throughout the 7,101 islands. The normal operation usually will require the effort of several families, and the process is as follows:

Ore is hand dug from the mine site and brought to the processing area. workers manually break up and crush ore-containing rock in preparation for the wining process. The solutions for the wining process are placed in hand-made barrels and carted to the processing area. These solutions are then hand-mixed for the wining process. (See picture. It depicts a Philippine worker doing manual separation of ore within the cyanide solution utilizing a pan.) Once separated, a manual process segregates the gold from other ores, which is then taken to a refinery as small "beads" for further processing.

This process is specifically geared for the production of gold and other metals that are left in tailings from the operation. It has been identified that over two times the resulting gold production is discarded in silver alone amongst these tailings.

Pearl Asian is developing a facilities plan for the Masbate mine and others like it. Once implemented, the PAMI improvements will increase the monthly gold production from its current 31-40 kilos to over 1,000 kilos. This increase in productivity not only benefits the mine owners, but the local communities as well.

The new operation will require employment of over 10 times the current number of mine workers. Improvements in local infrastructure necessary to accommodate the new operation will all enhance the accessibility of local communities. Increases in job will necessitate additional facilities for provisions and generate new housing.





Vancouver Island


"Operation Treasure Island : Pearlasian Gold Wolf Lake Project"

The Pearl Asian Mining Industries operates 12 mineral claims (covering about 3 square kilometers of area) adjoining the southern boundary of the Wolf Lake Property and along Wolf Creek in Vancouver Island, British Columbia (Canada). Each of these mines holds promising resources and needs the expertise of PAMI to develop and realize the income potential buried in the mines. Gold, silver and copper mineralization was discovered in 1943 at Mt. Washington in the Domineer Zone about 6.5 km west of the claims.

James W. Laird, the newly appointed Director of Mining Exploration and Development Division of Pearl Asian Inc, as well as the Project Manager for the Wolf Lake Gold Exploration Project, has submitted a comprehensive development plan and budget on the property. The Project will comprise three major phases:

Phase 1 - Surface Exploration and Trenching,
Phase 2 - Exploration Diamond Drilling and
Phase 3 - Resource Definition Drilling.

The general exploration methods used will include trackhoe excavator and explosive trenching, diamond saw sampling of the high grade gold zones, Induced Polarization (IP) geophysics to locate un-exposed mineralization, geological mapping and prospecting. The results will be summarized in a National Instrument 43-101 compliant report by the Company's consulting Geologist Dr. K. Warren Geiger, Ph.D., P.Eng., P. Geol. which will be used to define Phase 2 diamond drilling targets.
