Trimax/MSI/PLC Networks Inc. Appoints Harold Weinstein to Its Advisory Board
Trimax Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Multi-Source Inc. (MSI), and PLC Networks Inc. (PLC) (OTCBB: TMXO), leading providers of Broadband over Powerline (BPL) communication technologies, are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Harold Weinstein as a member of its Advisory Board. Mr. Weinstein brings over 40 years of broad engineering experience in research and development and manufacturing with many technologies that have formed the basis for much of the present day electronic industry.

Mr. Weinstein holds a B.S.E.E. Degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Weinstein founded Itex Consulting and worked as a consultant to International Rectifier Corporation, El Segundo, California from 1981- 1986. He continued to work with many companies including Mitsui [Japan], Kyocera [Japan], and Magnetek [USA], selling intellectual and physical corporate assets.

Mr. Weinstein is a volunteer with California State University of Northridge (CSUN) where he proposed and assisted the university in getting financial subsidies to help them obtain photovoltaic systems that now provide the school with 1.2 megawatts peak power (over 5 Mwhrs.). He also assisted CSUN in applying for a molten carbonate stationary fuel cell electric power generator consisting of 4-250 Kw. modules, which is now being deployed.

"We are pleased to have Mr. Weinstein as our advisor," said Derek Pepler, President & CEO of PLC Networks Inc. "Mr. Weinstein brings tremendous engineering expertise as well as a vast rolodex of engineering contacts. He has commenced discussions on our behalf with California State and local governments, several synergistic engineering companies as well as initiating strategic relationships in Asia regarding our BPL solutions and platforms."

gestern Nachmittag, kurz vor Börsenschluß kam diese Meldung:

Trimax Proceeds to Finalize Multi-$Million US Contract in South America
Trimax Corporation (OTCBB: TMXO), a leading provider of Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that the three State owned Utilities it has been working with have approved the infrastructure details for its BPL deployments. The utilities have invited the team to travel to South America to finalize contracts for automatic meter reading (AMR), internet, VoIP and other IP services. Further Trimax's press release on June 15, 2006, the utilities have been authorized to proceed and have scheduled meetings with several other utilities and the media during the week of Sept. 18, 2006.

Mike Spasov, Chief Operating Officer of Trimax, stated, "Our years of hard work promoting BPL technologies are starting to pay off. Other developments in South America include Multi-Source's joint venture plan to develop a 5-year BPL initiative that will deploy triple-play Video, Voice and Data over the utilities electrical infrastructure."

Broadband over PowerLine technology has been receiving increased recognition from emerging markets as the technology can deliver required services with superior performance without the expense of new infrastructure costs such as cabling. Broadband over PowerLine continues to experience substantial growth and recognition worldwide. Trimax/MSI looks forward to delivering its low-cost, high-bandwidth triple-play solutions to underserved and emerging markets.

      About Trimax/MSI/PLC Networks Inc.

Trimax and its wholly owned subsidiaries Multi-Source Inc. and PLC Networks Inc. are providers of leading Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies. Trimax/MSI/PLC specializes in the development, distribution, implementation, and servicing technologies that use the power grid to deliver 128-bit encrypted high-speed symmetrical broadband for data, voice and video transmission. BPL is a disruptive communications technology that turns the existing ubiquitous power line infrastructure and common electrical wiring in commercial and residential buildings into a high-bandwidth network. Broadband is delivered simultaneously on a single platform to every electrical outlet throughout the home or business. To connect, users simply plug a modem into any electrical outlet and plug their computer, phone or IP device into the modem.

Since the building's electrical wiring becomes the backbone for a secure local area network, there is no need to install any new wiring in the walls. The company's technologies use the existing electrical wiring as a "smart" network to deliver broadband access to computers, video on demand (VOD), VoIP phones, surveillance cameras, elevator applications, IPTVs, smart meters (AMR), etc. as well as connect printers, faxes, entertainment systems, etc. on the hotel, office or home network. Installation is usually implemented in a matter of hours or days instead of weeks or months and avoids the expense and disruption to the business of burying cables or opening walls and ceilings to run new cables, which is necessary for other broadband access technologies. This technology has been successfully deployed in over 25 countries around the globe, in hotels, homes, apartments, office towers, schools, hospitals, museums and government buildings. The company believes that BPL will be the next widely accepted communications technology. Trimax/MSI/PLC anticipates that the company and its devices will be at the forefront of this new technology revolution, which includes expanding its reach throughout the world.

Kaufen!

Trimax Corporation Comments on Stock Price
Trimax Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Multi-Source Inc. (MSI), and PLC Networks Inc. (PLC) (OTCBB: TMXO), leading providers of Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that it knows of no fundamental reason for the recent decline in the share price of its common stock. There have been no recent undisclosed materials or adverse developments at the company.

"We recognize the recent decline in share price is due to selling pressure and market activity unrelated to the prospects of the company," noted President and CEO Derek Pepler. "We believe that our shares are undervalued and that our current level of business and outlook for this year and next support a higher valuation. The fundamentals of our business continue to be strong and we remain confident in our business and corporate strategy. We are ahead of plan and have already made significant headway with regard to the milestones scheduled to execute our first year of business."

Further to the June 15, and Sept. 5 press releases regarding its activities in South America, Trimax/ Multi-Source confirms that the utilities it has been working with have been authorized to sign the initial phase contract and finalize another for automatic meter reading (AMR), Internet, VoIP and other IP services. The Multi-Source team is travelling to South America next week for this purpose. Government press estimates the contracts value in excess of $100 million US. This cost will be dwarfed by the amount of savings the government will realize from installing AMR technology to stop power theft as well as the socio-economic impact of giving citizens access to information and communication technology.

Trimax/MSI/PLC Networks Inc. is building a solid foundation for growth and a leadership position in the enormous market for Broadband over PowerLine technology. Earlier this month, the company reported that security at its web hosting service had been breached by spammers. The company acknowledges plans to expand investor relations in an effort handle increased call volume and to build a broader audience within the investment community.

Trimax Subsidiary Multi-Source, Inc. Formalizes First Strategic AMR Contract of Overall City Deployment
Trimax Corporation (OTCBB: TMXO) and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Multi-Source Inc. (MSI), and PLC Networks Inc. (PLC), leading providers of Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies, announced today the success of the meetings it held this week with federal and local government officials and utility executives in South America. MSI's advanced meter reading (AMR) solution, which is Measurements Canada approved and has been deployed with a local utility since March 2006, received formal endorsements from several high level officials. MSI was awarded the first of many AMR contracts scheduled for the electric utility. MSI announced that the first commercial deployment is planned for an industrial neighbourhood and that further details will be released when the company is no longer under a confidentiality agreement.

MSI's AMR and grid monitoring technology enables utilities to replace and improve existing equipment. The solution automates the traditional process of reading electrical meters and performs remote connect and disconnect services. These and additional grid applications will be self-financed from the substantial increase in revenues that are recovered through the deployment of these technologies. As the local press reported, the country's utilities have estimated a potential savings of up to $250 million US in lost revenues per year.

Mike Spasov, President of Multi-Source Inc., commented, "We have designed this AMR equipment to exceed the utility's standards as well as deliver superior quality, reliability, immunity and performance. The robustness of the equipment will ensure a steadfast data acquisition and control of the electrical power in real time."

MSI continues to formalize the relationships it has cultivated with several of the country's telecommunications companies and Internet service providers to finalize the BPL contracts it has been negotiating for commercial and residential Internet, VoIP, IPTV and other IP services.
