Die hundertprozentige Tochter von Travelshop, Travelshop.com.au, hat mit der amerikanischen get-there.com einen Vertrag abgeschlossen, der die Belieferung mit Travelcontent, wie internationalen Hotels und Autovermietungen vorsieht. Damit erweitert sich am 20. April das Angebot von Travelshop. Das australische Untenehmen hat zudem Travellers Club übernommen. Näheres dazu konnte man nicht erfahren. Eine Marketingcampagne wird am 25. Mai beginnen und soll 1,8 Millionen Fernsehzuschauer erreichen. Das Reiseportal ist weiterhin im Gespräch mit einem australischen Unternehmen und einem internationalen ICP. Bisher arbeitet man mit dem größten australischen Einzelhandelshaus Cole Myer zusammen.

Die Aktie von Travelshop notiert bei 0,68 Euro mit einem Plus von über 3 Prozent.

Ist doch absolut IRRE!

Jeder empfiehlt den Wert, sogar WO bringt schon zum 2.mal einen TVS-Bericht in wenigen Tagen (und das heißt ja wirklich was!).
Es spricht wohl echt ALLES für TRAVELSHOP. Fundamental SAUBILLIG, super deals abgeschlossen, einzig das Management ist etwas ungeschickt was ad hocs betrifft , aber das ändert ja nichts an den Wahnsinnsdaten der Firma.

Ich wundere mich nur, warum es noch I... gibt, die zu solchen (!) Kursen verkaufen! Aber ich bin 100%ig sicher, daß die belohnt werden, die geduldig sind, DENN DAS WAR BIS JETZT NOCH IMMER SO. Denkt an Pacific Rim, an Adultshop.com, ja sogar an Adelong: die gingen alles lang seitwärt und brachen dann urplötzlich senkrecht nach oben aus und haben sich vervielfacht!

Wo steht eurer Minung nach der Kurs im Hochsommer, sagen wir mal August? Und
warum, bitte kurz fundamental bzw. analytisch begründen.

Ich sehe dann die 2-2,5 E, denn letztendlich hat sich Qualität noch immer
durchgesetzt. Das enorme Wachstum wird eine Neubewertung erforderlich machen.

Bisher hat jedenfalls niemand Kaufkurse verpasst. MAn kann ja ein Limit etwas unter den jetzigen Kursen reinlegen, wahrscheinlich geht es auf.

Hallo Jungs!

Habt ihr Tomaten auf den Augen? Oder seht ihr etwa nicht dass die Kursbewegung mit ganz geringem Umsatz erfolgt!
Heute in Au -4% bei einigen tausend Stück Umsatz.
Bitte das sind entweder die Reisgänger und Hosenscheisser die Angst um Ihre Knete haben oder die letzten Daytrader verlassen das Schiff.
Finde ich beides sehr positiv! Oder?

Meine Devise lautet nach wie vor: Die Aktie ist noch keine 100% gegangen und ist noch mehr oder weniger unendeckt.
Deshalb Geduld haben und über das KZ von 3-5€ freuen das heuer noch kommen wird. Wenns länger dauert dann gehts später umso schneller.

The Directors of Travelshop Limited (Travelshop) are pleased to
announce that Travelshop has entered into a Heads of Agreement with
Solagran Limited (Solagran) where the objective is for Travelshop to
acquire the paid up capital of Solagran.

The Board of Directors of Travelshop have been reviewing proposalsto
develop the business activities of Travelshop as the closure of the
internet and retail travel business is now substantially complete.
The current Directors believe that it is in the best interests of
Travelshop`s shareholders to both diversify and increase the scale of
the Company`s activities. The proposed acquisition of Solagran will
meet the objectives of diversifying and restarting the business
activities of Travelshop.

SOLAGRAN

Solagran Limited is an Australian company founded in 1995 to
commercialise a series of substances collectively trademarked as
Bioeffectives(R).

Bioeffectives are biologically active galenical substances obtained
using specialised technology that allows their isolation as balanced,
synergistic complexes with predefined therapeutic properties.

The primary applications of Bioeffectives are as actives and
value-adding ingredients for human and veterinary pharmaceuticals,
nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals and agricultural products.
Bioeffectives are the result of an extensive research program that
has been under way for more than 70 years at the St Petersburg Forest
Technical Academy in Russia ("The Academy"). The Academy was founded
in 1803 and is the birthplace of Forest Biochemistry - the science of
identification, extraction, isolation and utilisation of "live
elements" of trees. The Academy remains the world leader in this
field. Solagran draws its name from the two scientists who pioneered
the science of Forest Biochemistry in the 1930s - Professor Fyodor
Solodky and Dr Asney Agranat.

Solagran owns the intellectual property associated with the
Bioeffectives developed by the Academy, including patents for
technological processes, formulations and applications, the rights to
develop new and to improve existing products, as well as the rights
of first refusal for all ongoing research undertaken by the Academy
in this field.

Solagran develops and manufactures Bioeffectives, and will control
their use in human and veterinary pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and
nutritional markets. Solagran`s patented, waste-free extraction
technology can be tuned to any plant or tree source, including
Australian species.

The Solagran business model involves controlling the use of existing
Bioeffectives, funding the development of new Bioeffectives, and the
formation of strategic partnerships to enable participation in
selected markets.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property pertaining to manufacture and utilisation
of Bioeffectives developed by the St Petersburg Forest Technical
academy, and owned by Solagran includes:

* Technological patents for obtaining Bioeffectives and their
derivatives;

* Applications patents for Bioeffectives and Bioeffectives - based
end user products;

* Technological and processes know-how;

* Rights to develop new and improve existing products; and

* Rights of first refusal on further R&D undertaken at the Academy.

Solagran also owns a range of trademarks, in various countries,
including Bioeffectives(R), which is registered in Australia and the
USA.

SOLAGRAN CURRENT MARKET STATUS

Solagran will generate revenues from the licensing and sales of
Bioeffectives. The Company is currently funding clinical trials for
Bioeffective R in Europe. These trials could provide some significant
results applicable to the treatment of major liver diseases (chronic
hepatitis and cirrhosis).

Solagran has lodged applications with the Therapeutic Goods
Administration (TGA) to list four Bioeffectives as new medicinal
substances.

The Company has also developed a limited range of high quality
cosmetics that are distributed under the L`azure brand. Further
information relating to the L`azure range is available at
www.lazure.com.au.

PROPOSED TERMS OF ACQUISITION

The proposed acquisition of Solagran is subject to the approval of
Travelshop shareholders.

In consideration for acquisition of the paid up capital of Solagran,
the Solagran Shareholders will receive 42,500,000 ordinary shares in
Travelshop and 25,000,000 contributing shares of 20 cents each deemed
as paid to 1 cent.

An independent expert - Spencer Corporate Pty Ltd, has been retained
to prepare a report on the proposed transaction for Travelshop
shareholders.

CAPITAL RAISING

Travelshop has recently completed a placement which raised $657,518
and subject to the approval of shareholders plans to raise a further
$1,000,000. It is projected that the new business will have
$1,550,000 in available funds after the costs of acquisition.

SHAREHOLDERS MEETING

ASX have advised Travelshop that the acquisition of Solagran is
deemed a change of activities and Chapter 11 of the ASX Listing Rules
will apply. All of the necessary shareholder approvals required under
the Corporations Law and ASX Listing Rules will be submitted to
shareholders at a General Meeting currently scheduled for 14 January
2003. An Information Memorandum and Notice of Meeting will be sent to
Travelshop shareholders which will provide detailed information
concerning Solagran, the proposed arrangements for the future funding
of Travelshop and effects that the acquisition of the project will
have on the capital structure of Travelshop.

EXISTING ACTIVITIES OF TRAVELSHOP

Travelshop has nearly completed the orderly wind down ofthe travel
businesses that were closed on October 9, 2001 and the Directors
believe that all commitments have been met.

SUMMARY

The Directors believe that the acquisition of Solagran, if approved
by shareholders, will be an important step in redefining the future
of Travelshop. It will provide a positive focus and will introduce a
business with a solid basis for development.

nun, die zwei außenstehenden meinungen zeigen welches bild von tvs in objektiven kreisen vorherrscht. durch die subjektiv geprägte meinung hier scheint ihr das drohende übel nicht zu erkennen. warum der kurs nicht steigt fragt ihr euch? nun, die leute haben kein vertrauen in diesen wert. wenn das vertrauen wiederkommt ist eine kurssteigerung wahrscheinlich. aber auf dem gipfel würde ich raten zu verkaufen, denn lange wird sich tvs auf dem markt nicht behaupten.

Dieses Unternehmen ist ein Quell reiner Freude. Kriege fast Erstickungsanfälle vor Lachen. with this opportunity to invest in the business of Solagran Limited,
a bio-medical company which the Directors believe has the potential
to develop into a valuable investment for Travelshop.

Following the events of September 11, 2001 and the financial collapse
of Ansett Airlines, the revenue of the Travelshop Internet travel
service dropped to a level that made the business unsustainable on
both a cashflow and future profits basis. It was decided to close the
remaining travel businesses and to seek to restore value into the
Company by way of an acquisition.

On 9 December, 2002 Travelshop signed an agreement to purchase the
business of Solagran, with a view to acquiring and operating a
business that has the potential to be developed into a large and
profitable Company.

Solagran is an Australian Company founded in 1995 to commercialise a
series of substances that have resulted from Russian research dating
back to the 1930`s. The most commercially advanced of the substances
- Bioeffective R - is at the stage of commencing Phase III Clincial
Trials in parts of Europe. The successful completion of these trials
would significantly enhance the international awareness of
Bioeffective R in the treatment of cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis and
other liver conditions.

There is growing concern worldwide about the health burden caused by
serious liver disease resulting from the spread of Hepatitis C. A
significant world market exists for a product that can assist in
slowing the spread of Hepatitis C and lowering the death rate due to
liver disease. Additionally there are other therapeutic products from
the family of Bioeffectives that Solagran has the capability to
develop.

The Solagran research and management team led by the founder of
Solagran, Dr Vagif Soultanov, have advanced Bioeffectives to a

Travelshop gets a new skin

Travelshop has dumped the Internet revolution for a slice of the biotech boom, with shareholders yesterday approving the purchase of a skin care company with historical links to a pre-war Soviet Union agency.

Trading in Travelshop shares was halted yesterday. The company will buy the unlisted biotech company Solagran and resume trading on the Australian Stock Exchange under the Solagran name within six weeks.

Travelshop shares last traded at 4.2 cents. The company sold its online travel business in late 2001 in the wake of the September 11 terrorist attacks and the collapse of Ansett.

Solagran was founded by a Russian scientist in Melbourne in 1995 to commercialise a string of natural treatments for skin ailments based on discoveries made by scientists working in 1930s Russia at the St Petersburg Forest Technical Academy.
