Kanakaris Filing Information Today to Become Fully-Reporting Company, and Is Posting Business and Financial Information on SEC`s EDGAR Web Site

(OTC Bulletin Board: KKRS - news) announced that it plans to file information with the SEC today to become a fully-reporting company and that business and financial information will be available on Kanakaris at the SEC`s EDGAR web site next week. The Kanakaris filing occurs several months ahead of the schedule necessary to stay in full compliance with new regulatory rules for Bulletin Board listing.

lieber pagl,
mit der AMAZON-Übernahme war das nur Gerüchtenküche, die bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt immer noch nicht dementiert wurde. Aus Insider-Kreisen weiß ich, daß die Gespräche erst im Herbst fortgesetzt werden. Zu einer Übernahme kommt es früher oder später (bis Ende 2000), es sind aber noch ein paar andere Firmen im Gespräch. Bin gespannt ob es in naher Zukunft eine Zusammenarbeit mit Toys R Us gibt.
Na ja, jetzt aber laßen wir Gerüchte weg und warten auf die Eröffnung in USA.

Das neue Symbol ist KKRS, versuch`s damit z.B.bei www.stockmaster.com. Derzeit ist der Kurs am heutigen Tag um mehr als 20% gestiegen!: )
