Sie wurde erst vor kurzem an der Börse Berlin eingeführt und ist daraufhin stark gestiegen. Geht der Anstieg weiter, ist es eine neue Travelbuyus, und

kennt überhaupt jemand diese Aktie?

Über Infos würde ich mich freuen (und auch über einen steigenden Kurs - bin mal zum Spaß eingestiegen).

Nexttrip braucht erstmal eine kurze Verschnaufpause seit Eröffnung des Threads sind sie phenomenale 90% gestiegen.
Aber schon bald geht es weiter Richtung NOOORDEEEN.
Der Turnaround ist in jedem Fall eingeleitet.

Es gibt mal wieder Neuigkeiten zu Nexttrip. (Zur Erinnerung: Das sind die Aktien, die so ewig tief gefallen sind!)

The Board of Directors of Nexttrip.com Travel Inc. announced today the appointment of
Gavin Scott, a senior travel industry executive, as President and CEO and a Director of the
Company.

In other management changes, Mr. Gordon Paulsen will assume the duties of Chairman of the
Company. Mr. James Warren has resigned as the President and CEO and Director to pursue
other interests. The Board would like to thank him for his contributions to the Company.

Speaking on behalf of the Board, new Chairman and Director Gordon Paulsen said the
appointment of Mr. Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in the tour operating
industry to NexttripÕs management team. "GavinÕs experience as both a senior executive and
an entrepreneur in the travel industry will be a valuable asset in NexttripÕs expansion plans,"
Mr. Paulsen said.

Most recently, Mr. Scott was the President and CEO of SunTrips/Sunquest, a major tour
operator based in San Jose, California. Mr. ScottÕs previous responsibilities include: Regional
Manager with Sunflight Holidays; President and CEO with P.S. Holidays; President of Sol
Vac, Executive Vice President International with Travel Holdings and Fiesta West; and
President and CEO with Sunflight Holidays. "Gavin oversaw companies which moved in
excess of 400,000 passengers annually and had over $200 million in annual sales. He was
attracted to Nexttrip by the challenge of helping build a significant Internet travel portal with
many of the people and building blocks already in place," said Mr. Paulsen.

Both the President and Chairman will be based in Winnipeg Manitoba. The World Plus office
will be the new operations headquarters for Nexttrip. This location has been chosen to
capitalize on its central time zone and lower costs. The Vancouver office will continue to handle
corporate affairs and investor relations.

The Company also announces the following:

incentive stock options in the amount of 400,000 shares have been granted to the new
chairman and president at an exercise price of $0.30 per share. The options are
exercisable for a period of five years, ending on May 8, 2005 and are subject to the
requirements of the Canadian Venture Exchange.
an aggregate of 400,000 shares previously granted as director and employee incentive
stock options at exercise prices of $0.75 and $1.04 have been cancelled.
The acquisition of a 50% equity interest in JetSet Canada as outlined in its press release
dated March 13, 2000 will not proceed.
