Die Umsätze in Deutschland sind fast null.

Es gibt absolut keine News.
Was bedeutet, dass sich das Management von Gameznflix nicht traut und einen weiteren Kurseinbruch befürchtet.

Weiterhin habe ich den Eindruck, dass viele ihre Aktien langsam auf den Markt schmeißen um den Absturz zu verzögern.
Jeder will noch das maximum erzielen.

Ich bin immer noch sehr zuversichtlich. Und ich muss dir/ euch sagen, dass man es mit einer Firma zu tun hat, die noch ganz am Anfang steht und warum sollte sich nicht mal eine Erfolgsgeschichte daraus ergeben???
Und die Fehler, die diese Firma in letzter Zeit gemacht hat (so mit der HP), wird sie sicherlich nicht wieder machen... denn aus Fehlern lernt man. UND die GL will ja auch verdienen und ein profitabeles Unternehmen aufstellen. Und schaut doch nicht jeden verdammten Tag auf diesen Kurs...schließlich waren wir ja schon vor ein paar Monaten bei diesem wunderbaren Einstiegskurs... Und wo werden wir in ein paar Wochen, vielleicht auch Monaten sein??? Das weiß keiner... aber ich denke mal, dass sich dann hier wieder alle in den Armen liegen und wieder richtig gute Stimmung hier machen.

Ich mein ja nur, dass man auch einen Wert schlecht und somit kaputt reden kann und sowas muss nicht sein, so wie dummes gepusche bestimmter Werte... dass muss auch nicht sein. Beide Arten unterstütze ich gar nicht. Denn es hilf ja keinem weiter. Der Sinn von so einer Plattform liegt ja darin, dass man gebündelt Informationen (ob nun gute oder schlechte) zusammenstellt und darlegt. Jeder kann sich dann seinen eigenen Reim daraus machen.

Schau dich doch mal hier bei WO um, wieviel rumgepuscht wird und wie oft sich die Leute hier anmachen. Sowas muss doch nicht sein, oder?

UND ich bin noch immer der Meinung, dass dieser Thread hier schon ganz schön viele Informationen dargelegt hat. Und wie gesagt, ich weiß auch nicht, ob der Kurs nun steigt oder nicht. Hoffen wir das Beste...

ich sitze seit mitte märz mit in diesem boot und habe den
gesamten thread mit allen (!!) postings verfolgt.
die stimmung momentan ist, dem kurs angepasst, grotten-
schlecht wie selten zuvor, zumindest bei einigen!!
es gibt für alle(!!) mehrere möglichkeiten
seine nerven zu schonen und die anderer mit

1. wenn man der ansicht ist der kurs geht weiter runter,
sofort verkaufen und weiter unten wieder einsteigen!!

2. ist man im minus und hat die hosen gestrichen voll
sofort alles verkaufen und verluste realisieren

3. ist man im minus und glaubt an unser baby kann man
a) jetzt günstig nachkaufen
b) abwarten, einfach nur halten und später entscheiden

4. für diejenigen, die im plus sind ( gibt es vielleicht
auch ) ist momentan jede variante möglich

Bei mittlerweile über 5000 postings ist genug lesestoff
vorhanden um sich sein eigenes urteil zu bilden und
danach zu handeln!!

Few cheer for Blockbuster split

Viacom Inc. Chief Executive Officer Sumner Redstone`s plan to split off the company`s 82 percent stake in Blockbuster Inc., the world`s largest video store chain, is getting a cool reception from some shareholders.

Viacom, which announced the proposal in February after failing to find a buyer, expects to give investors the option of exchanging shares for new stock in Blockbuster, which may also pay a special dividend to shareholders. The transaction may be completed as early as July, Redstone, 81, said last week during an analyst conference in New York.

Blockbuster probably will borrow $1 billion to finance a $6-a-share dividend going mostly to Viacom, said analyst Stacey Widlitz of Fulcrum Global Partners. Redstone would be saddling Blockbuster with debt as it loses customers to discounters including Wal-Mart Stores Inc., mail-order services such as Netflix Inc. and video-on-demand offered on cable television.

"We wouldn`t take the Blockbuster shares," said Wayne Wilbanks, chief investment officer of Norfolk, Va.-based Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management, which owns 216,000 shares of Viacom. "Blockbuster is a dying business ."

Blockbuster, which Viacom bought in 1994 for $6.7 billion, operates about 8,900 stores worldwide. Dallas-based Blockbuster has lost about $3.6 billion since 1997, including costs of $1.3 billion in the fourth quarter to write down the value of assets ahead of the split.

Netflix wird durch Thomas Weisel von "outperform" auf "peer perform" herabgestuft. Die Analysten führen an, dass der Online-Anbieter von Videofilmen in Gefahr läuft in einen immer härter werdenden Preiskampf mit seinem Konkurrenten Blockbuster zu verfallen. Blockbuster sei gewillt in seinen Online-Service-Leistungen eine stärker als erwartete Preisstrategie zu gehen. Die Tarife in der Branche seien daher von Unsicherheit getragen. Das Wachstum Netfilx`s könne dadurch eine Verlangsamung erfahren. Der Gewinnausblick für Netflix wird aus diesem Grund für 2005 von $1,30 auf $1 reduziert.

was den service anbelangt kommen die meisten filme in 2-3 tagen an. ist doch schon mal die halbe miete, bei nur 2 auslieferungslagern!!!
ich denke das hier die nächste zeit nicht viel geht, der markt allgemein ist sehr schlecht. börse macht zur zeit kein spaß wie in den meisten sommermonaten! auf alle fälle gibt es mom. keine begründung das der kurs so steht wie er steht. das ist reine MM sache sonst nix. könnte mir sogar vorstellen das es bis zu 0,05 noch runter geht, wäre keine überraschung. vielleicht brauchen wir das auch, mal so einen richtigen sell out. so ein gewitter reinigt die luft!
es kommt wie es kommt wir können es nicht beeinflussen von hier. aber keine angst, wir liegen schön im plan und totalverlust wird es hier so schnell nicht geben!!!!

As of December 31, 2003, GamezNFlix only provided rental services to its subscribers. The Company was originally formed the name SyCo Comics and Distribution Inc. The Company changed its name to Syconet.com, Inc. in 1999, and to Point Group Holdings, Incorporated in 2002. On January 26, 2004, the name of the company was changed to GamezNFlix, Inc.

They have access to over 28,000 games and movie titles. At $18.50 a month, Gameznflix subscribers can rent a combination of both DVD Movies and/or games for playstation2, XBOX, Nintendo etc. There are no due dates or late fees. Both the games and movies are delivered directly to the subscriber’s address by mail with a return postage paid envelope from both east and west coast distribution centers. Their "no late fees, no due dates" online movie rental model has eliminated the hassle involved in choosing, renting and returning movies.

After announcing a new relationship on March 2, 2004 with Ingram Entertainment, they will make an attempt to be the largest online movie and game rental company on the web. Their subscriber base is growing at a rate of anywhere from 20% to 40% per month.

The games are then shipped to the customer via first class mail once they have made their selection(s). Active subscribers can retain the games for an indefinite amount of time as long as they are active paying subscribers. The queue is much better, but still a bit tough. If I have a movie buried at number 25 and want to move it up to #1, as far as I can tell, I have to renumber every movie in front of it. I tried to just change it to 1 and then hit update queue, thinking it would slide it to 1 and move the rest down a spot, but it didn`t. I think you should have a button next to each movie that says, "move this to spot #xx". You put where you want to move the movie to and it moves it and just slides the rest down a spot. Also, a "move this movie to the top" button would be good SENDING THIS TO WISH LIST

When you do an advanced game search and select platforms, it`s actually a drop down of game manufacturers (e.g., EA) rather than platforms. This is also the same once you move into the games section. On the right bar, it shows the manufacturers, not the platforms. COMING SOON

The most important one. If you do an advanced movie or game search, you get logged out of the site and can`t add movies to the queue. FIXED

We need more and easier "live customer help", directing the phone options! Advise John to consider a "Live Person" service to the site; many web-sites now have this option, which is really handy, where you can communicate with customer service, in "real time". That would be a big, big, plus! The specific service, trademark Live Person, is now running a "special", and they are known for top-quality operations, and they handle some "mighty big clients", without being too cost-prohibitive... I like to browse for movies with my kids. When I click on New Releases, I get Mature titles along with Family/Children. This should not be the case, I don`t want my 8 yr old daughter to see titles like "girl on girl" or "girls gone wild".

MÜNCHEN (COMPUTERWOCHE) - Der TK-Ausrüster Lucent Technologies hat für sein abgeschlossenes drittes Fiskalquartal und damit im vierten Quartal in Folge einen Gewinn ausgewiesen. Dabei profitierte der Hersteller von starker Nachfrage in den Bereichen Voice over IP und Mobilfunk. Für das im Juni abgeschlossene Vierteljahr wies das in Murray Hill, New Jersey, ansässige Unternehmen einen Nettogewinn von 387 Millionen Dollar oder acht Cent pro Aktie aus nach einem Fehlbetrag von 254 Millionen Dollar oder sieben Cent je Anteilschein aus dem vergleichbaren Vorjahreszeitraum. Den Quartalsumsatz steigerte Lucent im Jahresvergleich um elf Prozent auf 2,19 Milliarden Dollar. Die Bruttomarge betrug aktuell 43,2 Prozent nach 42,8 Prozent im Vor- und 29,2 Prozent im Vorjahresquartal.

NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) -- Blockbuster Inc. chairman and CEO John Antioco promised shareholders Tuesday that the video rental giant will take the fight to online rental rival Netflix Inc. when it launches its own Internet-based rental service this year.

While Blockbuster executives have in the past often shrugged off the competitive threat from Netflix and the significance of the online rental market in general, Antioco openly acknowledged its strategic importance at his company`s annual shareholder meeting.

"Two million (customers) have spoken," he said, referring to Netflix`s subscriber base. "We can`t continue to allow our customers to erode away from us. We are not going to ignore these folks."

Antioco said current online renters tend to be affluent and technology-savvy, just like many of Blockbuster`s customers, meaning that his company has likely been losing a sizable share of consumers to Netflix. Assuming that about 30 percent of Netflix users may have been Blockbuster customers, Antioco said fighting for online renters is "a significant opportunity" for his firm.

The CEO gave few further specifics on Blockbuster`s online rental site, for which the company has been running a beta test with a monthly subscription price undercutting Netflix.

Antioco didn`t say when the site will go live but hinted it will be sooner rather than later. "We will be launching when we`re ready to launch," he said. "I`m comfortable that it will be long before" the previous guidance time frame, which had called for a launch by the fourth quarter.

While subscriber acquisition costs will be high over the first year, the online rental service will bring "significant profit beyond that," Antioco predicted, adding he expects Blockbuster`s profit per subscriber to be above Netflix`s.

Sources expect Blockbuster will not immediately be able to replicate Netflix`s overnight delivery but will focus on getting DVDs to online renters within two days.

Among the matters approved at Tuesday`s shareholder meeting was a proposal to adopt an amended and restated certificate of incorporation, which will facilitate a proposed split-off of Blockbuster from Viacom, which currently controls the company.

Details of an exchange offer that will help affect the split-off have not yet been decided, but Antioco suggested that the offer will happen around September. He said the goal will be to structure the offer in a way that is attractive to both Blockbuster and Viacom shareholders.

Antioco also said Blockbuster`s board will explore how to create value for shareholders after the split-off with options including stock buybacks, dividend payments and investments in developing businesses.

Besides the online rental service launch, Antioco in a presentation outlined online and in-store subscriptions as a key focus for management. "There could be some upside to the whole rental market" because of subscriptions, he said, predicting that about 10 percent of Blockbuster`s customer base and 20 percent of the firm`s revenue could come from monthly subscriptions by the end of next year.

Asked whether Blockbuster`s $24.95 a month in-store subscription pass compares well with Netflix`s slightly cheaper online offer, Antioco said it is "a hell of a better deal," because his company offers unlimited numbers of rentals under the pass. While Netflix users rent seven to eight DVDs a month, Blockbuster`s Movie Pass owners rent more than 10 a month.

Antioco said his management team also will focus on expanding its video game rental operation and building a DVD and video games trading business, as previously announced with customers getting store credit for selling Blockbuster a film title. Margins on this trading business could reach up to 40 percent, making it the highest dollar-margin transactions the company has.

Blockbuster stock ended unchanged at $14.30 on the New York Stock Exchange Tuesday.

NEW YORK, July 22 (Reuters) - Blockbuster Inc. (NYSE:BBI - News) on Thursday said second-quarter profit dropped 23.5 percent and declining demand for movie rentals should put pressure on its business through 2005. Shares fell to a 17-month low.
Besides increasing competition from online rental operations like Netflix Inc. (NasdaqNM:NFLX - News), Blockbuster is also contending with higher expenses as it invests in efforts to draw more customers to its nearly 9,000 stores.

Blockbuster said third-quarter profit is likely to decline significantly due to restrained sales growth.

"The rental business continues to be challenging, a trend we expect to continue through at least the first half of 2005," Chief Executive John Antioco said in a statement.

The Dallas company said it expects declining demand for video rentals until the end of 2005, hurting profit for next year.

Blockbuster is investing in rental subscription programs, movie and game trading, and other growth initiatives. But analysts worry that it may see no immediate payoff as competition escalates.

The movie rental business is also facing the threat of burgeoning technologies, such as video on demand, that pipe movies directly to people`s living rooms. Movie renters, according to analysts, are also starting to favor pay-per-view or subscription-based rentals that cut out late fees, which can be as expensive as a new DVD at outlets like Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (NYSE:WMT - News).

"The prospects at this point are pretty bleak," said Fulcrum Global Partners analyst Stacey Widlitz, who expects earnings estimates to drop significantly.

"Unfortunately, (Blockbuster is) in a declining business," she said, "and they are trying to spend more money to curb that decline."

OLYMPICS EFFECT

For the third quarter, Blockbuster said it anticipates revenue at stores open at least a year to drop worldwide at a mid-single-digit percentage rate because of a weak home video release schedule as well as expected strong television viewership of the Summer Olympics.

Widlitz said the Summer Olympic games would have some effect, but "with or without the Olympics, it`s still going to be bad."

Concerns about the video industry have media conglomerate Viacom Inc. (NYSE:VIAb - News) finalizing plans to get rid of its majority stake in Blockbuster. The tax-free spinoff would allow for the exchange of Viacom shares for Blockbuster stock at a yet-to-be-determined ratio.

Blockbuster said second-quarter net income fell to $46.8 million, or 26 cents a diluted share, from $61.2 million, or 34 cents a share, a year earlier. The results met the average forecast of analysts polled by Reuters Estimates.

Total quarterly revenue rose 2.1 percent to $1.42 billion, but the closely watched rental revenue fell about 2 percent to $1.08 billion.

For the third quarter, analysts on average had targeted earnings of 28 cents a share, down from 35 cents a year earlier.

Blockbuster said it expects full-year profit, excluding a first-quarter tax benefit, to fall about 30 percent from adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.48 a year earlier.

Analysts expect full-year profit of $1.26 a share, compared with $1.49 in 2003, according to Reuters Estimates.

Blockbuster shares were down 96 cents, or 6.7 percent, at $13.45 in midday New York Stock Exchange trade. Earlier they fell to $12.79, their lowest level since February 2003. (With additional reporting by Karen Jacobs in Atlanta and Martha Graybow in New York)

5) The old ads compaign is played now on some TVs but GZFX bought a so-called "drop-in times slots" where the time to show the ads is chosen by the TV cahnnel.

6) New subscribers are signing daily. IMO, it does not make sense to know how much is the number but from the number of CS reps, we can guess

So what has been changed? Nothing at all except good things.

GZFX will succeed because of two reasons:

First: The market for the DVD/Games is HUGE. NFLX, BB and 5 other companies (not only one) can survive if they do their job correctly.

Second: The management of GZFX is honest. They did some mistakes but they are honest. They are doing their best to take this company to the level of the big companies. It will take sometimes and some bumps in the road but they will do it.

also ich für meinen teil denke,wir sollten in keinem fall auf die anderen schauen,die haben ihr geschäftsmodell und das funktioniert nicht besonders.unseres hingegen ist da weit aus besser,wir haben geringe fixkosten,es wird ziemlich alles ausgelagert was machbar ist,sogar der CS wird im outsourcing betrieben,korrigiere mich wenn ich da falsch liege.unser CFO macht das in "teilzeit" momentan für unser kleines unternehmen die beste lösung,wenn wir wachsen wird aufgestockt,vorher nicht

They achieved this by using an improper calculation of the rate that produced an artificially low churn rate in quarters in which the Company was adding substantial numbers of new subscribers.

The standard definition of churn rate (and the definition used by other publicly-traded companies that report churn rate such as Sprint and Nextel Partners) is "the percentage of participants who discontinue their use of a service divided by the average number of total participants during a given period of time." Netflix instead divided canceling subscribers by subscribers at the beginning of the period plus subscriber additions.

Because beginning subscribers plus new subscribers were consistently a larger number than average subscribers throughout the Class Period, the Company reported an artificially low churn rate throughout the Class Period by erasing the effect that canceling subscribers had on average subscribers during each period.

Moreover, it is alleged that the Company repeatedly made statements throughout the Class Period that its churn rate was declining to "record lows," when in fact in some of these quarters its churn rate was markedly rising. For example, in the third quarter of 2003, Netflix claimed that its churn rate had reached a new record low of 5.2% when in fact its churn rate had risen from 7% to 7.7% during the quarter.

Disclosure of actual subscriber cancellations and the actual churn rate was critically important for investors analyzing the Company`s prospects and the potential of its business model. The Company spends approximately $35 in marketing expense to acquire each new subscriber. Had investors known that the Company was being forced continuously to replenish its subscriber base through additional marketing expenditures; it would have called into question the potential long-term profitability of the Company and the viability of its business model. In other words, the Company`s artificially low claimed churn rate obscured the fact that it was not retaining many subscribers long enough to break even on them.

The truth came to light when, after the market closed on July 15, 2004, the Company issued an earnings release which, for the first time, disclosed the number of subscriber cancellations during previous quarters. Specifically, the press release stated that, while the Company had added 537,000 new subscribers during the second quarter, it had suffered 422,000 subscriber cancellation, meaning 72% of the Company`s 583,000 new subscribers in the second quarter of 2004 had merely replaced subscribers who had cancelled. The release also showed that 41% of the Company`s 760,000 new subscribers in the second quarter had merely replaced subscribers who had cancelled, and 71% of the Company`s 327,000 new subscribers in the second quarter of 2003 had merely replaced subscribers who had cancelled.

In response, Netflix shares declined from $32 per share to $20 per share over the next two days, a decline of 38%. During the Class Period, the shares had traded as high as $39.77 per share, during which period Hastings, McCarthy and Kilgore sold approximately $13 million in Netflix shares.

also eines ist das grösste geheimnis der firma,die subzahlen.sie werden definitiv nicht als zähler,für jeden sichtbar sein. das was einer aus den us boards geschrieben hat ist wohl als unfug zu bezeichnen,die letzten tage war immer wieder mal zu lesen,die werbung,also ein spot sei auf bravo zu sehen.dies ist auch wohl nur wunschdenken.im übrigen war die zahl die hier mal genannt wurde bei 5k,soweit ich mich erinnere.in irgend einer pr stand mal das sie seit april 5k ihren service genutzt haben,die pr war glaube ich von mitte mai. es ist wie gzfx hier im thread schon sagte,man muss vorsichtig sein in den us threads.

Just got off the phone with IT.
Here is a run down of what is going on:

First they are aware of many of the problems and have a target to get the site ALL functional by end of next week. that includes from what I can get the buy options and the queue issues. IT is now handling the emails and have a staff (couldn`t get how many though). THEY WILL NOT FOR NOW BE SHIPPING TV SERIES DVD`s. So next week is another deadline they have let`s see what happens.

Ich hab die mal mit Netflix verglichen und man kann echt Parallelen aufzeigen. Ich denke, das derzeit der gesamte Markt sich so verhält und man keinen Grund zur Besorgnis haben muss...wenn man sich auf long eingestell hat.

könnte hier auch wahnsinnig werden bei dem kursverlauf.
habe aber auch schon vor wochen geschrieben hier könnte es noch bis 0,05 gehen!!!!!! dort wartet eine sehr starke unterstützung von der wir stark abprallen sollten.
schaut euch den markt doch allgemein an wir sind da mitten in einem abwärtstrend. da können wir uns nicht ausschließen von. das geschäftsmodell steht doch, der service funst auch einigermassen. jetzt braucht es zeit bis hier was verkündet wird was subs angeht. einen totalverlust würde ich hier ausschließen, den würde es nur geben wenn alles ein fake wäre!!!!! ist es aber doch sicher nicht. der markt ist riesig in dem bereich und davon werden wir auch ein schönes stück kuchen abbekommen. blockbuster steht auch auf einem 52 wochen tief, obwohl sie eine online plattform im aufbau haben und netflix stürzte schon 50% in diesem jahr ab!!! von diesem trend werden wir mitgezogen, da kannst nix machen. sollten aber bald die hp 100% sein und es zahlen geben bezüglich der subs die ansprechend sind, werden wir wieder in einer woche bei 0,17 sein. ihr wisst doch genau wie schnell hier ein kurs wieder kommt. sicher hätte man bei 0,15 aussteigen können und nun wieder günstig rein aber wer das beherrscht liegt längst am privatstrand! laßt euch nicht verrückt machen von den turbulenzen im moment, wir werden gestärkt da herauskommen. ab jetzt bin ich auch im minus, was solls, so ist börse! erst kommen die schmerzen dann das geld!!!! und wer hier 100% vom seinem depot drin hat dem ist eh nicht mehr zu helfen! das ist otc, rot oder schwarz!!!
wie gesagt das potenzial ist nach wie vor riesig, da hat sich nichts geändert dran. wer gedacht hat das das geschäftsmodell inerhalb von 6 monaten von a-z 100% funst muß eh etwas weltfremd sein. im februar war da noch nix aber auch gar nix!!! alleine die logistik und infrastruktur aufzubauen für solch eine idee ist sicher nicht in drei tagen erledigt. netflix hatte dafür millionen von ihrem börsengang was wir nicht haben. sollte alles mal reibungslos am laufen sein, werden wir sicher der online verleiher mit den geringsten kosten sein. was das heißt brauche ich euch sicher nicht zu schreiben. diese kosten brechen zur zeit netflix das genick!!!
also, macht was ihr für richtig haltet! macht euch ein bild von der lage, hier im thread steht alles was man wissen sollte über gzfx und dann entscheidet ob ihr die reisleine ziehen möchtet!

Ok, I have waited to unload just to see how many intelligent investors are posting on this board. No, I have not counted the number of posters now active here, but I still have not seen one logical answer for why no PRs have been forthcoming, but to any seasoned investor the reason is quite obvious.

GZFX is in a Quiet Period where normal PRs cannot be released because of the SB-2 share filing.

To put it bluntly ... GZFX cannot make any disclosures that could be construed as ... enhancing the status and stature of GZFX.

SB-2 Shares are considered to be the same as S-1 shares, and S-1 shares deal with IPO`s. Yes, the SB-2 filing is very similar to an IPO, and considered as such by the SEC.

Rule 134 -- Communications Not Deemed a Prospectus
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------


The term prospectus as defined in section 2(a)(10) of the Act shall not include a notice, circular, advertisement, letter, or other communication published or transmitted to any person after a registration statement has been filed if it contains only the statements required or permitted to be included therein by the following provisions of this section:
Such communication may include any one or more of the following items of information, which need not follow the numerical sequence of this paragraph:


The name of the issuer of the security;


The full title of the security and the amount being offered;


A brief indication of the general type of business of the issuer, limited to the following:


In the case of a manufacturing company, the general type of manufacturing and the principal products or classes of products manufactured;


In the case of a public utility company, the general type of services rendered and a brief indication of the area served;


In the case of any other type of company, a corresponding statement;


The price of the security, or if the price is not known, the method of its determination or the probable price range as specified by the issuer or the managing underwriter;


In the case of a debt security with a fixed (non-contingent) interest provision, the yield or, if the yield is not known, the probable yield range, as specified by the issuer or the managing underwriter;


The name and address of the sender of the communication and the fact that he is participating, or expects to participate, in the distribution of the security;


The names of the managing underwriters;


The approximate date upon which it is anticipated the proposed sale to the public will commence;

For the purpose of paragraph (a) of this section, the term nationally recognized statistical rating organization shall have the same meaning as used in Rule 15c-3-1(c)(2)(vi)(F) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.


Except as provided in paragraph (c) of this section, every communication used pursuant to this section shall contain the following:


If the registration statement has not yet become effective, the following statement:

"A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective. This (communication) shall not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy nor shall there be any sale of these securities in any State in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful prior to registration or qualification under the securities laws of any such State."

A communication sent or delivered to any person pursuant to this rule which is accompanied or preceded by a prospectus which meets the requirements of section 10 of the Act at the date of such communication, may solicit from the recipient of the communication an offer to buy the security or request the recipient to indicate, upon an enclosed or attached coupon or card, or in some other manner, whether he might be interested in the security, if the communication contains substantially the following statement:

No offer to buy the securities can be accepted and no part of the purchase price can be received until the registration statement has become effective, and any such offer may be withdrawn or revoked, without obligation or commitment of any kind, at any time prior to notice of its acceptance given after the effective date. damit keine missverständnisse auftreten, muss ich sagen, dass ich mit einer kleinen menge von 100k investiert bin. mein EK liegt genau bei 0,11 eurocent.

und jetzt was ich schon lange am herzen habe, aber nicht ausgesprochen habe.

wir haben eine firma, die soweit wir es wissen, ca. 5000 kunden hat. soweit die kunden noch nicht weggelaufen sind, macht die firma täglich dicker minus. die firma hat nicht mal eine hompage, die funktioniert.

bei meinem EK und bei 550 millionen shars entspricht das eine MK von ca.60 Millionen dollar.

wieso war gzfx 60 millionen dollar wert ?
wieso ist heute gzfx 33 millionen dollar wert ? (kurs 0,06)

wieso ist die firma 33 millionen wert, die nix hat, aber auch gar nix, sondern nur verlute und schulden und keine aussichten

auch bei 0,01 usd hat die firma immer noch eine MK von 5,5 millionen.

aber 5,5 millionen für was ? sagt doch mir bitte für was ? welche werte hat sdie firma, die insgesamt die firma mit 5,5 millionen bewertet ? ist die firma nicht 0-wert ?

seid doch ehrlich zu euch selbst und lügt euch nicht in die eigene tasche. wundert euch nicht, wenn der kurs weiter runterkomt. auch 0,01 ist ungerecht hoch.

wir können nur auf einen wunder hoffen. wir können nur hoffen, dass die MM den kurs hochbringen und ich wäre der erste, der genau bei 0,11 sofort aus dieser scheisse rauskommt. man investiert in einem angeblichen wachstumswert und was kommt am ende raus ? 0 kommt raus

wir haben alle wieder gutes lehrgeld bezahlt. wir werden es nie lernen und immer wieder jeden scheiss glauben, was die otc-firmen rausgeben und wir werden immer wieder reinfallen.

Mir tun die Menschen sehr leid, die da hinein rutschen und ich mache darüber auch keine Witze.

Aber ich sehe in anderen Foren, dass die Stimmung positiver wird.

Dass man bei Wallstreet online angegriffen wird, wenn man den wunden Punkt trifft, ist doch kein Geheimnis.

Dass in den Sozial schwachen Regionen gerne gestritten wird, ist ja bekannt und ich kann mit den paar Mitläufern hier im Forum leben.
Wenn ich an Katzenpeter,Gabriel und Gauner denke, sind das wirklich sehr ernsthafte und nette Forumsteilnehmer.

Denkt doch einmal darüber nach, ohne mich wäre das hier ein langweiliges und Forum, wo nur gelobt wird.

war heute mal wieder notwendig dem ceo von gameznflix zu schreiben - bin mit seinem IT team wirklich unzufrieden - wegen (wieder)-anlaufender TV-spots und immer noch leicht zu behebender Fehler auf der web-site. Immerhin sind meine pseudo Zugangsdaten entdeckt und gelöscht worden - dennoch für den "Otto-Normalverbraucher fehlen noch zu viele images und tote Links(top rentals etc.)schrecken mögliche Neukunden wohl noch ab.
Kursentwicklung hat wohl eher etwas mit den MM`s in den USA zu tun.

haltet mal bei biph am 3.8 die augen offen.patente gab es zuletzt ohne ende.aber der chef hatte eine geplante reise zu uns in die brd abgesagt,weil vertragsabschlüsse wichtiger wären als vorgespräche mit möglichen investoren.am 3.8 ist ein treffen mit wichtigen managern und maklern.ich sage es "könnte" die dicke nachricht kommen,sonst hätte er bestimmt diesen termin nicht angesetzt.ich sagte könnte .nur meine meinung.

Aber ich gehe davon aus, dass wir die 0,10 Euro bald erreichen werden und dann bin ich wieder null auf null.

Wenn du das mit Gameznflix negativ siehst, warum bist du dann überhaupt hier im Gameznflix-Forum?:O

Sich gibt es Tage, da würde man am liebsten alles hinschmeißen und retten, was noch zu retten ist. Aber die letzten Tage haben mich positiv gestimmt und ich glaube die Zocker werden den Wert noch einmal hochziehen.
Man darf dann nur nicht gierig werden und den Absprung verpassen.
Schließlich habe ich kein Interesse an einem längerfristigen Investment.
In 2004 möchte ich schon noch mit Gewinn aus der Sache heraus kommen.

Im Moment ist warten angesagt, wir können da auch nichts ändern.

bin eher der auffassung, daß es da halt probleme mit dem counter gibt.

denn diese stark schwankenden zahlen passen auch nicht so ganz ins bild...so großen sprünge waren in den vorwochen nie zu sehen

Also mal ehrlich, irgendwie scheinen die Spacks auf der anderen Seite des Ozeans nicht so recht an GZFX zu glauben oder an den Zulauf an Subs der durch die Werbung kommen soll, oder wie hab ich das zu verstehen das da immer wieder ins Bid verkauft wird, obwohl wir uns eben mal ein bischen erholt hatten und eine ganze Zeit bei 0,064 aus dem Ask gekauft wurde? Der Fehler, der mich am meisten stört, ist dass wenn man über gameznflix.com (ohne www) auf die Startseite geht und dann in Browse Categories, man anschliesend keine Unterverzeichnisse (Adventure, Childreen etc.) aufrufen kann. Die Links funktionieren nicht. Habe das auch schon dem Support geschrieben, aber keine Antwort. Viele Leute geben im Browser einfach nur name.domain (ohne www) ein und bekommen dann eine nicht funktionierende Seite angezeigt.

Reality, the way I see it, would be that GZFX signed some subs through whatever means they attracted them. The website took additional time to correct, so these subs were basically getting the service for free. Some posters here are making this out to be a huge mistake. I disagree. It is not a mistake. Just ask Netflix. It`s all about keeping the customers you have. It`s all about the cost of procurement of these customers. GZFX lost maybe a month`s revenues per "trial customer" by not charging, but my guess is that many subs are saying to themselves, "The service has flaws, but hell, it`s free so far!". Now that the service is performing better, they will be far more satisfied, having seen the progress, and will not have a problem being charged. GZFX maybe lost a month`s fee per customer by letting them have extra time for free, but they probably also kept many of them (an unholy acceptance of this "fatwallet" site as the norm doesn`t seem applicable to me as people are far more likely to post their cancellations than to say they are staying with the service (people just LOVE to complain!). The cost to procure a new customer is far more than $19 (I believe Netflix`s procurement cost is something like $35 per new customer), so if GZFX kept existing ones by extending their trial period, they made the right decision. Actuallt thinking it through, rather than just complaining often will show logic and method behind any given situation. Just my opinion, of course, but the industry is big and growing, and those who say Blockbuster or Walmart, or Netflix, will succeed, so GZFX won`t are being pretty illogical. It is most definitely NOT a zero sum game! Anybody know how many subscribers GZFX will need to be profitable? It`s probably far less than you`d think, and probably fairly attainable within 18 months or so. (Being profitable, by the way, does wonderful things to the stock price. ) There aren`t many start-ups which are profitable within 2 years, so all this talk of the next quarter`s numbers is also fairly amusing. of course the numbers won`t be good. If they were, I`d say they aren`t spending enough on marketing. This phase is critical. The website is very functional, and now is the time to get some exposure. Advertising expenses should be way up there. We don`t CARE about profit at this point. we care about subscriber numbers, and significant numbers of those won`t happen until the company gets national exposure, or serious word-of-mouth advertising (think college campuses). Arguments being put forth here are premature for a growing company. They basincally started public business in May of this year. If people won`t give this at LEAST a year to succeed, they are being fools. Post hwatever you like about whatever you`d like, but the arguments here are pretty weak when you actually look at the big picture!! Just my opinion of course.

ich bin inzwischen mit stark vergrößerter Position mit dabei.
Charttechnisch sehe ich eine gute Unterstützung um die 0,06 USD herum. Der Sellof aufgrund einer nicht funktionsfähigen Seite hat einerseits die ängstlichen Anleger rausgeschüttelt, andererseits sind mit den Veränderungen an der Seite die Zukunftsperspektiven verbessert worden.
Mit Sicherheit ist die Seite allerdings noch verbesserungsbedürftig, aber das wurde hier ja auch schon produktiv diskutiert!

hi all,hält sich doch klasse heute wenn man das marktumfeld betrachtet! börse macht kein spaß zur zeit!
netflix bekommt auch wieder kräftig auf die ohren -7% auf 17,90$. das sind geschlagene 65% von ihrem hoch im frühjahr!!! jetzt macht der marktcap vergleich mit uns gar kein spaß mehr und die daraus sich entwickelnde kursfantasie für gzfx. die hatten mal 1,8 millarden das durch unsere 35 millionen ergibt ein kurs von 3,3$ für gzfx. das ist nun vorbei jetzt kommen wir nur noch auf 1,6$ schöne spielerei der vergleich mit dem marktcap bei vielleicht mal gleichem umsatz in 2 jahren!

Ein paar Anmerkungen zum Unternehmen, zur Marktlage und zum Aktienkurs ( natürlich nur meine laienhafte Einschätzung):
Das Unternehmen =>
JF ist meines Erachtens sehr gut im Bereich Finanzierung(Anmerkungen dazu hatte ich bereits gemacht) und Marketingstrategie (habe selbst in Deutschland nicht börsennotierten Unternehmen hilfreich zur Seite gestanden) - Timing allerdings eher amateurhaft (lag bisher und immer noch an dem "dummen" Versuch hier im IT Bereich auf Sparkurs zu fahren - s. Server und Webdesign/secure eBusiness etc.). Dadurch gingen und gehen viele "Versuchskandidaten" verloren. Grund zur Eile hat GZFX sehr wohl (BB mit mächtig viel money power ebenso wie Wal Mart(eingeschränkt weil dort "Nebentätigkeitsfeld").
Vorteil Nr.1 sicherlich Werbung, Nr.2 Outsourcing sowie Nr.3 Finanzierungsmodell (evtl. Zielgruppenauswahl und sicherlich der Games-Bereich )
Risiken Nr.1 Zeitfaktor(Konkurrenz) und Nr.2 IT-Bereich - amateurhaft (evtl. Kundenservice und Zustellgeschwindigkeit-für mich von hier aus nicht verifizierbar).
Aufgabenkatalog =>
Bessere Abstimmung von Werbung und Benutzerfreundlichkeit/Lieferfähgkeit/Sicherheit(Vorabsortierung von möglichen Kunden(Zip Code-check(fehlt),CC-check(soll angeblich funktionieren lt. Ceo)) und sogenannten submines(Möglichkeit enormen Arbeitsaufwand/Arbeitstunden durch "Scheinkunden", z.B. durch die Mitbewerber erzeugbar)).
Verträge mit der Film/Spiele-Industrie sind zu schließen ( Inhalt: Kostenübernahme von Bereitstellung von sogenannten Trailern(2-5 min Spots für Filme und Spiele) auf seperaten Servern sowie die Promotion hierfür) => entspricht der Idee vom sogenannten "First Mover"( dt.Bank - Breuer).
Marktlage =>
Allgemein miserabel (sollte keinen großen Einfluss haben)
Segmentspezifisch ( s.o. Konkurrenz/Zeitfaktor)
Aktienkurs =>
Es sieht so aus als würden wir tatsächlich einen Boden bei ca. 6 US cent gefunden haben(Laieneinschätzung!!) - allerdings bin ich kein Trader und glaube im Falle eines Startup`s ohnehin nicht an Chartanalyse oder Marktspezifische Einflüsse. Kleine Verkäufe von 5Mio oder 10Mio durch Angehörige,Angestellte(Mitinhaber) oder Dienstleister halte ich für legitim und im Einzelfall vieleicht überlebenswichtig(siehe "no payment" für Firmenangehörige).
Zu meiner Person: wie bereits mitgeteilt bin ich fit im secure eBusiness(erste Programme 1980/81 für 8080/8085/8086 usw. geschrieben und von dort aus - na ja - auch ich habe meine "kleinen Geheimnisse" )/Marketing und Investor(keinTrader !! )
Ich bin allein "unterwegs" - niemandem Rechenschaft schuldig und vor allem habe ich keinerlei (außer eMail Verkehr mit dem CEO) Verbindungen zu diesem Unternehmen.
O.K. - habe jetzt nicht Korrektur gelesen - bitte mögliche Schreibfehler zu entschuldigen und melde mich hiermit ab (dieses ist meine persönliche Sicht der Dinge und soll in keinem Fall zum Kauf oder Verkauf dieser Aktie dienen - ich bin nur für eine möglichst objektive Einschätzung der Lage).

hätte auch von mir kommen können aber nicht in der art zu schreiben, sehr gut!
alles ok was du hier schreibst sehe es genau so!
chart mäßig schaut es sehr gut im moment aus, könnte eine trendwende eingeläutet sein. wobei wie schon beschrieben es so eine sache mit charts bei otc werten ist. hoffen wir das beste. eine sorge habe ich noch das viele auf ein gutes Q2 hoffen. und deshalb der kurs nochmal schwer unter druck kommen könnte, deshalb würde ich jeden raten der ein investment anstrebt diese zahlen abzuwarten. die zahlen werden natürlich nie gut sein, daß wissen wir aber ob das andere auch so sehen ist die frage. es wäre schön dann etwas über den zulauf zu hören und über die aussichten von gzfx!!!! mehr wollen wir nicht von JF hören.
GZFX wir würden uns freuen dich öfter hier zu sehen und schätzen deine fachliche kompetenz!!!!!

durch den Kursrückgang der letzten Wochen ist es ein sehr interessantes Investment geworden.
Um die Webseite würde ich mir keine Sorgen machen, das sind nur Anfangsprobleme.

Ich bin sehr gespannt auf den Ausblick des Management und die Zahl der Kunden, die bereits registriert sind und fleißig kaufen.

Bzgl. der Charttechnik bei OTC-Werten ist das so eine Sache, aber mittels MACD bzw. MACD-Histogramm lassen sich bei OTC-Werten vortreffliche Gewinne erzielen. So wäre auch bei GZFX bei strenger Beachtung des MACD bisher trotz schlechtem Kursverlauf ein schöner Gewinn angefallen!

Und das MACD-Histogramm hat diese Woche ins Positive gedreht - ich rechne nicht damit, dass sich hier Shorties gegen die technischen Indikatoren stellen werden - im Gegenteil: entweder sie verbrennen sich hier die Finger oder sie decken sich wieder ein!

Der übelste Fehler, der noch existiert, ist dass die Adresse gameznflix.com (ohne www) nicht vollständig funktioniert. Die Links in den Categories etc. sind nicht abrufbar. Es wäre eigentlich nur eine kurze Adressumleitung auf www.gameznflix.com einzurichten, ungefähr 10min. Arbeit, aber nichts passiert???
Gemeldet wurde der Fehler schon zum x-ten mal. Von Marketing scheinen sie echt was zu verstehen, aber IT ist laienhaft.
