Gestern ging es nachbörslich nochmal um 15% hoch auf 0,01(mit 5,12 Mio. gehandelter Aktien).

Es sieht so aus als sollte es heute wieder eine Rallye geben in den USA!

Nachbörslich wurden über 5mio Aktien mit einem Trade gehandelt, zu 0,0104 mit fast 15% Aufschlag !!
Sind immerhin über 50,000 usd

Kann mir gut vorstellen, dass heute die nächste News veröffentlicht wird.

Das Bid in Berlin wird immer stärker!!!

Schon 1,7 Mio. zu 0,007! Das wären fast 25% unter pari.

Nach meiner Berechnung (1 Euro = 1,207) wären das gerade 7 % unter Pari. Oder 0.008 wären 7 % über Pari. Aber vielleicht habe ich mich ja verrechnet ????

AUGRID PURSUES OPPORTUNITIES FOR DHS CONTRACT

AuGRID Corporation (OTCBB:AGRD - News) announced today that it has engaged a strategic alliance with EmInSys, Inc. to further the development and marketing of AuGRID`s Codestar program, a state-of-the-art Airport Security System and Emergency Notification Software.
Under this agreement, AuGRID Corporation and EmInSys, Inc. will pursue funding from the Department of Homeland Security`s FY2004 $9.1-billion budget for Emergency Preparedness. The focus of the joint venture is to utilize both AuGRID`s and EmInSys` technologies to create an Emergency Notification System, as recommended recently by the 911 consul, to secure a portion of the $180-million earmarked for Emergency Management Performance Grants (http://www.dhs.gov). These particular grants call for "ultimately reducing the need for disaster assistance" by more effectively communicating emergency situations to the correct agencies in real time.

"This initiative is one of many being pursued in AuGRID`s proactive campaign to secure multiple revenue streams. After reviewing EmInSys`s business plan and background, we are confident that this relationship will yield DHS support in a relatively short period of time," stated M.J. EmInSys has developed an Emergency Notification System. "The addition of AuGRID`s CodeStar software and hardware will result in the most sophisticated Emergency Personnel and Agency Notification program ever developed," added Mr. Shaheed.
