Throughout the past year, and especially the past few months, the employees and management of Nettel and its companies have been very productive completing the development of several key projects and creating many new, quality products. We have all worked long and hard and I am very proud of the progress that we have achieved and impressed at the benefits and added value these projects will bring to our companies. Our companies are considerably stronger now, each one armed with more products that will increase their ability to capture market share in their prospective industries.

As you are all aware, many of our stockholders have recently become disillusioned with our progress. I know their impatience will prove to be an error in judgment and that they have underestimated the value these new products, technologies, and companies will bring to Nettel. They have also overlooked some important key factors that will bring assured success to our companies; the resolve of the management and personnel to be industrious, resourceful, creative and successful, and especially my commitment as CEO, to you the stockholders, to strive to create value. I am sending this update because I want to keep you informed about the great strides Nettel Holdings and our group of companies have made, and what you can expect from us in the future. I know you will be pleased, maybe a little surprised as each of these projects is introduced in the upcoming weeks There are also a few pending projects that are being developed that I cannot mention at this time, however each one should also bring added value and continue to strengthen our company.

We knew that to begin to realize our potential, we would need to capitalize on new, emerging opportunities in the marketplace and that we would need to make bold decisions and necessary changes to ensure the future success of our company. We had an important objective -- to continue to create value for our shareholders.

Launching of New Products

While the launch date of some of the key software products has been delayed a few times, we`re now ready to release the first few software products to the public.

Talking Technologies

Talking Technologies is a next generation telecom application service provider. We provide our customers with ground-breaking, value-added voice services that are unique as they are versatile. Customers and clients alike are offered ease of application and at very reasonable prices. Talking Technologies is making IVR technology more affordable and accessible to customers through standards-based technology. Talking Technologies next-generation IVR -- using VoiceXML enables companies to easily and quickly deploy automated phone services that can improve employee productivity, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and create new revenue opportunities. This IVR allows companies to extend existing or new Web applications in order to be accessible by any phone at the lowest total cost of ownership.

I am extremely proud of this group for creating so many great, important and valuable applications for the telecommunication industries. It was challenging to develop these applications in such a short time. Entec Software

We`ve finished the first round of software and system testing in May, and thanks to all the employees and customers who participated. June was a big month for us, as we brought in our first revenue for software sales.

Nettel Trading Corporation

Nettel Trading consists of import and export of computer electronics, machinery, equipment, instruments, light industry products, textile and chemicals, seafood products and investment in different enterprises.

While we have exported over 15 containers of goods over the past three months, we are still working with clients on completing larger orders. The majority of them are ongoing, so our track record will now assure them we can handle double the orders, and maybe related items.

Nettel Holdings launches Phonezoo.net, a retail website where consumers can purchase prepaid calling cards on line.

The response we received from our first campaign to sign up customers to test the first version of EBIV.com was a smashing success: we`ve signed up almost five times the number of testers we expected. If all goes well after this week, we should be able to go live next week.

Nettel Telecom International

We have been working with wholesale clients on testing and customizing along with an established wholesale distributor of our prepaid calling cards over the past four months. While we have been able to deliver a minor amount of the orders that we have received, we believe it will be about another 45 days before we can be into a full delivery schedule.

The prepaid phone cards will be distributed through their vast network of over 40,000 retail outlets, including convenience stores, newsstands, grocery stores and discount stores. The retail outlets are serviced by independent distributors, which often distribute newspapers or other items to the retail outlets. Our clients purchase large volumes of branded prepaid phone cards from the long distance carrier or reseller and then sell the cards in smaller quantities, together with cards from other carriers and/or private label cards that they distribute to the independent distributor, for ultimate distribution to retailer outlets.

VoipXchange.net

AVOP is a success, though there were a few corrections made in the software during the past two months of operation. We are now automated for use, and a small number of clients are quite satisfied as to results produced.

As brand new Software is developed, the road is never perfectly smooth, and we`ve had our share of bumps over the past few months. Nevertheless, we`re remarkably on track, (only a few weeks behind the schedule). Most of our customers who have been testing AVOP are grateful that this service exists and have been impressed with the ease and 100% automated transactions it handles for them.

AVOP`s latest upgrade version 2.2 is a significant improvement over its previous program. We believe once it catches the public`s interest, it will be one of the most comprehensive software packages relied upon in the industry.

Here are just a couple of improvements of AVOP 2.2 over its previous version.

-- Each AVOP combination of gatekeeper and billing software currently has
the capability of handling over 3,000 simultaneous calls at any time. By
stacking AVOP, we can create an UNLIMITED number of simultaneous calls.
-- After the past two months of improvements, AVOP Combined Gatekeeper
and Billing software is now compatible with all VoIP and PSTN Hardware and
software currently available on the market.


While we have accomplished many great successes from AVOP, management feels that we will still need to continue to test AVOP for an additional 30 days to make sure there are no other bugs in the software before we will feel comfortable in processing all of the larger orders.

Buying Back of Shares

Nettel Holdings announced that it plans to buy back up to 2.2 million shares in the float within six months. This is assuming the price remains at the level from May 13 to June 11, 2004. Currently there are approximately 5.8 million shares in free trading shares. We believe that our stock is significantly undervalued, given all of the activities and progress that we have made. At current trading levels over the last month, Nettel will purchase 2.2 million free trading shares on the market. That`s about 40 percent of the current free trading shares available.

"Under the program, the purchases will be funded from available working capital, and the repurchased shares will be held in treasury," the company said.

The buys may be made on the open market or in negotiated transactions, and the timing and amount of each buy will be determined by management based on market and economic conditions.

The Company has decided to pursue this course of action after a review of its financial condition and investment. "Under current market conditions, we have an opportunity to buy back shares of Nettel stock at what we believe are attractive levels."

Looking ahead at the remaining six months, we are on track for a productive full year of performance. Wie hoch ist die Marktkapitalisierung von Nettel?

Man kann aber auch auf die Zahlen warten und die ersten 100 - 200 % versäumen, um sicher zu gehen.

Wieso sollte Nettel Aktienrückkäufe groß anmelden und hinterher als Lügner dazustehen. Dann hätte man es gar nicht erst bringen brauchen.

jeder Strohhalm wird zu festklammern benötigt
und neue Aktionäre erfahren recht bald das Nettel immer günstiger wird!

On May 5, 2004, the Company entered into a stock exchange agreement ("Exchange Agreement") with Entec Software, Inc. ("Entec") and its shareholders, Nettel Holdings, Inc. and Michael Nguyen (the "Shareholders"), pursuant to which the Company agreed to issue 75,000,000 shares of common stock to the Shareholders in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Entec. Pursuant to the Exchange Agreement, the Company also agreed to issue 1,000,000 shares of common stock to Miller Capital Corporation, the Company`s largest shareholder, and 1,000,000 shares of common stock to Olympic Capital Group, Inc. for their services in connection with the Exchange Agreement. Immediately following the closing of the Exchange Agreement, the current officers and directors of the Company were to resign and be replaced by designees of the Shareholders. On June 30, 2004, the parties to the Exchange Agreement agreed to extend the closing date to a date not later than July 12, 2004. On July 12, 2004, the Company exercised its right to terminate the Exchange Agreement and sent written notice of such termination to Entec and the Shareholders.

i´m not happy with my investment, what is with the 300 Mio Deal? What is with Sam Brewer, since 13 th of Juli he answered no mail...

selbst wenns keine 300 mio sind und nettel bisher gar nichts erreicht hat was ein kurs von 1$ geschweige denn 6 $
rechtfertigt
ist doch die hauptsache das sie überhaupt etwas umgesetzt haben und du deine aktien bald für mehr als 6$ verkaufen kannst

Aber mal ehrlich !
vor ein paar Monaten stand Nettel teilweise über 0,70 und hatte noch deutlich weniger umsätze wie heute ,
noch bevor einige Börsenbriefe und der WO-Bannerpush vorhanden war stand die Aktie auch deutlich höher.
Ist dieser Kursrutsch denn jetzt nicht übertrieben !?
immerhin gibt es ja Ansätze für einen Erfolg in naher bis mittelfristiger Zukunft
Ich habe selbst mal eine mail an Netel geschrieben wo ich zu allen Themen gefragt habe was Nettel so von sich gab
bin mal gespannt was kommt
Die Aktie sieht jetzt auch charttechnisch überverkauft aus
bin mal mit 10000 wieder dabei
Vk 0,40 hätte damals trotzdem nie gedacht das Nettel nochmals
60% verliert
