      Muß mich hier mal einklinken ! Die Parallelen zwischen den Kursverläufen
      von Adultshop und TBU sind doch wohl gravierend. Über ASC wurde im Vorfeld
      der Inbetriebnahme der Site auch extrem kontrovers diskutiert. Der
      Termin für den Start stand fest und trotzdem ist der Kurs erst am Tag X
      richtig explodiert (den Chart ansehen !). Gestern wurde in einem Interview
      der Termin für den Start der TBU-Website definitiv bestätigt (17.01.00)
      Jeder kann sich an fünf Fingern abzählen was ab dem 17. mit dem Kurs
      passiert. Das ist kein Push sondern einfach nur eine Feststellung die
      jeder machen kann der sich länger als 5 Monate mit I-Nets beschäftigt.

      hi roxel ( und alle anderen),

      hast du beispiele für kurssprünge am eröffnungstag.
      ich würde mir gerne mal die charts ansehen.
      es ist mir zwar nicht so wichtig, daß der kurs am eröffnungstag
      wie verrückt nach oben schießt, aber wär momentan schon ganz nett,
      wenn sich mal wieder was tut. in einem jahr sind wir sowieso über
      10 eur oder höher (wenn alles so klappt wie angekündigt wurde).

      Kerby, William, Interim Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer

      Bill Kerby was appointed Interim Chairman on March 29, 2001. Mr. Kerby is the principal architect of travelbyus. Previous to travelbyus, he founded Leisure Canada Inc., a publicly traded company which now specializes in hotel development in Cuba. While with Leisure Canada, Mr. Kerby developed a Canadian based travel group which included 210 Canadian Travel agencies operating under the names of Travel Trust International, Goligers Travel and IT Travel. These were re-branded to one identity - TravelPlus. During this period, he also introduced 800-4-travel call systems and published two travel magazines, Canadian Traveller (Travel agency only publication) and Leisure Canada (a retail publication) to the Canadian marketplace. Mr. Kerby also developed Leisure Canada`s tour operation arm, with coverage of four key areas, Bluebird Holidays, UK, Bluebird Holidays, South Africa, Skyhigh Holidays, North America and Cook Island Holidays (for the South Pacific). As part of his travel vision, he initiated the development of an Internet/Intranet travel agency software system in 1995. He graduated from York University in Toronto with a specialized honours Economics degree and worked as a financial advisor in the securities industry for 10 years. Mr. Kerby currently resides in White Rock, British Columbia

      Snyder, Jon K., President

      Jon Snyder co-founded Express Vacations, LLC, in August 1998, which operated as air/land wholesaler in the western US. Express Vacations was acquired by travelbyus on November 1, 1999, and Mr. Snyder was named President. With over 30 years experience in the tour and travel industry, Mr. Snyder`s background includes over 24 years with American Airlines. In his last assignment at American he held the position of President of Fly AAway Vacations, a leisure division that developed and marketed vacation programs throughout the US and Europe. Other positions included Managing Director of Sales Development, numerous marketing roles and Regional Sales Manager in the mid-west. Major accomplishments included the creation of Fly AAway Vacations, which during his last year with this division of American produced over one million leisure passengers for the airline. He also implemented new technology that led to the first fully automated CRS tour system in the industry. His experience includes all phases of product development, marketing, sales and operations supporting leisure sales programs. Mr. Snyder currently resides in Reno, Nevada with his family.

Mr. Fenyes currently resides in Reno, Nevada with his wife and two sons.

      Gibbore, Michael C., Senior Vice President-Finance

      Michael Gibbore is responsible for business planning, developing the accounting and reporting systems, financial and operational reporting, forecasting models, cash flow management and financing issues.       Coffey, Robert M., Senior Vice President - Business Development

      Mr. Coffey is responsible for the product division of the company. In these capacities he was responsible for the pricing, fleet planning, revenue management, market segmentation and advertising for this $1.5 billion company. He also served as Vice President - Product Development and Vice President of Brand Management for Certified Vacations. Certified is the exclusive wholesaler for Delta Vacations, Continental Vacations and a host of other well-known brands. Mr. Coffey is considered an expert in all areas of sales, marketing and revenue management in the travel industry.

      Rooney, Peter, Senior Vice President - Distribution

      Prior to joining travelbyus, Peter Rooney held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TravelPlus, a national retail travel consortium in Canada with annual sales in excess of C$600 million. Mr. Rooney was also publisher of Leisure Canada Magazine, a consumer travel magazine with a 50,000-consumer circulation base. Previous business experience included roles as President and CEO of Golden Eagle Capital Corporation, an aircraft lease and finance company, and President of Cogent Capital, a venture capital company. In addition, Mr. Rooney was an airline captain with Air Toronto, an Air Canada connector service airline.
