BERMUDA DUNES, Calif., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Cyber-Vitamin.com (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBV) (OTC Bulletin Board: NPHC) announced today that it has effected a twenty for one forward split of its share capital, and changed its name to "Nutra Pharma Corp." which is being effected by the NASD upon the opening of the market today. This change, approved by the company`s shareholders, signals the company`s expansion from an Internet-based health food supplement company to a diversified biotech company seeking to market organic medicinal compounds for veterinary, agricultural and human use. The company`s trading symbol is being changed from "CYBV" to "NPHC."

In what the company hopes to be its first acquisition, it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the outstanding share capital of Nutra Pharma, Inc., a privately held Nevada corporation, in exchange for 4.5 million shares of company common stock. The closing of the transaction is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement, which is expected to occur on or before November 16, 2001.

The company is engaged in the business of selling health food supplements from its Internet web site. On November 3, 2001, the shareholders of the company gave the Board of Directors authority to appoint provisional directors and restructure its by-laws.
