Am Freitag wurde die Aktie in Hongkong auf eigenen Wunsch des Unternehmens (e-finet)vom Handel ausgesetzt wegen Bekanntgabe einer preissensitiven Nachricht.
Ich kann die News aber nirgends finden !

(Infocast News) China Star Entertainment Limited (0326) announces that China Star HK, a subsidiary of China Star, and China Star International have agreed to grant to China Ocean Shores Video, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean Shores (0764), the exclusive rights which include the theatrical rights, video rights and other medium rights except internet rights of three movie titles for a total consideration of $9.1 million.
The net proceeds generated by China Star will be used for general working capital and necessary operation capital of the company. China Star is the substantial shareholder of Ocean Shores. Therefore the abovementioned transaction constitutes a connected transaction. Except the abovementioned, China Star is not aware of other reasons for the recent increase in the share price of the company.
China Star and Ocean Shores resume trading of shares today.
