An dieser Stelle möchte ich Euch eine ganz interessante Aktie vorstellen. Ist auch ein Bereich, dem man noch einiges Wachstum zusachreiben könnte.
Company Overview
Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (NSOL) develops and implements advanced
solutions for nuclear applications. The technologies that we invent are
intended to eliminate the threat of nuclear waste production and
contamination. Furthermore, our concepts can be applied to many
different aspects of the nuclear “back-end”.
Nuclear Solutions, Inc. is an organization that is revolutionizing the nuclear
industry. Our proprietary Photodeactivation technology allows for a
relatively quick and inexpensive solution to the nuclear waste problem.
Photodeactivation can render spent nuclear fuel and nuclear waste
products non-radioactive or stable in a matter of days. The physical
principles underlying the Photodeactivation technology are established
conventional nuclear physics applied in a new and revolutionary manner.
The Mission
Nuclear Solutions, Inc. is dedicated to the advancement of safe and economical
scientific solutions to the problems surrounding the use of nuclear materials and
processes.
Through the use of our advanced technology, we plan to mitigate the danger posed by
existing nuclear waste sites. We will also eliminate the need to store or transport
nuclear waste products through the use of localized on-site Photodeactivation plants.

Nuclear Solutions Makes $50 Million Announcement
MERIDIAN, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2001--Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:NSOL - news) announced today the signing of a Letter of Intent
for a $50 million (USD) Developmental License Agreement with The Photodeactivation and Transmutation Institute of Europe, Ltd., for NSOL`s electron
accelerator-based photodisintegration process for remediation of nuclear waste and the safe generation of electricity.
The Letter of Intent details a two-part license agreement. Part One will constitute a developmental license. Part Two will constitute a use license. In addition to the
$50 million License Fee, NSOL will be paid, per installation, (a) an Accelerator Driven System fee; (b) electric generation/cogeneration fees; (c) an annual license
renewal fee; and (d) fees for nuclear material storage, handling and processing.
NSOL and The Photodeactivation and Transmutation Institute of Europe, Ltd. will finalize the formal terms and conditions of the agreement within the next 45
days.
This press release may be deemed to contain forward-looking statement that could affect the financial condition and results of operations of the company and its
subsidiaries. Further information on potential factors that could affect financial conditions, results of operations, and expansion projects of the company are
included in filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
NOTES TO EDITORS:
1. Nuclear Solutions, Inc. (NSOL) is pioneering the application of photonuclear physics for the treatment of nuclear waste and the safe, efficient generation of
electricity. Development of this patented and patent-pending technology could result in the elimination of nuclear waste and a new generation of nuclear reactors
that are able to burn their own waste.
The application of photonuclear physics to nuclear waste is called Photodeactivation (a term coined by the inventor, Dr. Paul M. Brown). Photodeactivation
involves the irradiation of specific radioactive isotopes to force the emission of a neutron, thereby producing an isotope of reduced atomic mass. These resultant
isotopes are characteristically either not radioactive or radioactive with a short half-life.
NSOL`s technology works on the laboratory scale, and preliminary computer simulations suggest that this technology will also work on the industrial scale. NSOL
is taking the steps necessary for commercialization of the technology. As for most of the advanced nuclear technologies developed today, computer simulation is
one of the most important and necessary steps. NSOL will use and improve a series of nuclear simulation codes. The new set of simulation codes will allow the
NSOL research and development team to design, test, improve, and develop experiments and commercial facilities through computer modeling.
NSOL plans to capitalize on its patent and patent-pending technology by forming strategy alliances and joint ventures with well-established leaders in the nuclear
industry. Continued revenue streams are expected through licensing of the technology with both upfront fees and ongoing royalties.
2. NSOL`s technology, the HYPERCOM(TM) ADS process, is an electron accelerator-based photodisintegration process, incorporating the most recent
advances in the photo-nuclear industry.
3. The technology could be developed into new applications for remediation of nuclear waste. Industrially, it would operate at a sub-critical level, so the heat
produced by the process could also be used to generate electricity in a safe and environmentally benign manner.
