Balsam Lists On German Market: Reviewed In `Der Aktioner,` Popular GermanFinancial Magazine.

BLAINE, WASHINGTON, Jun 28, 2002 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Balsam Ventures, Inc. (OTC BB: BLSV) ("Balsam") today announced that it has been approved for trading on the Berlin BB market, the equivalent of the U.S. OTCBB market, under the symbol, BV7 (575169). Trading on the Berlin BB market began on June 27th 2002.

In conjunction with its listing on the Berlin BB market the company was reviewed by the popular German Financial magazine, "Der Aktioner."

"We are extremely excited to be trading in a country that has long term value in mind as the basis of its investing principals, and that Der Aktioner recognizes the potential of this extremely large market and how the InstalCool(TM) chilling system can be at the forefront of introducing `ready to go` cool drinks without the use of ice or refridgerants of any kind," said Mr. Robert Smith, President and CEO of Balsam.

On June 7th, 2002, Balsam announced that it had entered into an exclusive licensing agreement for the global licensing rights to the InstaCool(TM) cooling system for bottled and canned drinks.

InstaCool(TM) is a unique proprietary patented technology, which may be utilized with any aluminium, glass or plastic (PET) container for soft drinks, beer, juice or water and which chills the beverage quickly when opened by the consumer.
