Dear Shareholders:

As I am prepared to leave for China this week, I would
like to update you on the daily progress we are
continuing to make here at Hartcourt. We appreciate
your patience during the recent quiet period of the
Chinese New Year vacation.

1. Investment in eMPACT: Besides the talents of these
young techies, the eMPACT team has tremendous
experience in building and operating central server
network to host Internet sites for medium E-commerce
companies. Their services range from data storage,
site security to cash and account management. eMPACT
will be part of a joint venture Hartcourt is setting
up in China with a major Chinese web management
company to host B2B E-commerce and B2B auction
business. The business model is similar to Exodus or
HP in the US.
2. Ernst & Young Report: We have received the first
draft and we are meeting in Hong Kong next week to
fine tune all details. Once it is officially issued,
we shall be able to complete the underwriting
agreement for the IPO of Sinobull.com and the
inclusion of the American partner.
3. CEO and Directors Position: We have narrowed down
the search for our CEO to 2 candidates, and we should
make the final decision within the next 2 weeks. As
for Directors, we are in contract negotiation and with
all the lawyers running around, we are watching our
pockets.
4. Nasdaq Listing: Nasdaq has sent us a letter
acknowledging receipt of our application and promised
to expedite the evaluation process.
5. Public Relations: We are waiting for the signing of
the IPO underwriting agreement before launching an
all-out media blitz promised earlier. A well-known
national investor relation firm will be contracted to
organize it; and this event will reflect the new
status of Hartcourt among the big boys. A road show
for Sinobull will also be included
6. Volunteer Corps of Hartcourt (VCH): During the
meetings in Long Beach and New Jersey, many of you
approached us and offered your time and services on a
volunteer basis. I am working with a few executives to
draft a detailed plan to organize VCH. Its mission is
to help Hartcourt management realize opportunities, to
spread Hartcourt story and mission throughout the
land, to keep Hartcourt sharp on technology edge, and
to exchange cultural and social ties among
shareholders, employees, and customers.
7. New Chat Room: Our Webmaster, Mr. Dennis Poon, is
creating a chat room for Hartcourt shareholders and
other interested party. All posters must have
verifiable address and phone number to keep out
anonymous insects. Management executives will also
participate to answer all inquiries. The chat room
will create serious business discussion, idea and
critique; and will foster better understanding of
Hartcourt activities.
8. Other acquisitions: As we are completing the S3
filing for our $35 Million financing, we shall have
the opportunity to invest and acquire at least three
more companies in the coming months. They will propel
Hartcourt into a position to become the leading
revenue earner among the Chinese Internet companies.
9. Germany Trip: Mr. Jack Westfield will come to
Germany around March 7th to meet with some strategic
partners; and will be hosting a meeting with European
shareholders. Please contact Mr. Frank Scheunert for
details.

All in all, the efforts are being rewarded, but
slowly. We are moving forward on this exciting
journey; and the best feeling I have ever had is a
sense of camaraderie among the Hartcourt shareholders.
We all want to create history and we all want to leave
our legacy hereafter, by building an Internet bridge
to China’s future. Let me emphasize again,” When man
has destiny, he is no longer at the mercy of forces
greater than himself, for he has become the force.”

Mir scheint das die Amis diese Meldungen nicht bekommen.

Keiner springt dort jetzt noch auf den Zug auf. Verstehe Ich nicht!?

Denn die Marktkapitalisierung beträgt gerade einmal 312 Millionen US$

Ich bin mir sicher das da eigentlich eine MRD kein Problem sein sollte!

hallo leute,
das hört sich ja gar nicht schlecht an ! mittlerweile haben wir uns auch an das warten auf news gewöhnt (aber bitte nicht länger als 2 wochen ! )
mir ist es letztendlich egal wie lange es dauert - hrct ist meine altersversorgung und somit bleibt hrct noch 27 jahre um ...... wäre mit $238 schon zufrieden !!

Nein DiPa, HRCT hat das Listing beantragt, wir können Ende März (27.03.) mit dem Listing rechnen, dann wird wieder ein entscheidender Kursschub für neue ATH`s sorgen, ohne pushen zu wollen.
Aber Geduld ist wirklich das entscheidende für den weiteren Verlauf des Unternehmens und dessen Aufstieg.

Oh ja, Hartcourt gibt es auch noch. Wie ich finde einer
meiner besten Werte. Ich finde den Kursverlauf in letzter
Zeit zwar mager, aber nach dem wirklich rasanten und starken
Anstieg im Herbst gar nicht verwunderlich. Mein Wunsch wäre
ein leichter und kontinuierlicher Anstieg auf den 3-stellen
Dollarbereich zum Jahresende. Wenn es dann aber nur 40 oder
50 $ sind bin ich auch zufrieden !

Hartcourt war und ist auch einer meiner besten Werte.
HRCT wird seinen Weg gehen und ein uns sehr viel Freude bereiten.
Das Nasdaqlisting wird ein entscheidender Schritt in die richtige Richtung sein.
Endlich werden auch zahlreiche Inet und Asienfonds einsteigen können.
