      Industry-leading miAware(TM) Platform
Tuesday October 15, 8:08 am ET

      SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2002-- Neumobility, a location-based software
provider and a division of Cellular Technical Services Company, Inc. (Nasdaq:CTSC -
News; "CTS"), and MapInfo Corporation (Nasdaq:MAPS - News) today announced the
signing of a non-exclusive, multi-year resale agreement, under which MapInfo will use
its worldwide network of strategic partners and distribution channels to sell, market and
support Neumobility`s suite of wireless location-based applications on MapInfo®
miAware(TM), a proven, scalable and robust location services platform for creating and
      delivering location-based services (LBS).

      Neumobility is also the newest
      member of the MapInfo®
      miAware(TM) Developer Services
      Program, a worldwide program that

      providers with new revenue
      opportunities in the growing market
      for business and consumer

      mobile coupons, customized
      business searching and real-time
      mapping. Neumobility`s applications
