The company has 16 subsidiaries which includes InterExchange, IDT Europe and IDT Debit Card Limited. In Oct 1999 the company entered into a Joint Venture agreement with Terra Networks, S.A to provide internet services and products. In fiscal 1999, the company acquired Orion Telekom BV, which is a provider of telecommunication services. The company became publicly held in March 1996. Telecommunication services accounted for 94% of fiscal 1999 revenues; internet telephony, 4% and internet access services, 2%.
