Two of three creditor groups opted for conversion of their entire positions to common stock, converting $1.69 million to common shares with the third converting 75% of its $1 million investment, leaving a manageable $250,000 outstanding. The reduction follows on the heels of $1.25 million in retired debt negotiated earlier this month.

Inforetech Wireless Technology applauds the efforts and cooperation it has received from its creditors as it prepares to launch an international marketing campaign set to kick off early August. "Our credit line is in place and we have successfully managed our corporate debt to decreased levels allowing us to focus our efforts on increased sales and marketing," stated Robert Silzer, Sr., CEO of Inforetech Wireless Technology. "The $2.4 million reduction signifies the continued belief investors have in our management team and enables us to shift the spotlight to the Inforemer(R) and showcase to the world that our GPS technology is the driving force behind this company."

Das Unternehmen scheint wohl in Problemen zu stecken, da man ansonsten bei einem Kurs um 0,10 Euro nicht selbst (!) ein Kursziel von 0,040 - 0,045 Euro ausgeben würde. Es soll vermutlich versucht werden, den Kurs künstlich hochzutreiben, um dann entweder Insider gewinnbringende Verkäufe zu ermöglichen oder eine Kapitalerhöhung durchzuführen. Dann sind die Kleinanleger, die darauf hereinfallen, wieder die Dummen. Das Ganze ist höchst dubios.

Weiß jemand über Inforetech bescheid? Die sind inzwischen vom Handel ausgesetzt und dafür ist GPS Industries (US3838701023) in meinem Übungsdepot gelistet. GPS muss aber INforetech sein, da es deren Kursverlauf mit Handelsvolumen ist. Ich check dat net!? :-)

die w:o-Werbeaktion für Inforetech Wireless (heißt jetzt GPS Industries, ISIN US3838701023) vor wenigen Wochen war zwar zu einer guten Aktie, aber ohne dass damals irgendetwas Fundamentales im Anzug war. Die Company hat nach wie vor keinerlei signifikante Umsätze gemacht...

Das dürfte sich jetzt schlagartig ändern, glaubt man der aktuellen Empfehlung unter http://www.obb-online.de

Diese Woche werden lt. Unternehmensangaben signifikante Meldungen erwartet.. Ich gehe von diversen Großaufträgen und damit einem Meilenstein in der Unternehmensgeschichte aus.

Die Aktie könnte diese Woche Flügel bekommen, ein paar Stück zur Beimischung könnten Freude machen diese Woche...

GPS Industries Surpasses $800,000 in Orders in Past 30 Days

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov 18, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- GPS Industries Inc. (GPSI) , (Germany: Berlin and Frankfurt WKN#: 252179), a Global Positioning (GPSN, Trade) based business solutions provider today announced that the past 30 days have produced more than US $800,000 in orders from five different golf courses. These orders are from world-renowned golf courses in the United States, Canada and Australia.

"In the brief period since introducing the Inforemer to the market, we have received a substantial number of inquiries and requests for proposals, and the orders are starting to come in," commented Blake Ponuick, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for GPSI. "We only recently rolled-out a modest sales and marketing program, and are already in discussions with more than 45 courses in the United States, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia.
