Nevada corporation, to begin the distribution of Home Electronic Products such
as Car Monitor, Mobile Phone, Computer, Audio and Video products, DVD, HDTV and
LCD TV products worldwide for XOCECO, according to an agreement previously
signed by the two companies.

Established in 1984, XOCECO is one of the largest and most advanced
manufacturers and exporters of consumer electronics in China. Situated on the

Dec 2, 2003 (financialwire.net via COMTEX) -- (FinancialWire) Naked short selling, which apparently robs American investors thousands, perhaps millions of dollars every day, is causing an uproar in Britain.

In the U.S., the controversy, the subject of Regulation SHO, which is available at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission website through January 5, has embroiled at least 119 public companies, including some 13 brokers, including Ameritrade Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: AMTD), Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB), and E*Trade Group, Inc. (NYSE: ET). The London controversy centers on Room Service (LSE: RSV).

Britains Financial Services Authority is considering a "crack down" on short-selling after being alerted to a massive short position in an AIM-listed company which has left a group of private investors claiming

unfair treatment, according to the British press.

Press reports said the city watchdog said it had taken a "keen interest" in the case and was "working closely" with the London Stock Exchange to see whether regulations had been breached.

Room Service, a cash shell, had been founded to operate an online food delivery service, and a huge short position by Evolution Beeson Gregory, a market-maker in the company, is believed to have developed.

It is estimated that the broker has sold stock more than the entire value of Room Service, equaling as much as 162% of the company. Because of that, Evolution has been unable to deliver shares, the investors group has alleged. Of course in the U.S., that is an every day occurrence in an untold number of stocks.

The FSA had investigated short selling earlier in the year, and stated that the practice has a "positive impact" on the market, sounding a bit like the "anonymous" detractors recently quoted by BusinessWeek. Now it says it is launching an inquiry into "extreme short-selling."

In March, the FSA imposed disclosure rules on short-selling after a review of the practice.

Some thirteen on the list of 119 U.S. companies, such as FleetBoston (NYSE: FBF), Goldman, Sachs & Co. (NYSE: GS), Knight Securities, LP (NASDAQ: NITE), Ladenburg Thalmann & Co., Inc. (AMEX: LHS), M. H. Myerson & Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: MHMY), Olde / H&R Block (NYSE: HRB), Charles Schwab (NYSE: SCH), Toronto-Dominion`s (NYSE: TD), TD Waterhouse Group and vFinance, Inc. (OTCBB: VFIN). A.G. Edwards, Inc. (NYSE: AGE), Ameritrade Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: AMTD), Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB), and E*Trade Group, Inc. (NYSE: ET), have been accused by one or more public companies as allegedly participating in short selling activities or abuses, or of failing to settle trades.

The actions have ranged from lawsuits to withdrawals and threatened withdrawals from the electronic trading system managed by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., to withdrawals from toxic financings, to the issuance of dividends or name changes designed to squeeze manipulators, to joining associations or networks or to contacting regulatory authorities to provide documentation of abuses or otherwise complain.

Eines ist klar, das wird heute kein Hype...dazu zerren noch zu viele short-seller an PRVH rum...ich rechne mit 0,26-0,27 in USA...ABER...wir befinden uns auf einem langen Weg nach oben...und es wird vor Weihnachten noch mindestens eine NEWS geben und dann wird das Jahreshoch von 0,38 in USA geknackt...

wir treffen uns wieder, wenn der Kurs bei 0,30 ist, egal wann das ist.(bis auf news, die müssen rein),

es ist doch so was von lästig, wegen ein paar Schwankungen hier zu posten oder zu berichten was für Kurse in Dtschld.gemacht werden, wo doch jeder weiss, dass das Zeug in amiland gemacht wird.
Der Sinn eines threads ist doch, dass Neuigkeiten reinkommen.
Wenn euch langweilig ist, dann schaut doch z.B. der Waschmaschine zu.
Das ist nicht böse gemeint, aber es ist eine Zumutung zwischen diesem Schuljungengejapse wichtige Mitteilungen zu finden.

UPDATE: PROVIDENTIAL HOLDINGS, INC. (OTCBB: PRVH) – BY THE NUMBERS
November 20, 2003
Lately, there have been rumblings about the current state of Providential Holdings, Inc (OTCBB: PRVH), a company we first profiled on June 3, 2002. We understand that the Company is being hawked by touts in Europe, and that an Internet promoter called “The Stockbroker.com” has been distributing a press release heralding Providential’s latest revenues.

Does this mean Providential’s business finally is booming?

That could depend upon your point of view. For its part, Providential is saying that it had revenues of $4.44 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2003. But that may be a matter of interpretation. The calculation, which appears in the Company’s non-audited financial statements, is based solely upon the Company’s valuation of shares that it owns in a thinly traded over-the-counter company called Lexor Holdings, Inc.

Is that number realistic? Does it suggest that Providential has turned the corner toward profitability – or its precursor, operating income? Will auditors support Providential’s valuation of the Lexor shares – or arrive at a far more conservative interpretation of their worth?


Promises, Promises

First, a brief recap.

When we first wrote about Providential in June 2002, the Company had no revenues, no assets, and no operating business. See Providential Holdings, Inc. – Holding What? The Company’s business, or at least the business it hoped to develop, was based upon a number of vaguely described relationships with other companies, including some that were centered in Vietnam.

Virtually all of those ventures failed to develop, or were subsequently abandoned. For example, Providential claimed to have signed an agreement in March 2001 with the International Center for Training and Consulting (ICTC), “an organization under the Ministry of Trade of Vietnam that promotes economics, trade, investment and training activities between Vietnam and foreign organizations.” While the Company initially said that ICTC had introduced several potential ventures, it now concedes that no projects have been completed or are in progress.

Ditto for claims that Providential planned to work with Chu Lai Industrial Zone (CLIZ) Authority, of Vietnam, to develop an industrial and export processing zone, upgrade a paper mill, and implement two to five investment projects in by the end of 2002. As of September 30, 2003, Providential had not assisted in funding that project.

The list of abandoned projects and failed plans goes on. At the time of our initial profile, Providential was trumpeting Manna Technologies, a joint venture to manufacture LCD’s in Vietnam with someone named Mimi Ban. No plants were established, and the joint venture was abandoned in May 2003.

In a similar vein, an agreement for Providential to acquire control of a barely existent company called SlimTech, Inc. also fizzled, and was cancelled in May 2003. Plans to set up Providential Advisory Services as a financial advisor also fell by the wayside, as did the Company’s line of credit arrangement with something called Mercator Group.

Other ventures, although not abandoned, have failed so far to generate revenues. Yet, despite these failures, Providential has continued to announce new projects with the same abundant optimism. On April 3, 2003 the Company declared its entry into the homeland security business, issuing a press release that described plans to acquire control of Real ID Corporation, a Korean company that marketed bio-encryption and bio-authentication products. Providential suggested that it now would become a “leading hardware and software supplier for airport, corporate and homeland security.” So far, there is no indication that this project has generated any revenues.

One week later, on April 10, 2003, Providential announced that its subsidiary, Nettel Global Communications, was about to receive a purchase order totaling $5.53 million a month, over a twelve month period, for pre-paid calling cards and PINs..

Along these same lines, on September 2, 2003, the Company said it had launched a new division, Touchlink Communications Company, to provide prepaid calling cards and related services. According to subsequent press releases, Touchlink now has arranged to provide prepaid phone cards and other services to members of the Korean American Grocers Association, and to purchase certain value-added telephone routing services from Providential’s subsidiary, Nettel.

And, most recently, there was Providential’s October 8th announcement that it had acquired ATC Technology, whose products include a video game system. Later in October, the Company issued pres releases stating that ATC had received “Christmas” orders for its product from Wal-Mart stores in the United States and Canada. The timing of those announcements seems odd, however, since most stores order, and inventory, their Christmas products well in advance of the holiday shopping season.

So far, there is no indication that these latest ventures have generated revenues for the Company.

So where did Providential get that $4.44 million dollars?


Valuing Lexor

That sum is based upon the purported value of 1.5 million shares of common stock that Providential received for providing consulting services in connection with a September 29, 2003 merger between Lexor International, Inc., a private company, and Western Silver-Lead Corp., an OTC Bulletin Board company that had $39 in the bank as of June 30, 2003. Western Silver is now called Lexor Holdings, Inc.

Interestingly, on September 26th – just three days before the merger – Western Silver registered 6.5 million shares of common stock for its “”2003 Employee Benefit Plan.” Western Silver did not say who received those shares.

The 1.5 million Lexor shares that Providential received for its consulting services constitute the basis for the Company’s claim to $4.44 million in revenues. How did the Company arrive at that value? So far, no financial statements have been filed indicating the historic revenues or current assets of Lexor International – the company that folded into the Western Silver shell. An 8-K filed on October 7th promises those financial reports before the end of November 2003.

In any event, Providential did not claim to base the $4.44 million value on the underlying financial strength of Lexor. Instead, it said simply that the stock had been valued at $2.90 a share.

Where did that number come from, and did it reflect a realistic, fair value for the Lexor stock? Between October 17, 2003 and October 31, 2003, immediately following announcement of the merger, Lexor stock flirted with prices that ranged as high as $3 per share. By November 7th the share price had slipped to $1.25.

But do either of those figures represent a fair value for Providential’s 1.5 million Lexor shares. Between October 15, 2003 and November 14, 2003, a total of 5,770 shares of Lexor common stock were reported as traded? Volume was insignificant, suggesting that any attempt to flood the market with a large number of Lexor shares would be likely to flood the market. Perhaps just as important, there is no indication that there would be a market for considerable volume – such as 1.5 million shares – at any price. In other words, is the market liquid enough to support any significant volume?

The $4.44 million revenue number is reflected in Providential’s most recent unaudited financial statements. Would auditors place such a lofty value on the thinly traded shares of a business that has yet to report its revenues?

Despite such questions about the share valuation, and the fact that these “revenues” represent a one time event, Providential’s Chairman and CEO Henry Fahman recently commented that “[t]he positive trend should continue in the coming quarters as the Company’s subsidiaries are generating additional revenues and new acquisitions are coming on stream.”

What trend? Let’s be clear here. For the three months ended September 30, 2003, the Company had no revenues, aside from the Lexor common stock. How does that reflect a “positive” trend? Those investors in Europe and the United States who are being urged to jump aboard the Providential express might want to consider that before they buy a boarding pass.

Auch heute wieder ne Bestätigung des Bodens bei 0,2 $. Trotz aller Unkenrufe, mit jedem weiteren Tag in diesem Monat steigt die Fantasie und dies wird sich noch deutlich positiv bemerkbar machen. bei PRVH steigt überhaupt nichts mehr. Die Meldung war alt und daher ein klares Verkaufssignal.
Selbst die Amis sind nicht so blöd wie Ihr. Und die Firma in China? Wart Ihr mal auf deren website? Eine gesunde Firma kann sich zumindest einen semiprofessionellen Webdesigner leisten. Den ganzen Mist inkl. der PRVH Nettel ATC LEXOR und wie die ganzen Luftschlösser heißen hau ich Euch an einem Tag zusammen.
Würde mich nicht wundern, wenn der liebe Henry seine Wohnung schon aufgelöst hat.

PROVIDENTIAL HOLDINGS, INC. (OTCBB: PRVH) – HOLDING WHAT?

June 3, 2002


Investors recently were bombarded with e-mail “Alerts” urging them to buy shares of Providential Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:PRVH). The e-mails contained the usual litany of hype about “strong rumors” of “excellent news,” and the prospect of “record volume” for Providential shares.

Reading these e-mails, it would seem that Providential operated a thriving technology and financial services business, had successful affiliates in the United States and abroad (particularly in Vietnam), and was poised to thrive.

Unfortunately, the promoters were telling only one part of the story.


Prior Lives

The Providential promoters were selective in their “spin.” And why not? They each received 210,000 free trading shares from unnamed “third-parties” in exchange for distributing their one-sided reports. In their haste, however, they neglected to mention that Providential – despite all its plans, projects and affiliations - has no money and no revenues. Its only assets are furniture, equipment, automobiles valued at around $60,000 (after depreciation), and $120,000 in unspecified “other assets.” On the other hand, the Company has some eye-popping liabilities – over $6.5 million.

Those omissions are particularly disturbing in light of Providential’s history. It is not a comforting provenance. Providential Holdings used to be in the stock brokerage business, as Providential Securities, Inc., but was forced to shut down that operation in late 2000 after settling charges levied by the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Henry Fahman, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Providential Holdings, also was Chairman and CEO of Providential Securities. On December 15, 2000 NASD Regulation, Inc. sanctioned Providential Securities, fined the brokerage firm $150,000, and permanently barred Fahman from the securities industry, after concluding that Fahman and the firm had violated the federal securities laws and NASD rules.

The NASD found that Fahman and Providential Securities misled investors in connection with a private placement of Providential Securities’ stock between December 1998 and June 1999. That was not all. According to the NASD, Fahman and Providential Securities also operated unregistered branch offices, allowed unregistered individuals to participate in the securities business, and misused investment funds.

Although Providential Securities and Fahman neither admitted nor denied the charges, both agreed to settle the NASD claims, and Providential promised to return funds to the private placement investors.

The NASD may have thrown Fahman out of the brokerage business, and sounded the death knell for Providential Securities, but Providential Holdings still is looking for investors – offering promises and projections, but little substance.


Much Ado

The recent e-mails attempted to create the illusion that Providential had an active business with promising relationships. Unfortunately, they offered few facts. For example, the promoters said that Providential “currently operates” four divisions:

(1): PHI Technologies, including liquid crystal display (LCD) products, information technology, and telecommunications, (2): PHI Capital Services, including insurance and investment services, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and project financing, (3): PHI International, especially direct investments and joint ventures in Vietnam and other emerging markets, and (4): PHI Special Situations, including unique opportunities with high potential for exceptional returns on investment.

The phrase “currently operates” may be somewhat generous. The Company had no revenues between July 2001 and March 2002.

Despite the absence of revenue producing operations, the promoters attempted to support their recommendation by focusing on Providential’s “affiliation” with such companies as Datalogic International, Inc.; Global Systems & Technologies Corp.; Lexor International, Inc.; EPICO; XMS Equipment, LLC; Mana Technologies; Vinet Communications, Inc.; Epicenter, Inc.; Providential Advisory Services, Inc.; and Chu Lai Industrial Zone. This lengthy list of unfamiliar names suggested a growing business, but is there substance to these relationships? For the most part, they appear to consist of projected acquisitions, anticipated projects and unconsummated letters of intent. Consider this:


• Datalogic International, Inc. Datalogic was the subject of a similar vigorous e-mail campaign in January 2002. As we reported at the time, the promoters who were pumping Datalogic vastly overstated that Company’s prospects and did not bother to mention a recent, and dramatic, drop in revenues. Providential’s public disclosure about this relationship is inconsistent. In its most recent Form 10-Q, for the quarter ended March 31, 2002, the Company initially says that it “received” 2,666,922 Datalogic shares (approximately 10% of Datalogic) for merger and acquisition consulting services. Later in that same Form 10-Q Providential concedes that it actually had received only 1.2 million of those shares as of March 31, 2002.

Still, the Company does nothing to dispel the notion that the remaining 1,466,922 shares will be forthcoming. That does not appear to be the case. According to Datalogic’s most recent Form 10-Q Quarterly Report, the remaining 1,466,922 shares have now been cancelled. Datalogic does not say why it declined to deliver over one half of the shares initially claimed by Providential.

In any event, the value of those holdings remains uncertain. Datalogic’s revenues have continued to decrease and its liabilities exceed its assets.

• Global Systems & Technologies Corp. On October 30, 2001 Providential announced that it had signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of Global Systems & Technologies, a privately-owned company in the mobile computing and remote data management business, in exchange for cash, stock and debt. Almost seven months later Providential has not provided further details of the deal, or indicated whether it ever closed. Despite the absence of information, the promoters highlight this as one of Providential’s key relationships.

• Lexor International, Inc. Providential says it acquired about 2.4 million shares of Lexor as consideration for arranging a merger between Lexor and Pan-American Automotive Corporation. What are they worth? That’s hard to say. The promoters describe Lexor as “a manufacturer and supplier of premium beauty supply equipment and products,” but as best we can determine, Lexor’s product line consists principally of various chairs used for giving pedicures. Lexor recently announced plans to expand its products and acquire a chain of nail salons.

Lexor does not file regular reports with the Securities & Exchange Commission, so investors cannot see how that Company is performing. Lexor shares trade on the Pink sheets, under the symbol LXXR. Volume is generally light to non-existent, but it picked up almost immediately after the promotional e-mails about Providential started to circulate. On May 14th, the day the Providential e-mails began to appear, 217,000 shares of Lexor were traded, but share prices dropped from 10 cents to 8 cents. As of May 30th, Lexor was trading at 4 cents a share.

• EPICO. The promoters said that Providential had signed a letter of intent to acquire this business as well. EPICO purportedly sells insurance investments and estate planning services, primarily to World War II veterans and others in California, Arizona and Nevada. Although Providential indicated that it expected the transaction to be completed in the first quarter of 2002, there is no sign that it has closed, or that it is likely to be consummated any time soon.

Is this a viable acquisition? Considering Providential’s clouded history in the securities industry, and Fahman’s lifetime securities bar, it may be wishful thinking to suppose that the Company will obtain necessary licenses to sell insurance or any other investment products.

• XMS Equipment, LLC. Another letter of intent – this time to acquire 75% of XMS, which makes products for the mining industry. As with EPICO, Providential said it expected to close the deal in the first quarter of 2002. And, as with EPICO, there is no indication that it has done so.

• Manna Technologies. Promoters say that this is a joint venture controlled by Providential to manufacture LCD panels. Providential’s Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2002, explains that the Company has a joint venture with an individual named Mimi Ban for the purpose of setting up one or more plants in Vietnam to manufacture LCD screens. There is nothing in the Form 10-Q to suggest that Mimi Ban operates any plants at present, or has the expertise to establish such plants. In fact, as of May 14, 2002, the Company concedes that there were no such plants.

• Vinet Communications, Inc. Another handy letter of intent. This time it is for an ethnically oriented Internet Service Provider (ISP). As with the other letters of intent, there is no indication that Providential ever signed a final agreement or closed this transaction, or if it did, that Vinet has any material value.

• Epicenter, Inc. In January 2001, Providential signed a letter of intent to acquire 24% of Epicenter, a start-up company, which purportedly develops hardware and software products. We contacted Epicenter and were advised that the deal never came to fruition – although Providential continues to feature it on its website and those promotional e-mails cited Epicenter as one of Providential’s “affiliates.”

• Providential Advisory Services. A typical Providential venture - it has no sales. The Company says it plans to become a Registered Investment Advisor and provide advisory services to individuals and institutions. In view of Providential’s regulatory history – and Fahman’s lifetime bar from the brokerage business – licensing could pose an insurmountable problem.


The Road to Vietnam

Providential seems to have an affinity for Vietnam – or at least for the allure of Vietnamese connections. Perhaps this should not be surprising. The Company’s CEO, Henry Dack Fahman, reportedly has Vietnamese ties of his own. According to NASD records, Fahman also has been known by the names Hien Dac Pham and Hien Pham.
But while the Company’s Vietnamese connections may be intriguing, so far they have had little substance.

For example, Providential says it entered into an agreement with “Chu Lai Industrial Zone (CLIZ) Authority, Quang Nam Province, Central Vietnam, to develop this industrial and export processing zone, to upgrade a paper mill, and to implement two to five investment projects in Chu Lai by the end of 2002.” They will have to get to work quickly; 2002 is fading fast. So far, however, Providential has not provided any funding for this venture. How could it; Providential has no money.

Providential also claims that it signed an agreement in March 2001 with the International Center for Training and Consulting (ICTC), “an organization under the Ministry of Trade of Vietnam that promotes economics, trade, investment and training activities between Vietnam and foreign organizations.” According to the Company, ICTC has introduced several potential ventures, but none have been “completed.” In fact, there is nothing in the Company’s public filings to suggest that any of those projects even have started,

The Company says it has other Vietnamese-based projects on its drawing board – including a trade division and a joint venture in the garment and packaging business. Once again, however, Providential has not provided any funding to get these operations going.

Some of the Company’s so-called “affiliates” also claim Vietnamese connections, including Datalogic, Lexor, Vinet and Manna. How viable are those businesses? In the absence of financial data, and a good translator, it is almost impossible for a U.S. investor to determine.

This much does seem clear. So far, none of those Vietnamese ventures have added any significant sum to Providential’s revenues.


Other People’s Money

On April 16, 2002, Providential announced another acquisition. The Company said it would acquire 51% of privately-held Nettel Global Communication Corp ("Nettel") for $2,250,000.00 in cash and $250,000 in Providential common stock. Nettel says that it provides long-distance telephone services, and has an office in – where else – Vietnam.

Providential’s CEO Henry Fahman predicted that the Nettel acquisition would “add over $150 million of Nettel`s combined annual revenues to Providential Holdings.” But Fahman did not indicate how he arrived at those numbers, and, so far, Providential has not provided any audited financial information for Nettel.

At a stock price of about 75 cents (which is where Providential was trading on April 17th) that would amount to around 330,000 shares – but that’s the easy part. Where would Providential get the necessary $2.25 million in cash?

Maybe the money is supposed to come from a $20 million equity line of credit that Providential says it has established with Boston-based Dutchess Private Equity Fund LP. $20 million is a tidy sum, but there are plenty of catches before Providential can withdraw any of the funds. The Company has provided only sketchy terms of the funding, but here is how it appears to work.

The line of credit is tied to the value of Providential common stock. Before it can withdraw any funds, Providential must either register shares of its common stock or place those shares in escrow for the benefit of Dutchess Private Equity. Once the Company registers or escrows the shares it can borrow up to 95% of their market value – but probably not right away. Providential offers few details of the funding, but as a general practice there is a notice procedure for such “equity loans”, and funds are delivered after about ten business days.

As a practical matter that means the party making the loan could have about ten days to arrange for the sale of the shares they anticipate receiving, or to sell short, knowing they would soon be able to deliver the stock and cover the short position. That way the lender is at minimal risk – proceeds from the stock sale should be more than adequate to cover the loan.

The funding could prove costly to Providential. Each time the Company receives funds it must give Dutchess Private Equity additional shares of common stock, and pay a 3% fee in cash.

Dilution could prove massive. Providential currently is authorized to issue 100 million shares, of which approximately 40 million were outstanding as of March 31, 2002. On May 30th Providential stock closed at 15 cents per share. The Company would have to deposit over 140 million shares in escrow (or register them) to draw down $20 million from Dutchess Private Equity. How practical does that seem?


Slim Chances

What happens when a company with no business acquires a corporation that doesn’t exist? Sometimes, it issues a press release.

On April 30, 2002, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had acquired 51% of a private Nevada corporation called SlimTech, Inc. The press release described SlimTech as a distributor of LCD computer flat screens and other consumer electronics.

But that’s not exactly accurate. SlimTech sounds more like slim pickin’s – it didn’t even exist before April 30, 2002. Slim Tech was formed in Nevada on that date, naming Mail Boxes Etc. as its registered agent in the state, and Johnny Park of San Francisco, California as its sole officer. Information about SlimTech (other than the generous words expressed by Providential) is, like SlimTech itself, virtually non-existent. At last check, its website remained “under construction.”

Slimtech has no operating history, and no identifiable business plan. Still, on May 14th, Providential that SlimTech had received “firm orders for LCD flat-screen monitors valued at more than $330 million for the next 12 months from major domestic and overseas distributors.” This prompted Fahman to declare “f we succeed in implementing our business strategy, Providential may well surpass half a billion dollars in combined revenues for fiscal year 2003.” That’s some big “if.”

Who would place any orders – much less $330 million worth – with this untested, newly-formed company? Providential did not identify any of the purported distributors. Where would SlimTech get the LCD monitors in the first place? Providential didn’t say. Maybe they plan to buy them from Providential’s non-operational joint-venture in Vietnam?

Ignoring this lack of detail, Providential announced on May 15th that CEO Fahman intended to accumulate 300,000 to 500,000 Providential shares on the open market for his personal account. According to Fahman:


With our recent announcements regarding the investment in SlimTech Inc., the firm orders valued at more than $330 million which SlimTech has received, and the plan to acquire Nettel Global Communication Corp., along with other acquisitions, joint ventures, and our planned investment into an innovative identification technology, I believe we have a good foundation for accelerated revenue growth and profitability and the combined revenues of our portfolio companies may well exceed $500 million for FY 2003."


That would be something – zero to $500 million in less than two years. Of course, Providential offers no facts that would support that projection.

There should be plenty of shares in the public float for Fahman to choose from. On May 7th the Company filed a Form S-8 registering 3 million shares issued to someone named Min Duk Hyun for vaguely defined “consulting services.”

Fahman, Min Duk Hyun, and those promoters sending out e-mails, all are likely to benefit from the fact that Providential shares are trading on the OTC Bulletin Board. That has not always been the case. The Company’s common stock was booted off of the OTC Bulletin Board in November 2000 after Providential failed to make required public filings. It regained OTC Bulletin Board listing on April 4, 2002.

Just in time for that Form S- 8 and those e-mails.

Die Luxor Aktien was ja das EPS von PRVH darstellt haben einen aktuellen Kurs von 1,3.. Im Bericht von PRVH werden die noch mit 2,6 oder 2,2 berechnet.

PRVH hat keinen Cent verdient. Das EPS ist in Form von Aktien von Luxor vorhanden und die fallen und fallen und fallen....

PRVH ist ein totaler Witz. In der früh graben zocker neue oder brandheisse Meldungen aus, steigen dann mit gewinne aus und der Rest zahlt die Rechnung.

Und zu GN mit seinen insider eMails kann ich nur sagen: Was für ein lächerlicher und armseliger Dummschwätzer.. andere so ins Verderben treiben ist echt kriminell!

Ne bei der bin ich schon längst draussen aber bei BKQ war ich seit 0,29 dabei....

Es gibt Basher die Panik machen wollen Pusher denen es nur um Ihren Vorteil geht und es gibt leute die fundamentale Infos haben.

Die EPS sind ein Witz und das ist Fakt..

Ob PRVH dann doch in Zukunft echte Gewinne machen sollte ist eine andere Geschichte aber die 70 Mio. Aktien mit einem Börsenwert von 0,2 p.s sind auf den jetztigen EPS aufgebaut und hier wurde auf Sand gebaut.

Fast euch doch mal alle an den Kopf!!! Ihr ward alle so überzeugt von dieser Aktie und die Storry hat doch gerade erst begonnen. Ich bin der Meinung wenn das ein Betrug ist dann werden die den Wert bestimmt in die 1-2$ Region treiben dann lohnt sich das ganze erst. Dies kann aber noch Monate dauern also meine lieben Leut Geduld muss man haben die wird Anfang 2004 schon über die 0,4 $ gehen glaubt mir

Die EPS sind in From von Aktien vorhanden!!! (zum 5 mal)

PRVH hat von LEXOR WKN 727489 (als Bezahlung) lol Aktien für was auch immer bekommen.

Diese Aktien wurden mit einem Kurs von 2,2 (oder 2,6 das weiss ich nicht mehr so genau) im PRVH Bericht als GEWINN verbucht.

Problem ist nur die Aktien sind in den USA nur mehr 1,5 bzw in Germany 1,00 wert. Also was soll das für ein Gewinn sein..No cash no fun

Noch dazu werden diese Aktien genau null gehandelt..

Dass weiss jeder in den USA und in Deutschland desswegen ist der Kurs ja von 0,3 auf 0,15 eingebrochen..

Also nochmal viel glück damit. Ich bin kein Hellseher ( leider ) und vielleicht explodiert PRVH doch. Aber die tollen Zahlen von PRVH sind nur auf dem papier vorhanden und der jetztige Wert von 14-18 Mio € ist für ein Unternehmen mit 0,0 Umsatz doch ein bissal hoch.... zumindest für mich

1.) es existiert von stock patrol inzwischen eine aktualisierte Analyse vom 20.11.2003, die zwar auch nicht viel positiver

2.) beide stock patrol Analysen wurden in den letzten Tagen x-mal in den diversen thrads geposted.

ich bin kein Freund allzu euphorischer Betrachtung meiner
Investments, daher sind mir kritische Beiträge (sozusagen als Euphoriebremse) durchaus willkommen.
Bezüglich Vladimier bin ich etwas überrascht, daß dessen Behauptungen nicht schon längst von einigen Usern widerlegt wurden, da bei seiner Bewertung nicht einmal die Zahlen korrekt zitiert (abgeschrieben) sind
(von Luxor versus Lexor ganz zu schweigen)

Das Problem der Bewertung der Lexoraktien wurde hier schon sehr intensiv diskutiert.
Tatsächlich wurden die Aktien mit 2,9 $ bewertet während
der aktuelle Kurs anfang November 1,25 $ ausmachte
(wie kommt Vladimier zu 2,2 Bewertung und zu 1,3 aktuellem Kurs - ist Lexor gestiegen oder ist das der Kurs von Luxor).
Gerade wegen diesen Widersprüchen bezüglich der Lexoraktien ist der Kurs von PRVH relativ schnell wieder
von über 0,30 auf unter 0,20 gefallen und daher bereits
eingepreist.
Laut stock patrol ist Lexor übrigends seit Mai von
0,04 $ auf 1,25 $ (mit einem Zwischenhoch über 3 $ gestiegen).

Aus meiner Sicht ist PRVH ein riskantes Investment bei dem
mit geringem Einsatz ein Vielfaches verdient werden kann, wobei schnell auch ein Großteil des Einsatzes verloren werden kann.

Das Risiko ist vorallem die Glaubwürdigkeit des Managements (siehe z.B. die kryptische Bewertung bzw. die
marktschreierische Darstellung des Lexordeals)

Die Fantasie sehe ich vorallem, daß aus momentaner Sicht
sowohl bei ACT (Wal-Mart Deal) als auch bei Xeneco einiges in Bewegung geraten ist und somit
Ankündigungen des Managements durchaus entsprechende Taten
folgten. Die Beteiligung am Irvine Coll. nicht zu vergessen.

The Company`s net revenue for the three-month period ended September 30, 2003 was $543,995 compared to $9,347 for the same period ended September 30, 2002. Refurbished equipments sales for the period ended September 30, 2003 were $158,720 compared to $1,457 for the same period in 2002. The Company discontinued retail wireless and internet access in April 2003 and therefore had no revenue from these sources for the three month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to $7,889 for the same period ended September 30, 2002. The Company began marketing telecommunication minutes to the wholesale market and facilitating equipment sales for a commission in July 2003, The revenue for the three-month period ended September 30, 2003 was $113,948 for telecommunication minutes and $271,327 for commissions compare to $0 in the same period ended September 30, 2002.







Gross margin was 70 percent of revenue for the three-month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to 42 percent for the same period ended September 30, 2002. The gross margins increase is related primarily to the commission sales that have minimal costs.







Operating expenses consisting primarily of research and development expense and general and administrative expense increased $957,966 to $969,260 for the three-month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to $11,694 for the same period ended September 30, 2002. Research and development expense was $897,307 for the three-month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to $0 in the same period in 2002. These costs are primarily personnel costs. $871,000 of this expense was a non-cash charge for the market value of the Company`s common stock issued to engineers for their services during the period. General and administrative expense increased $61,729 to $71,953 in the period ended September 30, 2003 compared to the same period ended September 30, 2002. This was primarily related to increases in salaries and wages of $6,000, increase in depreciation expense of $4,000 and professional and consulting fees of $43,000 which includes a $31,000 non-cash charge for the market value of stock issued for consulting services.

The Company`s net revenue for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2003 was $649,875 compared to $56,744 for the same period ended September 30, 2002. Refurbished equipments sales for the period ended September 30, 2003 were $246,706 compared to $27,131 for the same period in 2002. The Company discontinued retail wireless and internet access in April 2003 revenue from these sources decreased by 40% from $17,894 for the nine month period ended September 30, 2003 to $29,613 for the same period ended September 30, 2002. The Company began marketing telecommunication minutes to the wholesale market and facilitating equipment sales for a commission in July 2003, The revenue for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2003 was $113,948 for telecommunication minutes and $271,327 for commissions compare to $0 in the same period ended September 30, 2002.







Gross margin was 65 percent of revenue for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to 34 percent for the same period ended September 30, 2002. The gross margins increase is related primarily to the commission sales that have minimal costs.







Operating expenses consisting primarily of research and development expense and general and administrative expense increased $1,058,886, to $1,178,996 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to $120,110 for the same period ended September 30, 2002. Research and development expense was $900,372 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2003 compared to $0 in the same period in 2002. These costs are primarily personnel costs. $871,000 of this expense was a non-cash charge for the market value of the Company`s common stock issued to engineers for their services during the period. The valuation reserve on inventory decreased from $80,000 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2002 to $0 for the same period ended September 30, 2003. General and administrative expense increased $243,921 to $277,742 in the period ended September 30, 2003 compared to the same period ended September 30, 2002. This was primarily related to increases in salaries and wages of $34,000, an increase in depreciation expense of $5,500, and professional and consulting fees of $190,000 which includes a $31,000 non-cash charge for the market value of stock issued for consulting service and a $125,069 non-cash charge for the fair market value of stock issued to former officers of the Company for consulting services.

Dahinter noch ein kurzer Kommentar zu den Aufträgen über 135 Mio. Für mich klingt es so, als wäre damit das Volumen für Nettel selbst gemeint.

Zu 100 % sicher bin ich auch nicht, aber:

Bin auf die Entwicklung der nächsten Wochen gespannt und stelle mir folgende Fragen:

Animiert die Aussicht auf Dividende zum Stichtag 31.12.03 vermehrt zu Käufen - brechen der 0.24 Cent?

Dümpelt der Kurs weiter vor sich hin, gibt es vielleicht Verkäufe aus steuerlichen Gründen (Verlustrealisierung z.B. der Käufer bei 0.30 bis 0,38)?

Wann kommt der nächste Quartalsbericht, Februar 04? Beinhaltet dieser die Einnahmen aus dem ATC-Walmart Deal?

Du hast die falschen Lexor aktien ausgesucht.
Es ist Lexor inc die stehen konstant bei 25$ Leider keine Veränderungen

ich weis gar nicht warum ihr so jammert die letzten 10 tage waren doch gar nicht so schlecht , schließlich ist sie ja um die 45 % in Amerika gestiegen.
und ein bißchen Gepult sollte man auch mitbringen.
außer es sind nur ZOCKER unterwegs,für die habe ich eh kein Verständnis und können ihr Geld ruhig verlieren.
denn die meisten von denen wollen eh nur die Aktie puschen sie schon haben 1.000%oder10.000 %
und wer mit Aktien von der OTC handelt , der sollte auch mit einem total Verlust rechnen können, wen er das nicht kann dann sollte er sich lieber eine SAP kaufen.
mir fällt es auch nicht immer leicht mit Schwankungen von über 50% zu leben ( ist echt anstrengend).
aber es sagt ja keiner das ihr solche Aktien kaufen sollt, es sei denn ihr seit gierig !! dann seid ihr aber selber schuld.
Börsenbriefe und Bänker sind eh die größten verbrecher,
an einem tag sagen 6 Häuser was anderes zu der gleichen Aktie.
wenn es um Geld geht würde ich niemanden trauen und erst recht nicht den Leuten hier ,(meine die Puscher und nicht die normalen Leute) es denkt doch jeder an seinen eigenen Vorteil.

Er Mailt immer mit dem Ceo. Henry Faham.Was er ansatzweise hier reinstellte,wurde 1-2 Tage später bestätigt.
Ich weiss nicht welche News kommen werden.
Eins ist Fakt es wurden 0,5 cent per Share Gewinn gemacht.
Und wenn die Sache mit Walmart am Montag losgeht,und Walmart ordert die Teile nach...dann geht`s ab.Es werden alleine im Vorweihnachtsgeschäft 30 Millionen Umsatz erwartet mit den Teilen So muss erst mal essen....Mausi ruft.

Es könnten also bei gleichbleibenden Gewinn 0,20$ pro Aktie im Gesamtjahr werden, wenn dass Weihnachtsgeschäft gut läuft sogar noch mehr.


Und ein KGV von gerade mal 5 würde 1$ bedeuten. Ein faires WachstumsKGV von 25 würde zu einem Kurs von 5$ führen, richtig?

Net profit for the quarter was $3,165,562 or $0.05 per share, based on the weighted average number of basic and fully diluted shares, as compared to a net loss of $393,259 or ($0.01) per share for the same quarter in 2002. Net revenues for the quarter were $4,440,000, as compared to $42,509 for the same period ended Sept. 30, 2002, an increase of 10,344%.
