etwas ungläubig schaue ich auf die Nachricht und muß sie erst einmal verdauen. Wenn der Inhalt dieser Nachricht tatsächlich zutrifft, muß diese Nachricht schlichtweg als "sensationell" gewertet werden.

Intac wird damit über kurz oder lang quasi über eine Monopolstellung als Jobvermittler für Hochschulabsolventen verfügen. So was kann es wohl nur in China geben, und ich glaube langsam, dass wir - trotz mehr als 100% Plus seitdem wir Intac verfolgen - tatsächlich erst am Anfang einer "erfreulichen" Kursentwicklung stehen.

Welches Unternehmen wird zukünftig nicht die Dienste von Intac in Anspruch nehmen, wenn auf der Datenbank alle!!! Hochschulabsolventen registriert sein werden. Ist mir eigentlich völlig egal, ab intacpurun.com nun eine neue monster.com, godzilla.com oder kingkong.com wird.
Zahlen und konkrete Fakten, was die "Brüder" an die nicht gerade reichen chinesischen Absolventen verkaufen wollen, wären mir lieber. Bis jetzt werden in allen Pressemitteilungen immer wieder die gleichen Fakten widergekäut. Nicht mal die Kosten pro Absolvent wurden bisher genannt.
In euphorische Schreie á la "sensationell" werde ich erst einstimmen, wenn endlich mal Zahlen vorgelegt werden.
Aber dass ich letzte Woche die Anzahl meiner INTAC-Aktien verdoppelt habe, war wohl trotzdem eine gute Idee ...

Um das kritische Diskussionsniveau mal ein wenig zu heben:

Internationale Institutionen wie die Weltbank und die UNESCO wissen die Erfolge, die die chinesische Regierung seit den 50er Jahren bei der Beseitigung des Analphabetentums und der Durchführung der Schulpflicht erzielt hat, zu würdigen. Im Jahr 1949 konnten nur 20% der schulpflichtigen Kinder in die Schule gehen, und 80% der Erwachsenen waren Analphabeten. Im Jahr 2002 waren landesweit über 90% der betreffenden Bevölkerungsgruppen von der Durchführung der neunjährigen Schulpflicht und der Beseitigung des Analphabetentums erfasst. Der Anteil der Analphabeten unter den Jugendlichen und Menschen mittleren Alters war auf unter 5% gesunken, die Einschulungsrate der unteren Stufe der Mittelschule betrug 88,6%.

Die überraschendste Entwicklung erfolgte in den vergangenen zehn Jahren. 2002 nahmen die ordentlichen Hochschulen und Universitäten von 5,27 Millionen Prüflingen 3,2 Millionen auf, während es vor zehn Jahren nur 750 000 von über 4 Millionen Kandidaten möglich war, eine Hochschule zu besuchen. Während vor zehn Jahren nur 2,18 Millionen Studenten ein ordentliches Studium oder ein maximal dreijähriges berufsorientiertes Studium machten, waren es im Jahr 2002 9,03 Millionen. Die Zahl der Postgraduierten belief sich vor zehn Jahren auf 94 000, im Jahr 2002 hingegen auf 501 000. Im Jahr 2002 studierten mehr 15 Millionen Studenten in Hochschulen und Universitäten, die Aufnahmerate der Hochschulen und Universitäten erreichte 15%, während sie 1995 unter den Jugendlichen zwischen 18 und 22 nur 7,2% betrug. Vor zehn Jahren war der Begriff MBA im Wesentlichen unbekannt, während im Jahr 2002 in 62 Schulen über 30 000 MBA-Studenten studierten. Auch EMBA und MPA sind heute keine fremden Begriffe mehr. Das Komitee für die akademischen Grade beim Staatsrat erteilte im Jahr 2001 24 Hochschulen und Universitäten, darunter der Peking-Universität und der Qinghua-Universität, die Vollmacht, MPA-Studenten aufzunehmen. Zur Zeit werden rund 2400 MPA-Studenten ausgebildet.

Die Ausgaben für das Bildungswesen wurden in den letzten Jahren deutlich aufgestockt. Seit 1998 wurden die Ausgaben für das Bildungswesen im Verhältnis zum gesamten Haushalt der zentralen Finanzbehörden jährlich um einen Prozentpunkt erhöht. Die meisten Provinzen und Städte sind dem Beispiel der Zentralregierung gefolgt und haben die Ausgaben für das Bildungswesen im Verhältnis zum Haushalt gleichfalls erhöht. Im Jahr 2002 wurden aus dem Staatshaushalt 336,6 Milliarden Yuan für das Bildungswesen ausgegeben, was 3,3% des Bruttoinlandsprodukts ausmachte, das höchste Niveau, seit diese Statistik erstellt wird.

Ein Gesetzessystem für das Bildungswesen, eine moderne Verwaltungsordnung und ein moderner Betriebsmechanismus wurden etabliert bzw. vervollständigt, zahlreiche neue Ansichten hinsichtlich der Bildung werden allmählich von der Öffentlichkeit angenommen und dringen in das gesellschaftliche Leben ein. Der Markt für die Bildungsangebote entwickelt sich rasch, Kurse und Prüfungen zur Qualifikationsfeststellung in Bezug auf Computertechnik, Fremdsprachen und andere Fächer sind an der Tagesordnung. Fort- bzw. Weiterbildung sind gefragt, immer mehr Menschen nehmen Abschied von der Vorstellung, dass ein einmaliges Studium über das spätere Leben entscheidet, und nutzen die Angebote für ein lebens-langes Lernen.

Die Regierung hat zugesagt, in den kommenden 10 bis 20 Jahren den Bürgern immer mehr Bildungschancen zu geben und das Bildungsniveau des Volkes spürbar zu erhöhen. Nach einem Plan des Bildungsministeriums soll es im Jahr 2020 unter 100 000 Bürgern jeweils 13 500 Menschen mit mindestens einem Fachhochschulabschluss und 31 000 mit einem Oberschulabschluss geben; das Analphabetentum und Halb-Analphabetentum soll auf unter 3% gesenkt werden; die durchschnittliche Zeit der Bildung soll dann elf statt wie derzeit acht Jahre betragen.

Ich kann drulli nur beipflichten, dass man nicht jetzt ob ausgebliebener Prognosen hinsichtlich der Umsätze und daraus zu erzielender Erträge seitens intac den Blick für das Wesentliche übersieht. Und dies sind die langfristigen Aussichten von intac, die mE nach durchaus eine Einstufung als sensationell verdienen.
Wenn man sich heute im Wirtschaftsteil der Welt am Sonntag auf Seite 31 mal den Bericht über die chinesische Wirtschaft näher durchliest wird man zu der Einsicht gelangen, dass die chinesische Wirtschaft um diese phänomenale Wirtschaftskraft weiter ausbauen oder wenigstens halten zu können vor allem eins braucht, nämlich gut ausgebildete chinesische Fachkräfte, die die modernen Technologien verstehen und weltmarktfähig anbieten zu können. Das die chinesische Regierung dieses Problem erkannt hat und versucht zu lösen zeigt der vorherige Beitrag von drulli, der die Ausweitung der chinesischen Bildungsausgaben für die nächsten Jahre beschreibt.
Ausgehend von dieser Situation hat intac nun quasi eine Monopolstellung im chinesischen Markt zur Vermittlung von chinesischen Absolventen an die Unternehmen. Intac ist quai die Schnittstelle zwischen dem dringend benötigten Know-how der chinesischen Absolventen für die chinesische Wirtschaft und den Unternehmen. Und dies ist nur ein Zweig des Geschäftsmodells.Durch die intac exklusiv zur Verfügung stehende datenbank hat intac auch das tool in der Hand, welches die Unternehmen benötigen, um gezielt nach passenden Arbeitskräften zu suchen. Das Geschäftsmodell ist demnach zweiseitig angelegt und dies in einen Wachstumsmarkt der Extraklasse.
Das intac noch keine genauen Prognosen bekannt gegeben hat, würde ich^nicht als ein Zeichen der Schwäche werten, sondern eher als Symbol für eine nicht zu progressiv angelegte Geschäfts- und Kommunikationspolitik. Man weiß halt, was man in der Hinterhand hat!!
Vor diesem Hintergrund halte ich Kurse auf Sicht der nächsten 3-5 Jahre von über 100 USD für durchaus vorstellbar.

Was mich nachdenklich stimmt ( positiv ) ist, daß irgendwer in DE meist deutliche Zuschläge zu den USA-Kurs bezahlt. Da ich mal davon ausgehe daß nicht viele Laien derzeit in INTAC investieren, sollten das doch wohl Profis/Instis sein. Demnach erwarten die wohl noch einiges an positiven Nachichten! Eigentlich halte ich von diesen ganzen Verschwörungstheorien nicht viel, aber die Akkumulation bei INTAC ist schon ziemlich offensichtlich.

Hast Du mal in einen Bloomberg-Auszug von Intac geschaut?

Da stehen folgende Institutionelle drin:

Deutsche Bank, DB Mandarin, DWS Emerging Markets, Nordasia.com, H&A Lux, Berenberg und das mit recht großen Positionen.

Wir sind also in erlesener Gesellschaft, und die wissen schon genau was sie tun.

2o Dollar? dieses Kursziel kann sich bestenfalls auf Mitte Februar beziehen, wenn`s weiter so abgeht wie im Augenblick...ich denke, dass mehr und mehr Instis und Fonds realisieren, welches Potential sich hinter dem Geschäftsmodell verbirgt. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass der Wert demnächst regelrecht explodiert (und hätt nix dagegen )
