swiss financial spricht von gerüchten über eine fusion mit sunn comm in kürze. vielleicht gibts ja schon eine meldung am we.
und da wollen ja sicher alle dabei sein.

Manomann hier wird aber die Aktie gep...

Ich habe auch von diesen Aktien, obwohl Zahlen anstehen und die Sache gut aussieht, weiss ich nicht, wie die 65 Mio. zusätzlichen Aktien, die an Sunncomm ( Mutterfirma )gehen für die exklusiven Margetingrechte, verhalten werden auf den Kurs. Dazu kommt, das Suncomm mit 250 Mio. viel zu viele aktien draussen hat und in den Pink Sheets ist.

Dieses Zussamenspiel ist mir rätselhaft.
Bei einer Fusion mit Sunncomm kann die Kursentwicklung nur gehemmt werden von QTIG.
Kann mir jemand dazu was sagen ?
