World Am Communications, Inc. Subsidiary Receives Order From Federal Agency
Tuesday March 23, 9:00 am ET

WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 2004--World Am Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:WLDI - News) www.world-am.com, whose wholly owned subsidiary, Isotec, Inc., www.isotecinc.com conceives, develops and markets state-of-the-art security systems, announced today that it has received an order for a proprietary security portal from a U. S. Government agency.
The access control portal ordered is intended to significantly reduce the possibility that unauthorized personnel will enter protected areas within the facility. Isotec has installed similar systems for the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Navy, the U.S. Federal Reserve, and U.S. Air Force Nuclear Weapons storage facilities.

This new proprietary portal designed specifically for the U.S. Government was recently introduced to Government entities. Isotec has received positive feedback on its ease of integration into the clients` systems. "We anticipate launching a national sales campaign targeted to the specific government entities for this new portal within 30 days," stated Mitchell Vince, CEO Isotec.

Isotec is best known in the security industry for its "Transparent Security" (TM) systems, which it conceived and developed.

WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 18, 2004--World Am Communications (OTCBB:WLDI - News), www.world-am.com, whose wholly owned subsidiary, Isotec, www.isotecinc.com, conceives, develops and markets state-of-the-art security systems, announced today that it has delivered the first article prototype upgrade portal kit to the Department of Energy.
Mitchell Vince, Isotec CEO, said, "We are pleased to report the first unit is set for final testing by our customer within the next 60 days. Mitchell Vince went on to say, "Isotec, in cooperation with the Department of Energy, developed a retrofit kit that will bring pre-1990 portals designed by other companies up to current U.S. Government standards through the use of proprietary technology and engineering designs developed during the past several months by Isotec, with input from the government."

Mitchell Vince added, "After final approval by the U.S. Government, Isotec plans on launching a national sales campaign to all government agencies that can utilize this money-saving opportunity instead of replacing their current portals, thus affording a cost-effective service life extending option."

(OTCBB:WLDI - News) www.world-am.com, whose wholly owned subsidiary, Isotec, Inc. www.isotecinc.com conceives, develops and markets state-of-the-art security systems, announced today that Comfort Isotec, its Chinese joint venture company, has informed World Am that Comfort Isotec (also referred to as "Comtec") has reached several planned benchmarks.
The first benchmark was approval and certification of the Comfort Virtue manufacturing process. Isotec personnel recently visited Comfort Virtue for the purpose of inspecting the plant, procedures, sample production, quality control and other specifications and procedures established by Isotec, Inc. Isotec certification was required prior to allowing any portals manufactured by Comfort Virtue to be sold. Comfort Virtue is the Chinese manufacturer of certain of Isotec designed access control portals.

Comfort Isotec also reported that several banks in China have expressed an interest in obtaining Comtec portals for several of their bank locations and ATM`s. It is expected first sales in China may be received within the next two or three months, subject to certain remaining Chinese legal requirements being met.

Thomas E. Ferneau, World Am CFO, having just returned from China, stated, "With the certification of Comfort Virtue as a manufacturer, Comtec may now export their cost effective line of portals to anywhere in the world. In fact, Comtec will receive its first export order for five (5) 9084C portals this week. The first units are expected to be shipped within the next 90 days."

World Am Subsidiary Reports on Recent Marketing and Sales Developments
Wednesday March 3, 7:00 am ET

WESTMINSTER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2004--World Am Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:WLDI - News), www.world-am.com, whose wholly owned subsidiary www.isotecinc.com manufactures and markets custom access control portals, desires to report recent marketing and sales developments.
Isotec announced today the sales of two custom portals by its dealers. The first portal is to be installed at a Los Angeles area financial institution. The second unit will be manufactured by the Commercial Services Division and installed in a financial institution in Maryland. This division became involved due to substantial custom design requirements owing to the end user`s physical requirements.

Isotec also announced today the addition of two new dealers. The first new dealer, located in Marietta, Georgia, is a systems integrator, active in the commercial services arena. In addition to access control systems, the Marietta-based dealer also installs voice and data networks, fire security and video systems and will sell and service Isotec products in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas and Texas. The second new dealer is located in Fredrick, Maryland, and will be responsible for sales in Maryland and adjacent states, including the District of Columbia. The new Fredrick area dealer`s primary market segment is the banking services sector, also marketing items such as under-counter steel, safes and vaults to the banking community.

Mitchell Vince, Isotec President, stated: "When existing dealers are combined with these two new dealers, Isotec`s current dealer network extends up and down the East coast, with Hamilton Pacific anchoring the West coast. The current dealer network affords Isotec a good foothold in key markets. Our plan is to add additional qualified dealers in the heartland. Securing qualified, active dealers is a top priority for 2004."

Isotec extends an open invitation to quality security system integrators and/or dealers to contact Roy Bishop or Mitchell Vince to explore the possibility of becoming a dealer/distributor.
