      Company Press Release
SmartForce and ProsoftTraining.com Announce Alliance to Create e-Learning for Internet Professionals
      REDWOOD CITY, Calif. and AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 2, 2000--
      SmartForce to Provide Infrastructure for
e-Learning Program on CIW Internet Certification
SmartForce (Nasdaq:SMTF - news), the e-Learning company, and ProsoftTraining.com (Nasdaq:POSO - news) announced today that the two companies will collaborate on the creation of an e-Learning environment focused on the Certified Internet Webmaster vendor-neutral certification for Internet professionals.
Under the agreement between SmartForce and ProsoftTraining.com, the two companies have agreed to jointly create a wide-ranging e-Learning offering around the ProsoftTraining.com CIW certification for Internet professionals. The program will take advantage of the SmartForce e-Learning infrastructure, which provides learners access over the Internet to conceptual training materials, 24x7 access to live subject matter experts, streaming media seminars, interactive events and forums, simulations and a variety of other learning events. This alliance will help companies create and retain the pool of certified Internet workers that they need to implement their B2B and B2C e-business strategies.
``e-Learning is a key element of our strategy to establish the CIW program as a global standard for Internet professionals,`` said Jerry Baird, Chairman and CEO of ProsoftTraining.com. ``As the market leader in e-Learning, SmartForce was the clear choice to provide the e-Learning infrastructure to support the continued development of our CIW certification programs.``
``Internet skills and independent certifications to validate professionals` qualifications are two key areas of interest in enterprise learning today,`` said Greg Priest, President and CEO of SmartForce. ``The CIW program offers vendor-neutral certification for a variety of critical jobs for Internet professionals -- which is exactly why our customers have been asking for e-Learning to support it.``
SmartForce will offer access to the joint e-Learning program to current and future SmartForce customers. The companies also plan to make the offering available throughout the extensive network of CIW Authorized Training Providers that extends to more than 1,000 sites on six continents.
CIW is the industry-leading certification program for Internet professionals. CIW defines the critical job roles and associated skills required to deploy today`s e-business solutions. The industry-validated job role designations provide a ``road map`` that helps individuals and companies prepare Internet professionals to develop and deploy e-business technologies. The vendor-neutral program gives participants exposure to the leading technologies in numerous subject areas. After mastering the basic concepts in the CIW Foundations series, students are prepared to pursue CIW Professional certification in job role areas such as Site Designer, e-Commerce, Application Developer, Enterprise Developer, Server Administrator, Internetworking Professional or Security Professional. Students can focus on specific job roles, or pursue the new master-level certification tracks -- Master CIW Administrator, Master CIW Enterprise Developer and Master CIW Designer.

      Fundamentales von Bloomberg:

      Fundamentale Analyse:
      Webserver-Administration, Webdesign, e-commerce usw. anbieten.

      erreichbar erscheint.
