Under the agreement between SmartForce and ProsoftTraining.com, the two companies have agreed to jointly create a wide-ranging e-Learning offering around the ProsoftTraining.com CIW certification for Internet professionals. The program will take advantage of the SmartForce e-Learning infrastructure, which provides learners access over the Internet to conceptual training materials, 24x7 access to live subject matter experts, streaming media seminars, interactive events and forums, simulations and a variety of other learning events. This alliance will help companies create and retain the pool of certified Internet workers that they need to implement their B2B and B2C e-business strategies.

Charttechnische Analyse:
Die Aktie konnte in den letzten Wochen ihren Aufwärtstrend noch verstärken.
Mein letztes Kursziel von 20 Euro wurde erneut innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreicht.

Die Aktie ist weiterhin in einem beeindruckenden Aufwärtstrend.
Dies zeigt sich auch in den sehr hohen Umsätzen. Mit dem Überschreiten der 20 $
wurden die alten Höchststände aus den Jahren 1996/1997 überwunden.

Aufgrund der guten Quartalszahlen und der zahlreichen Partnerschaften dieser
Woche erhöhe ich mein Kursziel für Prosoft auf 30 $, was auch charttechnisch
erreichbar erscheint.
