Hoffe, dass der Thread jetzt vollständig mit den Stammdaten von Emergency Filtration dargestellt wird..

Hat da jemand von euch eine Meinung zu dem Papier?

Birmingham, UK (ots) - In der aktuellen Ausgabe des Börsenbriefs International Stock Picker empfehlen die Aktien-Experten Emergency Filtration Products (WKN: 120866) zum Kauf. Das 6-Monatskursziel liegt bei 0,80 US-Dollar. Derzeit notiert die Aktie bei 0,37 US-Dollar.

Die amerikanische EMERGENCY FILTRATION PRODUCTS hat eine Filtertechnologie entwickelt, die nicht nur für die Sicherheit aller Beteiligten bei Wiederbelebungsmaßnahmen sorgt, sondern auch einen wirksamen Schutz gegen hochgefährliche Infektionskrankheiten, wie z.B. die Lungenkrankheit SARS, bietet.

Besonders interessant finden wir die neue Atemschutzmaske Nanomask[TM] - hier wird die Wirkung der H2-Filterschutztechnologie durch den Einsatz von Nanopartikeln noch weiter verbessert. Diese isolieren nicht nur die Viren bzw. Bakterien, sondern zerstören diese gleich mit. Damit ist es die weltweit erste Nanotech-Atemschutzmaske, die seit kurzem verkauft wird. Zukünftige Produkte mit der " 2H Technologie" befinden sich in der Entwicklung, darunter u.a. Luftfiltersysteme für die Halbleiterindustrie und Labore.

In den ersten drei Monaten des Jahres 2004 stieg der Umsatz im Vergleich zum Vorjahresquartal um 158 Prozent auf rund 261 TUSD. Für das laufende Geschäftjahr erwarten wir einen Umsatz von mehr als 2 Mio. USD (ohne Japan).

Nee, die WKN ist schon richtig - 120886.
Der Wert wird an der Berliner Börse und OTC BB gehandelt.
Ist das bereits sowas wie ein "Ausschluss-Kriterium"..?

sorry, hast Recht, mein deutscher Kurslieferant war wohl heute früh noch nicht ganz up to date.

Volumen in D ist ja z. Zt. noch null, trade aber auch direkt in USA, wollen mal sehen.

Vielleicht wird das ne ähnliche Story wie die Elektroschock-Knüppel, v.a. wenn eine Einführung in JPN erfolgreich verläuft.

eins ist mir nicht ganz klar. In Berlin Umsatz 0 und Kurs 0,31 Euro cent, am OTC BB Umsatz 15.000 bisher bei Tiefst 0,35 US-Cent gem. livestreaming Scott.

Entweder spinnt mein Kurslieferant nun wirklich oder hier stimmt was nicht mit den Anzeigen.

Orderbook Berlin z. Zt. Kauf 4000 bei 0,29 und Kauf 10.000 zu 0.25, Verkauf 5000 Stck. zu 0,4, Aufträge noch nicht ausgeführt.

B/A 0,31 - 0,35 in Berlin best. Spread 12,9

Letzte Order 0,31 um früh 9:06 Deutscher Zeit.

Wir haben das Ding auf strong watch gesetzt.

Tja, das Papier wird anscheinend - auch an der Heimatbörse - mit geringen Stückzahlen gehandelt, wodurch sich teilweise abenteuerlich Spreads bilden..
Heisst natürlich auch, dass man auf jeden Fall enge Limits bei Käufen und Verkäufen setzen muss.

Trotzdem halt ich die Story durchaus für interessant.
Die Voraussetzungen für die Erschliessung des japanischen Marktes sind laut der letzten Pressemitteilung vom 03.06. jedenfalls gegeben:

Certificate for Products for Export from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its RespAide, Vapor Isolation Valve and
Series One Breathing Circuit Filter products. This certificate is necessary for the completion of Koseisho`s review process of the
application to sell EFP`s products in Japan. (Koseisho is the Japanese Ministry of Health and Welfare, which is similar to the
United States` FDA.)

For the past eight months, EFP has been collaborating with Itochu Techno Chemical Inc., a wholly owned Japanese subsidiary of
Itochu Corp. (see below), to bring its products to market in Japan, Asia with possible expansion into other global markets. Itochu
Techno Chemical, along with EFP, submitted an application for approval to sell EFP`s RespAide, Vapor Isolation Valve and Series
One Breathing Circuit Filter products to Koseisho on Feb. 27, 2004. EFP expects to enter into a long-term distribution agreement
with Itochu Techno Chemical as soon as it receives formal approval from Koseisho to sell its products in Japan.

"We believe that we are in the final stages of the review process with Koseisho and expect that Itochu Techno Chemical will prove
to be an immediate and major revenue source once we obtain approval for our products," said Douglas K. Beplate, president, EFP.
"While we await approval, we have been working closely with Itochu Techno Chemical on packaging, labeling and quality control
issues in anticipation of approval. More importantly, Itochu Techno Chemical has already identified a number of sub-distributors
which it intends to work with."

Henderson, Nevada-July 15, 2004- Emergency Filtration Products, Inc. (EFP) (OTCBB: EMFP)announces that it will commence
testing its licensed nanotechnology-enhanced 2H filter media in conjunction with the U.S. Air Force in mid-August 2004.
This proprietary enhancement encompasses the integration of filter media with various types of nanotechnology solutions for
the detection of, and protection from, biological, chemical, radiological and explosive agents.

The U.S. Air Force tests, which are expected to validate some previous testing performed by EFP, will measure the nano-enhanced
filter media`s efficacy in combating several identified biological contaminants, including: Staphylococcus aureas, Bacillus cereus
spores, Klebsiella pneumonia, MS2, Aspergillus niger spores and Trichophyton. Initial tests performed at Nelson Laboratories
indicated the ability to arrest and eradicate the rapid growth of endospores. The Nelson Laboratories tests were conducted with
bacillus thuringiensis -- an endospore that is genotypically and phenotypically similar to bacillus anthracis, more commonly known
as anthrax.

The testing will be conducted at the U.S. Army`s Edgewood Chemical Biological Center facilities in Edgewood, Md. under the
direction of the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), which was formerly known as the U.S.
Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command (SBCCOM). The tests are expected to take no longer than two weeks.

For the past 17 months, EFP has been working in conjunction with RDECOM to test its nano-enhanced 2H filter technology in order
to accelerate the commercial development of a number of filter technology applications and allow for rapid procurement by the
U.S. Department of Defense. Every branch of the U.S. military has now chosen EFP`s filter media for testing. Additional protocols
and specifications will be issued by various branches of the military and are expected to quickly follow the Air Force tests.
EFP expects that each branch of the military will test EFP`s filter media against microorganisms that relate to their respective concerns.

RDECOM has been examining how to apply the company`s filter technology to a large number of potential applications, including,
but not limited to: biohazard masks, transportation (aircraft, tanks, armored personnel carriers) and buildings (military, industrial,
office and residential). The program has conducted a number of cost and user needs analyses, economic analyses and technical
viability studies of EFP`s proprietary 2H filter technology. Over 1,000 potential applications of EFP`s filter technology have been
identified by RDECOM.

Langsam wird es spannend:

Emergency Filtration stellt ihr Konzept zur Entwicklung einer auf Nanotechnologie basierenden Schutzmaske einem Gremium der Navy am 09. August vor.

Einen positiven Entscheid vorausgesetzt, werden anschliessend 2 Prototypen für Testzwecke konstruiert.
Diese Prototypen würden dann anschliessend in eine ca. 1-monatige Testphase gehen.
Sollte diese positiv verläuft, würden die Filter von einem durch die Navy ausgesuchten Hersteller produziert.

Dann "rollt der Rubel", wie man so schön sagt:
Die Filtersysteme würden nicht nur für den Personenschutz, sondern auch zum Schutz von Gebäuden, Transportmitteln etc. Verwendung finden.

HENDERSON, Nev., Jul 20, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Emergency Filtration Products Inc. (OTCBB: EMFP) announced that it has been notified that its application to apply for participation in a Navy-funded Technology Transfer project (Center of the Commercialization of Advanced Technology (CCAT)) commercialization and services which encompasses filter technology products, has advanced to the final stages of competition and evaluation. Accordingly, the company will make a final technology presentation to a special panel of subject matter experts on Monday, Aug. 9, 2004 in San Diego.

Assuming that EFP is selected to proceed following the Aug. 9, 2004 presentation, the company will build two filter product prototypes, both of which will employ the company`s patented 2H filter technology. One of the prototypes will be built with the additional protection offered by the company`s proprietary nanotechnology process in which the filter prototype will be treated with a coating of nano particles.

The prototypes, which are expected to take approximately one month to build, are designed for a large number of potential applications, including, but not limited to: biohazard masks, transportation (aircraft, tanks, armored personnel carriers) and buildings (military, industrial, office and residential).

The prototypes will then be tested over a period that is expected to take one month or less. Assuming the successful completion of prototype development and testing, the filter products would then be produced by a U.S. Navy-approved manufacturer.
