Die Zahlen zum 2.Q waren eine Katastrophe,richtig.......und ich kann
auch jeden verstehen ,der jetzt aus Wut und
Enttäuschung verkaufen möchte.

Aber es besteht noch Hoffnung auf bessere Zeiten !!!!
Dies zu glauben fällt selbst mir jetzt unglaublich schwer,
da ich ich immer einer der Oberoptimisten war und mit
den Zahlen von gestern auch bei den meisten die Große
Ernüchterung eingetreten ist.An der Börse wird aber
die Zukunft gehandelt und die könnte so aussehen,
wie gesagt könnte,Totalverlust nicht ausgeschlossen!!!
Übrigens scheint Nettel aus gegebenen Anlaß im Management Team aufzuräumen,was für mich ein sehr positives Zeichen ist....
Lügenbaron Sam Brewer scheint keine Rolle mehr zu spielen .

Und nun meine Gründe für hoffentlich bessere Zeiten :

1.)Financing

I am pleased to report that we remain on track with our growth plans. To help us in realizing this goal further, we are in the process of securing a $10 million commitment from a financial institution. We expect the funding process to close within the next 60 days. More information will be made available upon the closing of the transaction.

2.)Nettel Telecom

Toward the end of the second quarter of 2004, we have delivered 16,900 prepaid calling cards to seven master distributors. The prepaid phone cards were distributed through their vast network of over 40,000 retail outlets.

As of today, we have received secured orders from 18 master distributors in the U.S. and Canada for a total of 1.55 million PINs with a total retail value of $13.7 million per month. The denominators for the PINs are $5, $10, $20. The first set of PINs are to be delivered within six weeks.

We feel that we have made the right decision to suspend the delivery of the prepaid calling cards PIN back on January. Our success depends on our ability to not only accept the orders but also the ability to deliver them to meet our client needs. We have been working very closely with our client over the past two months to modify our system to meet their needs. Our prior system would not have been able to provide the quality of service we can now deliver. This is an important factor in customer retention.

3.)VoipXchange

After the past few months of beta testing Automated Voice Order Processing System (AVOP), it is now enthusiastically embraced by many domestic and international long distance wholesalers. Overall, AVOP currently has the ability to process over 105,000 simultaneous calls at any time.

Based on feedback received from over 60 domestics and international carriers who have beta tested AVOP over the past two months, management feels that AVOP is now ready to start the processing of the large orders that we have received.

Over the past two months since we resumed accepting orders, we have received commitment from over 74 domestics and international long distance carriers for a total value of $22 million per month. Details of these orders will be released over the next 1-2 months.

Based on AVOP performance over the past two months, management feels that this time we would be able process all of the orders. Approximately 95% of the orders will be processed by AVOP automatically while the other 5% of the orders would require technical assistance

4.)Entec Merger with Creative Vistas

Creative Vistas and Entec Software have mutually terminated their proposed reorganization by which CVSA was to acquire 100% of Entec in a reverse merger.

Creative Vistas, Inc. will continue to search for another viable private company with which to reverse merge. Entec intends to find a public company with which it can reverse merge.

lese die Infos in den Threads nach.
Die haben z. B. eine 130 Mio Dollar Finanzierung bekommen
und kaufen damit eine ganze Menge Firmen auf.
