Das klang aber um 08:17 euphorischer
.
Da hast Du Dir ja nur die negativen Kommentare rausgesucht. Wenn man das so liest fragt man sich warum Premier weiter Geld verschwendet.
Für mich war folgendes nicht unerheblich:
Additional F2 sand (Ninky South):
In addition to the two principal reservoirs a further F2 reservoir was encountered above the Zebedee fan at 2436.6m measured depth and is also oil bearing. The Well gross reservoir thickness was 6.4m and net oil pay was 2.6m. Nicht viel aber ein add on
Good oil shows were also recorded at the deeper F3 targets but at this location the sands are not well developed.
Gute Zusammenfassung auch hier:

0839 GMT [Dow Jones]--Premier Oil PLC (PMO.LN) shares rise following the
discovery of oil and gas at the Zebedee well in the Falkland Islands. Stifel
says the discovery is neutral since volumes are uncertain at this stage. "Given
the still uncertain development concept for the greater Sea Lion area, as well
as the circa 250 million barrels of previously discovered resource without a
clear line of sight to development, we see somewhat limited scope for
near-field exploration to change the picture in the North Falkland Basin. A
full appreciation of the significance of today's result may have to wait until
the conclusion of the drilling campaign later this year," it adds. Stifel
values Zebedee at 25p unrisked or 5p on a risked basis to Premier. Stifel has a
hold rating on the stock. Premier up 3% at 137.8p. alex.macdonald@wsj.com
0839 GMT [Dow Jones]--Falkland Oil & Gas shares are down following the
discovery of oil and gas at the Zebedee well in the Falkland Islands even
though shares in partners Premier Oil and Rockhopper Exploration have pushed
higher. A London-based analyst says this is a classic case of "buy on the
rumor, sell on the news." He notes Falklands's shares rose 15% on Wednesday
while the shares of the other two partners remained broadly flat. Falkland Oil
and Gas down 6.3% at 33.25p, Premier Oil up 4.3% at 139.4p, Rockhopper up 2.4%
at 65.25p. (alex.macdonald@wsj.com)

0817 GMT [Dow Jones]--Rockhopper Exploration climbs 1.6% to 64.75p following
the discovery of oil and gas at the Zebedee well in the Falkland Islands. "We
think today's discovery will raise the interest of the market for the three
other wells to be drilled in 2015," says Liberum. "This exploration program
could also lead to fuller recognition of the value of the existing Sea Lion
asset," Liberum adds. Assuming around 50 million barrels of recoverable oil at
$55/barrel, and based on Rockhopper's 24% working interest in the licence, the
license area could potentially add around $60 million to the valuation,
equivalent to 20% of Rockhopper's current market cap. Liberum has a buy rating
on the stock.

Was hätte das damals geschnackelt. Die guten alten Zeiten

PREMIER OIL PLC
("Premier")
Exploration drilling update - Oil and gas discovery at Zebedee, Falkland Islands
2 April 2015
Premier is pleased to announce that the Zebedee well (14/15b-5) in PL004b (Premier 36 per cent equity) discovered 81 feet of net oil-bearing reservoir and 55 feet of net gas-bearing reservoir.
The well penetrated multiple targets in the Cretaceous F2 and F3 formations with a total hydrocarbon net pay of 136 feet. The pay is primarily located within two F2 sands:
· The Hector sand, which contains 55 feet of net gas pay.
· The Zebedee sand, which contains 79 feet of net oil pay. No oil-water contact was observed in Zebedee.
The reservoir at both the Hector and Zebedee intervals is of good quality and the above results are in line with prognosis. Good oil shows were recorded at the deeper F3 targets but at this location the sands are not well developed.
The well will now be plugged and abandoned as a successful exploration well. The Eirik Raude rig will then drill the first exploration test of the Elaine/Isobel fan complex in the southern part of the North Falkland Basin with the Isobel Deep well. The results of this well are expected in late April.
Andrew Lodge, Exploration Director commented:
"We are delighted to announce the discoveries in the Hector and Zebedee fans, which extend the play fairway further south from Sea Lion and the satellites. They will add further resource to future phases of development in the area. We now look forward to the results of the upcoming Isobel Deep well, potentially the highest impact well in this campaign."
