LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 23, 2000--Management of Accord Ventures Inc. (OTCBB:ACVN - news) Wednesday announced the company has applied for an official name change to Virtual World of Sports Inc., pending submission of an Information Statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission and distribution of the Information Statement to the company`s shareholders.
The company will make a further announcement upon the effective date of the name change.
