MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 25, 2005--EZ2 Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO - News), today launched http://www.ez2auction.com, its auction website. Ez2Auction.com allows you to place an item for auction in a video format. Powered by EZ2stream, available at http://www.flashvideostream.com, auctions can be posted containing video descriptions of the item recorded by the seller using just a webcam, microphone, and a computer browser. Up to 30 seconds of video can be recorded along with the traditional auction descriptions and photos. An EZ2Stream account at http://www.flashvideostream.com is required.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 2005--EZ2 Companies, Inc. (OTCBB:EZTO - News), launched EZ2Escrow.com to provide a third-party intermediary to ensure buyers and sellers fulfill business agreements. An introductory commission rate of just 1% will be offered to new clients through April 30th.
EZ2Escrow.com enables safe and convenient Internet transactions by protecting both buyers and sellers as they exchange goods for payment. Instead of paying a seller directly, buyers pay at www.ez2escrow.com which then forwards the payment to the seller, only after the buyer receives and confirm the goods are as stated.

"This is a perfect addition to the EZ2 family of websites for several reasons," said Otto Bethlen CEO EZ2Companies.com, "Auction buyers want to ensure the goods are as stated, and the sellers want to ensure they get paid. Mortgage Brokers and home buyers also require a facility for safe holding of monies until property closing."
