Global Concepts Completes Third Major Acquisition in Last 10 Months

MONTCLAIR, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 2005--Global Concepts (OTCBB:GCCP) announced today that its major French subsidiary Compagnie Logistic Transport Automobile, S.A. (CLTA) completed the acquisition of 100% Societe Lyonnaise d`Affretement et de Transports Europeens (SLATE). This 10-year-old trucking company adds over 70 cars-carriers to CLTA`s present fleet of 362 trucks, and increases annuls revenues by over $12 million.

The size of the present truck fleet, and the fact that they are based in 9 terminal locations throughout France prompted the management team, with members in the U.S. and Europe, to get very creative ...and they did. A newly formed and wholly owned subsidiary of Global Concepts is expected to start operations by August 1st. Its name is D.E.M truck services, LLC (DEM), its mission is simply stated. DEM will take control of the entire fleet wherever the units are based, see to their maintenance, purchase all parts, tires and accessories, and lease them back to CLTA. DEM`s strategic savings will be passed on to CLTA, who will have better equipment, pay for what it needs and uses, without any of the present time consuming concerns about their most important asset, the trucks that deliver their clients products.
