weiterhin sind diese shares an folgende bedingungen geknüpft:

a) plkc muss zum jahresende 2005 1,5 mio net profit ausweisen

oder

b) 5 mio in revenues haben

wenn dies so ist werden die aktien innerhalb von 5 tagen ausgeliefert, nachdem der auditor den jahresabschluß genehmigt hat
