Aus dem US Board: Lets do the math of a possible Scansoft buyout of WSBL, which could be what is happenning here. The O/S on WSBL is 100M; if they were to get a $12M buyout consisiting of stock and cash that would give WSBL a share price .12 (12/100 = .12)
Now, .12 is without a P/E imagine a P/E of 15, this would be trading in the dollars. In reality I believe WSBL has the better transcription service and Scansoft will want to dominate the market hence they are currently talking with WSBL imo. The interest here as of late would verify my beliefs.

WaveScribe Continues to Bolster Bottom Line Revenue
Monday September 19, 4:01 pm ET
New Contract Should Increase Revenue by 12%
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 19, 2005--WaveScribe International Corp. (Pink Sheets: WSBL - News) continues its expansion of service and software offerings to one of California`s top 10 HMO/industrial medicine providers. In addition to the three clinics in Los Angeles, Inglewood and Culver City, WaveScribe is completing the addition of a sister facility in Riverside, Calif. Upon executing the final details, this facility can begin utilizing the WaveScribe Web-based transcription platform by the third week of September. With WaveScribe, the Riverside facility will now have the ability to share work easily and effectively with their internal staff, as well as outsourced transcription provider. "We continue to be committed to a continuous growth pattern with this client. There are many areas where our product can make a tremendous difference regarding client workflow, distribution and report production. WaveScribe offers a unique opportunity for them to easily take advantage of," said Cris Bahar, president of WaveScribe International Corp. The Industrial Medicine Division anticipates increased revenues of approximately 12% this year. Due to a strict privacy policy for this HMO client, we are unable to provide their name at this time.
WSBL recent interest/volume coming on possible buyout? The transcription service is in the forefront and Scansoft is taking advantage of getting in on the technology early.
Recently, speech recognition solution provider ScanSoft (NNMS: SSFT) acquired the transcription platform provider MedRemote in a deal valued at more than $12 million in stock and cash.
Here`s what WSBL had to say in regards to the Scansoft Buyout...
The healthcare industry spends approximately $15 billion annually on transcription production. WaveScribe understands the magnitude of this and seeks to capture at least 1% of this growing market, translating into at least $150 million in annual revenue. WaveScribe President and CEO Cris Bahar stated, "We understand why ScanSoft would make this move. It`s a natural course for them to pursue and validates what we have said for quite some time. WaveScribe continues to stress the importance of the medical transcription industry in our on-demand world. Hence, WaveScribe`s on-demand word processing platform and services encompass the medical transcription industry in addition to other fields that require mass document processing such as general business, legal and lectures on a global basis.

Sag mal, kann ich das Teil in Deutschland handeln?
Nein, nur in USA. Müsste bei jedem ordentlichen Broker möglich sein, wenigstens telefonisch.
Ok, danke.

Merci! Werde eine kleine Order billigst platzieren.
2002buyer: Bin rein zu .039. Momentan kleiner Dip. Ideal für Nachkauf, oder was denkst du?
Ich würde noch warten. In der letzten Handelsstunde rein.
Ein ganz brutaler Shake vorhin. Jetzt alles rein!
