DYNASTY GOLD REPORTS POSITIVE DRILL RESULTS FROM HATU PROPERTY, CHINA

Dynasty Gold Corp. has released the results from the first two holes drilled at the Hatu property this season. Dynasty has a 70-per-cent interest in the 1,000-square-kilometre Hatu project in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, China.

Drill holes 100 and 140 are located along the south and eastern extensions of the Qi-2 deposit. These holes were situated based on the interpretation of geological mapping and magnetic survey data compiled this season, which indicate a potential extension to mineralization of the known resource. Both holes successfully encountered mineralization with interval grades greater than five grams per tonne gold. Highlights of the holes include:

In addition, visual inspection of core from three other holes has identified one interval approximately 80 metres in length of quartz stockwork, a rock-type known to host mineralization elsewhere in the deposit. This interval occurred in a structurally complex area southeast of the Qi-2 deposit where the stockwork was not previously known to occur. Assay results are pending from this zone as well as the remainder of the three completed holes. The sixth hole of the program is currently being drilled.

The Qi-2 deposit hosts a National Instrument 43-101-compliant inferred resource of 912,600 ounces gold and is currently open along strike and at depth. The deposit is only one of over 300 gold occurrences on the 1,000-square-kilometre property. The 2005 budget includes plans for up to 2,000 metres of drilling, or approximately 10 holes, with a goal of increasing the resource at the Qi-2 deposit and identifying additional resources on the property. The results from all drill holes will be compiled when complete and used to recalculate the National Instrument 43-101 resource for the Hatu property.

Dynasty can earn up to 80 per cent in the underlying Hatu project joint venture with Xinjiang Non-Ferrous Metals (Group) Co. Ltd. (XNF). The Hatu property includes approximately 1,000 square kilometres of exploration licences and is accessible by paved highway, with dirt roads and power lines crossing the property. Mineralization on the Hatu property is classified as orogenic, exhibiting strong relationships to regional arrays of major shear zones.

Quality control

Dynasty follows best practice procedures for quality control in sampling and analysis of drill core and other litho-geochemical samples. Drill core is sampled in approximately one-metre, half-core intervals and shipped in sealed bags directly to SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Ltd. facility in Tianjin for preparation, and standard 50-gram fire assay for gold. Dynasty uses independent reference materials, sample duplicates and check samples to analyze laboratory quality. Brian McEwen, professional geologist and president of Dynasty Gold Corp., is the qualified person for the Hatu project, as defined under National Instrument 43-101.

zu den ERgebnissen lässt sich noch nicht viel sagen.
Die hohe Golddichte von über 5 gramm pro Tonne ist nur über eine Bohrkernlänge von 1,7 bzw. 4,4 meter.

Insgesamt scheint es sich bei dem Erzkörper um einen schwach konzentrierten Goldanteil zu halten.
Ich habs aber bisher nur überfolgen. Die Resourcen sollen durch das Bohrprogramm ausgebaut werden.

Mal schauen wie es bei dem Unternehmen so weiter geht. Die geringe Vererzung sollte nicht so tragisch sein, wenn die die Abbaukosten (wenn es irgendwann mal soweit sein sollte) in Grenzen halten können. Denke aber das das in China kein Problem sein dürfte. Wichtiger ist zunächst das die ihre Resourcen in Zukunft weiter erhöhen sollten - dann klappts auch mit der Aktie
