      GLR Resources
      TSX-V : GRS
      Empfehlungskurs : CAD 0,29
      Shares outstanding : 30,4 Mio
      Marktkapitalisierung : CAD 8,7 Mio/ US$ 7,3 Mio / Euro 6 Mio

" While current work is on the Box Mine estimate, the next step would be the feasibility study. The Box Mine estimate is expected to be delivered by end of October 2005 to early November 2005.e Feasibility Study would most likely take around 2-3 months to complete."

Eigentlich ist die aktuelle Bewertung nicht nachvollziehbar. Unabhänige Beobachter haben vor einigen Monaten geschrieben :

"they can still produced gold at a
cost of US$215. A gold price of US$350 was needed to
show a decent rate or return. At US$ 350, the project has a
net asset value of $1.38 per share."

US$ 120 pro Unzen liegen ( unter konservativen Annahmen )

      @xtraxk

      Monday November 14 2005 - News Release

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

CONMEE TOWNSHIP PROPERTY -- HIGH GRADE MOLYBDENUM INTERSECTED

GLR Resources Inc. has received the initial assay results from the first completed drill hole from the Conmee township molybdenum property. The property is located one kilometre east of Highway No. 11 in the Kakabeka falls area of Northwestern Ontario.

Drill hole CON 05-01 tested the shaft area and returned 0.764 per cent MoS2 equivalent over a core length of seven metres (23 feet). This intersection compares favourably with and confirms the historical work. Drilling now extends the quartz-rich host to a vertical depth of approximately 35 metres (115 feet). These intersections are approximately true width.

Hole From To Int. MoS2 Mo

      No. m m m % Eq %

      43.5 50.5 7 0.764 0.458

      incl. 47.0 49.0 2 1.95 1.172

The Conmee township molybdenum property is reported to host at least four pegmatitic quartz veins containing molybdenite (M0S2) that were discovered around 1917 over a distance of approximately 1.6 kilometres. The veins are in close proximity to a granitic intrusion (Ontario Department of Mines Memoir 167, T.L. Tanton, 1931). Historical work consisted of limited surface pitting and the sinking of a foour-by-eight-foot shaft on the largest of the veins (approximately 20 feet wide at the surface) to a depth of 47 feet (14.3 metres). A representative sample of 270 pounds was sent for analysis to Ottawa in 1918, which returned an assay value of 1.29 per cent molybdenite.

To the best of its knowledge, GLR is not aware of any previous drilling in the area.

Additional drilling is currently under way on the Conmee property to establish the extent of the mineralization.

The combination of positive initial drilling results and recent market price for molybdenum in the range of $30 (U.S.) to $38 (U.S.) per pound illustrates that the Conmee molybdenum property may possess substantial exploration potential.

Analyses were done at Accurassay Laboratories in Thunder Bay, Ont., using an aqua regia digest, followed by an ICP-OES scan.

GLR Resources Inc (GRS-TSX) Goldfields Project - EIS, Feasibility and Financing Developments
      10:05 EST Monday, December 19, 2005

      TSX: GRS

KIRKLAND LAKE, ON, Dec. 19 /CNW/ - GLR Resources Inc. ("GLR") is pleased to announce an update on the Goldfields Project in the Beaver Lodge mining district of Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.

GLR has been advised by UMA (Saskatoon) that all necessary reports have been filed with both the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) and Saskatchewan Environment (SERM) to complete the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Goldfields project. UMA reported to GLR that UMA expects these final reports should cover any deficiencies outlined previously by DFO and SERM. GLR is pleased with the news of the submissions, as GLR believes these are milestones in the progress of the Goldfields Project.

GLR is expecting to announce the next step towards the feasibility study by the first week of January 2006. GLR also wishes to report that GLR has recently been in discussions with Investec Bank (UK) Ltd regarding the financing of the Goldfields Project.

"Advancing the Goldfields Project has always been the key focus of GLR. Since there are a number of gold showings very close to the Goldfields Project, GLR plans to conduct some drilling on these targets during the first quarter of 2006 in order to investigate their Gold potential. GLR has focused on the Box Gold Mine during this past 18 months, simply because that is where the majority of known Gold exists" said Bob Kasner, CEO of GLR. "The Athona Gold Deposit is about 2 km away from the Box Gold Mine. Outlined in the 1995 feasibility study, the historical figure for Athona is over 200,000 ounces of Gold. It stands to reason why GLR plans to conduct drilling at these nearby Gold showings, to see what other potential can be found in this Gold district."

GLR Resources Inc is a Canadian based exploration and development company that has projects located in Saskatchewan, Ontario and Quebec. The most advanced project within the GLR portfolio is the Goldfields Project, located in Northern Saskatchewan in the Beaver Lodge Mining District.

"GLR" is a Canadian Based Exploration Company with several gold, base metal and Platinum group metal properties within its portfolio with the most advanced being the 100% owned Goldfields Project consisting of two open pittable gold deposits. NEWS :

      FEASIBILITY CONRACT AWARDED

GLR Resources Inc. has retained the services of Wardrop Engineering in order to finalize the feasibility of the Goldfields project.

"Awarding the Goldfields feasibility contract is a milestone in advancing the project," said Bob Kasner, chief executive officer of GLR. "Moving the Goldfields project towards production status has always been the main focus of GLR. With the positive resource estimate, the high price of gold and the advanced status of the Goldfields project, we are excited at these recent developments. It is anticipated that the feasibility work will be completed by April of 2006; the next step is to advance discussions on production financing."

Mr. Kasner went further to say: "With the onset of winter, most drilling programs are much easier to complete than during the summer, as access is unhindered by open water. We have picked a number of exploration drill targets within one km of the Box and Athona gold deposits, so it will be a very busy season for GLR, both towards exploration and development."

DRILLING RESULTS CONMEE TOWNSHIP MOLYBDENUM PROPERTY

GLR Resources Inc. has completed the first phase of diamond drilling on the company`s molybdenum property located near the town of Kakabeka Falls in Northwestern Ontario. The property is well-located, being approximately one kilometre east of Highway 11.

A total of 10 drill holes comprising 729.5 metres was conducted to follow up a high-grade intercept in drill hole CN05-01 which was drilled (azimuth 180 degrees) in the surface showing area and averaged 7.0 metres (43.50 to 50.50) of 0.458 per cent molybdenum including 2.0 metres of 1.17 per cent molybdenum.

The drill program tested a total strike length of 100 metres and to shallow depths: All intersections are believed to be approximately true width.

US$ 160 pro Unzen liegen ( unter konservativen Annahmen )

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

BOX GOLD MINE RESOURCE ESTIMATE UPDATE

GLR Resources Inc. is providing an update of the mineral resource estimate at the Box gold mine. GLR has retained AMEC (Saskatoon) to update the existing Box gold mine feasibility study (completed in 1995) to comply with National Instrument 43-101 standards. Only an inferred resource (1) can be estimated at this time, while the confirmation drilling required by AMEC is still under way. GLR is pleased with this inferred estimation at this preliminary stage, as it compares favourably with historical resource estimates by Pearson, Hoffman (1998) and the positive Simons feasibility study (1995). The inferred resources and the historical resources have been established with a cut-off of 0.50 gram per tonne gold.

The following table represents the historic resources and the present inferred resources of the Box gold mine.

Source Tonnes Au Au Cut to
      (in thou- (g/t) (ounces)
      sands)

      AMEC 14,166 1.77 808,000 60 g/t

      Pearson
      Hoffman 12,500 1.99 799,000 30 g/t

      Simons (2) 13,340 1.704 707,020 17 g/t

      (1) Inferred resources are indicative of gold mineralization as a whole, measured or indicated, at the Box mine will be less than the present inferred resource.

      (2) Additional drill holes have been completed at the Box mine since the Simons 1995 feasibility study and were used in the Pearson Hoffman study.

As reported in Stockwatch on April 21, infill drilling is progressing well. The completion of infill drilling is anticipated for middle of May.

Completion of the NI 43-101-compliant resource estimate (consisting of measured, indicated and inferred categories) is anticipated upon AMEC receiving and compiling the 2004 and 2005 assay results from the new drilling at the Box gold mine. GLR has been focusing primarily on the Box gold mine. It has not yet performed any work to upgrade the mineral resource of the Athona property to NI 43-101 standards. If necessary, this mineral resource can be upgraded once the Box mine is in production. The Athona property is situated approximately 1.5 kilometres east of the Box gold mine and its historical resource as estimated in the Simons feasibility study of 1995 was 6.5 million tonnes of 1.83 g/t gold at a cut-off of 0.686 g/t.

This historical resource at the Athona property is not NI 43-101 compliant and should not be relied on. It is presented for information purposes only and is believed by the company to be relevant

GLR Resources starts drilling at Box

      2006-02-24 09:19 ET - News Release

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

DRILLING CAMPAIGN COMMENCES ON EXPLORATION TARGETS AT GOLDFIELDS PROJECT

GLR Resources Inc. has commenced a drilling campaign on a number of exploration targets within a five-kilometre radius from the Box gold mine in Northern Saskatchewan.

Multiple targets were selected based on the compilation of historical exploration work done by GLR with results from the VTEM airborne survey and geochemical surveys that were conducted in 2005. Coinciding anomalies from the geophysical and geochemical surveys have been used to prioritize the drilling campaign. GLR has established drill pads and will be accessing the drill sites through the existing road network within the property holdings of GLR. Outside of deeper drilling at the Box gold deposit, one of the priority sites will be the Crackingstone Ridge area. Previously conducted work in 1987-1988 by GLR returned values of up to 2.97 ounces per ton Au, 0.825 gram per tonne (g/t) Pt and 1.9 g/t Pd in grab samples and up to 2.21 ounces per ton Au, 14 g/t Pt and 14.8 g/t Pd over one metre in chip samples.*

Drilling under these showings returned low but anomalous values of precious metals. It is believed that these showings are remnants of previously existing low temperature deposits under the sandstones which are located approximately 200-300 metres north of Quartzite Ridge. Prospecting along the contact of the sandstones returned values of 0.04 ounce per ton Au and anomalous platinum group metals (PGM). While uranium was not assayed for, values from a geiger counter in excess of 10,000 counts per second (cps) were obtained from the Quartzite Ridge area from surface and downhole probing.*

Chief executive officer of GLR, Bob Kasner, recently remarked: "While the feasibility work is being developed on the Box gold mine, we have a number of gold and PGM targets within very close proximity to the Box that warrant exploration drilling. We already know that the Goldfields district has a great deal of potential. A number of interesting new targets have been outlined from results of previous work and last year`s VTEM airborne survey."

The first phase of the drilling campaign is planned to start during the latter part of February to the early part of March. After the completion core logging and submission of samples for analysis, GLR will release drill results in a timely fashion.

      * Assessment report on the Crackingstone property 1987 by John D. Hilland. Assay results from 1987-1988 were analyzed by TSL Laboratories (Saskatoon) and Barringer Laboratories (Calgary). Au plus Pt plus Pd assays were completed with standard fire assay procedures with an atomic absorption analytical finish.

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

KIMBERLITE POTENTIAL EVALUATION - LAKE SEDIMENT SURVEY COVERAGE STARTED

GLR Resources Inc. has started a series of geochemical surveys in order to evaluate the kimberlite potential of the company`s landholdings in Northern Saskatchewan.

Preliminary results from the VTEM survey (please see GLR news issued in Stockwatch dated Dec. 14, 2005), suggest the potential for kimberlites within GLR`s landholdings, based on the presence of multiple circular geophysical features. The significance and origin of these circular geophysical features is not yet understood

In order to establish the geochemical signature of these circular targets, GLR has initiated lake sediment survey coverage. Kimberlites frequently weather recessively and as a result, are often found as topographic lows (that is, lakes, lowstands etc.). Lake sediment surveys have been extensively used for diamond exploration throughout Canada. With an abundance of lakes within GLR`s landholdings, the company believes this is a suitable type of geochemical survey.

In excess of 50 circular geophysical anomalies have been outlined within the company`s landholdings. Lake sediment surveys are being employed where applicable. Land-based geophysical anomalies are planned to be evaluated using appropriate geochemical surveys (that is, soils or biogeochemical surveys).

Bob Kasner (chief executive officer of GLR) this week noted: "Moving Goldfields forward continues to be our main focus. A lot has been accomplished in the last year, and with recent developments, we will be very busy through 2006. The potential for kimberlites within GLR`s land package was an unexpected surprise that arose from the VTEM survey. With the development work that is under way on Goldfields, there is a great deal of exploration work for both gold and kimberlite potential to be done."

Lake sediments from the initial evaluation phase have been submitted to Activation Laboratories (Ancaster, Ont.), for aqua-regia digest and ICP-MS analytical finish. Activation Laboratories is an ISO-17025-accredited laboratory.

GLR Resources to secure $17.5-million loan facility

      2006-03-07 16:55 ET - News Release

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

      GOLDFIELDS PROJECT FINANCE MANDATE AWARDED

GLR Resources Inc. has entered into a mandate with Investec Bank (U.K.) Ltd. to arrange and underwrite project debt for the development of the company`s 100-per-cent-owned Goldfields project located in the Beaverlodge area of Northern Saskatchewan.

Investec is one of South Africa`s leading banks with considerable experience in the arrangement and provision of development loans for projects in the mining industry. Investec has made an assessment and field visit of the Goldfields project and has agreed to accept the mandate. It is anticipated that the project finance loan facility will be up to $17.5-million (U.S.) consisting of a term loan of up to $12.5-million (U.S.) and a convertible facility of up to $5-million based upon an estimated capital cost to develop the project of approximately $23-million (U.S.). The convertible facility will be convertible into common shares of GLR at a conversion rate of 60 cents per share, subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange. The loan would be repayable over a six-year term.

As an arranging fee, GLR will pay Investec a fee equal to 2.5 per cent of the amount of the facilities and issue Investec 250,000 common shares of GLR subject to the approval of the TSX.

Investec will shortly commence a detailed evaluation of the project so that the provision of the development loan can be put in place soon after the completion of the feasibility study scheduled for April/May of 2006.

Commenting on the announcement, Robert Kasner, president and chief executive officer of GLR Resources, said: "I am delighted to have Investec working with us and we look forward to the relationship established for our Goldfields project. Investec`s willingness to study the project even before the feasibility study is completed should enable the project development to progress without delay."

2.) Drilling im 5 km Radius der Box Mine

3.) Feasibility Study für Ende April erwartet

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

      GOLDFIELDS PROJECT FEASIBILITY UPDATE

GLR Resources Inc. has released a progress update on the Goldfields feasibility study, which is currently under way, by Wardrop Engineering. The feasibility study was initially based on a 2,000-tonne-per-day operation, which would result in an annual production rate of approximately 40,000 ounces of gold, at an estimated grade of 1.8 grams of gold per tonne. As the feasibility work has progressed, it has become evident that a production rate of 4,000 tonnes per day not only shows improved economics, but also would result in an annual production rate in excess of 70,000 ounces of gold.

The Goldfields Technical Committee (GTC) requested Wardrop to review the National Instrument 43-101 resource estimate (please see Stockwatch news dated Nov. 21, 2005), which is filed on SEDAR. GTC feels the resource review is prudent for two reasons:

it will include values from surface trenches that were excluded in the 2005 resource estimate; and
it will address concerns identified by GTC.

Wardrop agreed with GTC that the resource should be audited and has since started its review

Bob Kasner, chief executive officer of GLR, remarked: "These are positive steps in the overall development of the Goldfields project. Wardrop's resource review will extend the delivery of the feasibility to late May or early June, but these are the sort of steps that need to be taken. This is certainly not a setback or delay at all because the potential to improve economics only benefits the long-term viability of the Goldfields project."

Winter exploration drilling at the Goldfields project has been slowed due to poor ice conditions. An unseasonably warm winter has limited accessibility to many regions of the north that rely on the presence of a good ice base. Two holes have been completed by GLR to date. GLR staff in Uranium City has logged drill core and samples have been submitted for assaying.

The drill has been moved to Golden Pond, which is two kilometres on strike from the Box gold mine. Historic drilling campaigns conducted in 1988 returned values of up to 16.53 grams per tonne gold over 13.6 metres and in 1995 returned values of up to 5.1 grams per tonne gold over 15 metres (1).

      (1) Assay values from 1988 and 1995 were analysed by TSL Laboratories (Saskatoon) and Barringer Laboratories (Calgary). Gold, platinum and palladium assays were completed with standard fire-assay procedures with an atomic absorption analytical finish.

GLR ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT WITH INVESTEC BANK

GLR Resources Inc. has arranged an equity private placement with Investec Bank of UK Ltd. of $2-million (U.S.).

The private placement will consist of 4,596,000 units of 50 cents per unit; each unit will consist of one-half warrant. One full warrant will entitle IB to purchase one additional share at 60 cents for two years.

The proceeds of the offering will mainly go toward further development of GLR's Goldfields project and will be concentrated on expanding the potential of underground high-grade veins at the Frontier deposit and the Golden Pond as well as the underground potential of the H, I, J and K veins at the Athona deposit.

President and chief executive officer Bob Kasner commented on the announcement, saying: "I am very encouraged to see the commitment Investec has shown towards our Goldfields project through this private placement. The original commitment made in the engagement letter and now this equity investment further shows the confidence that Investec has in the potential of the Goldfields project."

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

INCREASE OF 225,000 OZ AU IN UPDATED GOLDFIELDS RESOURCE ESTIMATE

GLR Resources Inc. has received the updated mineral resource for the Goldfields project from Wardrop Engineering Inc. Wardrop's review and audit of the mineral resource have been done as part of the feasibility work. Extra data relating to trenches were included as part of the review process.

The Box mine granite (BMG) mineralized zone was interpreted from logged lithologic codes and gold assay grades, and a three-dimensional wire frame was constructed representing the BMG unit. Gold grades were only estimated for blocks located inside of this unit. Raw gold assay grades in excess of 60 grams per tonne Au were cut back to that level. A maximum of 10 composites were used with no more than three allowed from a single drill hole.

The updated resource was estimated using the existing block model and inverse distance square interpolation. Wardrop used all the drilling information, as well as surface trenches, to upgrade the resource classification. This resulted in the conversion of certain blocks (in the 2005 resource as per the Stockwatch news release of Nov. 21, 2005) from inferred to indicated mineral resource.

The newly released mineral resource figures from Wardrop show a marked increase in the total amount of gold contained in the resources within the Box gold deposit. The 2005 resource of 462,000 ounces Au, using a cut-off of 0.5 g/t Au, has increased to 687,000 ounces Au at the same cut-off.

Commenting on this announcement, Robert Kasner, president and chief executive officer of GLR Resources, said: "I am very pleased with this substantial increase in the Goldfields resource. Obviously, this sort of development is always encouraging to see and, with the additional potential outlined in the 1995 Simons Engineering study for the Athona deposit located approximately 1.6 kilometres away and containing 232,900 ounces gold in 3.62 million tonnes at a grade of 1.99 g/t (1), we are clearly looking at a gold district. What really is compelling is that both deposits are open at depth."

      (1) This work was completed prior to NI 43-101 being implemented. GLR has not verified the historical resource estimate and is not treating it as a current mineral resource estimate and it should not be unduly relied upon.

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

GLR RESOURCES ANNOUNCES MAJOR DRILLING CAMPAIGN ON THE ATHONA GOLD DEPOSIT AND PROVIDES UPDATE ON THE GOLDFIELDS FEASIBILITY STUDY

GLR Resources Inc. has made plans for a major drilling campaign at the Goldfields project in Northern Saskatchewan.

The aim of this drilling campaign is to conduct further exploration at the Golden Pond and Frontier gold occurrences, and the Athona gold deposit, with the intent of bringing them up to National Instrument (NI) 43-101 standards; if possible, the results will be incorporated into the Goldfields feasibility study. As outlined in the 1995 Simons Engineering Services Ltd. study, the Athona gold deposit is located approximately 1.6 kilometres away from the Box gold mine and contains 232,900 ounces gold in 3.62 million tonnes at a grade of 1.99 grams per tonne (*). Field crews have now been mobilized to GLR's office in Uranium City and it is anticipated that the drilling campaign will get under way in the first week of July.

(*) This work was completed prior to NI 43-101 being implemented. GLR has not verified the historical resource estimate, is not treating it as a current mineral resource estimate and the resource should not be unduly relied upon.

The drilling of the gold occurrences and the Athona gold deposit is planned to consist of a total of 5,000 metres. GLR geologists based in Uranium City will oversee the progress of this campaign.

      Feasibility study update

Wardrop Engineering has recently informed GLR that, due to the identification of additional information required, Wardrop will have to extend the delivery date of the Goldfields feasibility. GLR recently met with Wardrop and was presented with a project update for the Goldfields feasibility. The update is in line with GLR's expectations. Wardrop will provide GLR with a revised schedule and anticipated completion date for the Goldfields feasibility.

Robert Kasner, president and chief executive officer of GLR Resources, said, "Although we are naturally eager to have the final feasibility study completed as soon as possible, the additional time may enable us to have a more comprehensive feasibility study and that would be positive for the Goldfields project and GLR shareholders."

PROGRESS UPDATE ON GOLDFIELDS - DRILLING AND EXPLORATION

GLR Resources Inc. is reviewing its Goldfields project, located in the Uranium City region of Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.

      Wardrop Engineering and feasibility study

As reported in Stockwatch June 20, it was decided to bring the Athona gold deposit into the feasibility study. This has required a program of infill and confirmation drilling to bring the deposit resource to NI 43-101 compliance. This phase of drilling has now been completed, with the holes having been logged, sampled and submitted for analysis to TSL Laboratories (Saskatoon). Assays are pending and will be released to the market in a timely manner as they are received.

Wardrop personnel visited the Goldfields property during the week of Aug. 14 to Aug. 18 as part of their due diligence in writing the NI 43-101 report. Wardrop expressed its satisfaction with the quality control being done by GLR geologists and technical staff. The feasibility work is progressing, with the required information needed by Wardrop being obtained.

Bob Kasner, chief executive officer of GLR, recently commented, "The extension of the feasibility's delivery date is warranted, given the expanded focus of the study and the potential improvements of the project's economics."

      Exploration at Athona

Based on this summer's exploration campaign at Athona, GLR plans to conduct additional exploration drilling in the near future. Planned exploration drilling is designed to test higher-grade veins (H, K, L, F and M) which are located east of the proposed Athona pit (see news reported in Stockwatch July 26, 2006).

This additional exploration drill is warranted, given that a historic drill hole F returned 97 feet of approximately 0.131 ounce per ton (converted from dollar per ton Au) in drill core sludge from the lower acidic granite which was previously considered non-gold bearing.

The H, J, K, L and M veins are a series of veins consisting of quartz, galena, sphalerite and minor pyrite which carries considerable amounts of visible gold. The most developed vein to date is the H vein, which has a historic resource of 31,926 tons at 0.248 ounce per ton Au over a width of five feet.

The present goal of GLR is to outline in excess of 200,000 tons of similar grade with the intent of mining these veins from a ramp within the proposed Athona pit.

John Cook, PEng, is the qualified person for the technical aspects of this news release.

GLR ANNOUNCES INITIAL DRILLING RESULTS FROM ATHONA GOLD DEPOSIT

GLR Resources Inc. has released the initial drilling results from the confirmation drilling at the Athona gold deposit, in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.

Bob Kasner, chief executive officer of GLR, said: "The initial results we have received from the Athona drilling are positive. Given that Athona is known to be part of a much larger mineralized system, seeing these gold grades over such wide widths and at such shallow depths supports the long-term vision of open-pit mining at Goldfields. The geologists logging core noted three occurrences of visible gold in the core, so we are obviously encouraged to see results and the overall progress that continues at Goldfields. There remains a large number of assays pending from this drilling campaign which will continue to be released on a two- to three-drill-hole basis as received."

Drilling at the Athona gold deposit is a required part of the overall Goldfields feasibility study (please see news as reported in Stockwatch June 20, 2006). The core samples from drill holes (A06-195 to A06-197) were analyzed by TSL Laboratories of Saskatoon, an ISO17025 accredited laboratory. All core samples from the Athona drilling campaign are being analyzed at TSL Laboratories. Calculated assay values are on core lengths and are estimated to be close to true widths.

Hole A06-195 intersected a combination of Athona mine granite and footwall gabbro. Values returned were 1.61 grams per tonne Au over 10.00 metres (from 7.00 to 17.00 m), including 3.93 g/t Au over 3.00 metres.

Hole A06-196 intersected a combination of Athona mine granite and the footwall Tombstone granite. Values returned were 1.01 g/t Au over 16.00 metres (from 11.00 to 27.00 metres), including 1.3 g/t Au over 6.00 metres.

Hole A06-197 intersected a combination of Athona mine granite and the footwall Tombstone granite. Values returned were 1.01 g/t Au over 29.00 metres (from 10.75 to 39.75 metres), including 1.78 g/t Au over 10.00 metres and 1.80 g/t Au over 3.00 metres.

Core samples were submitted for pulp metallic assays to TSL Laboratories of Saskatoon, an ISO17025 accredited laboratory.

      Hallo SOM.you,

      M+I sind 687.000 Unzen.

      November 16th, 2006 TSX:GLR
GLR Resources Inc – (GLR:TSX, GKF:Frankfurt) (“GLR” or the “Company”) today provided further details about the ongoing Goldfields Feasibility Study. The Goldfields Project consists of the Box and Athona gold deposits, which are located in the Uranium City Mining District in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.
      Technical Improvements
The Gekko System from Australia was chosen for the recovery of gold from Goldfields ore by gravity concentration and high intensity leaching. New recovery data and cost increases have required further examination of this choice. The Gekko part of the plant was originally estimated as $4M (AUD) with overall gold recoveries of >87%. The cost has now risen to $8M (AUD), which although higher than the initial estimates, is still acceptable. However, estimates of Gold recoveries have dropped to 77-79%. The lower recovery, based on test work by Gekko and others, is a result of a reduction in mass pull to reduce the amount of concentrate in order to make it fit Gekko’s high intensity inline reactor. This resulted in lower overall estimated recoveries.
GLR now plans that the Gekko gravity system will still be used but with a higher mass pull, followed by standard stirred tank leaching to recover the gold from the gravity concentrate. This will bring planned recoveries back to 87% plus. This different leaching method also has the potential to lower capital costs. In order to expedite the investigation into processing options, GLR retained consultant Dan Mackie and Associates to look after the mill and mill costing for the Goldfields feasibility, in cooperation with Wardrop Engineering. This work is now almost completed and will be expeditiously incorporated into the Feasibility Study by Wardrop.
GLR technical personnel and consultants have also undertaken the task of locating and examining the procurement of used equipment for the Goldfields Project in order to keep costs in line with previous in house cost estimates which assumed such used equipment. This should also accelerate finalisation of the feasibility study.
      Logistical Improvements
Transportation of personnel, equipment and consumables to the Goldfields site is a significant factor for operating costs and even capital costs. Initial cost estimates by Wardrop, for this activity, were much higher than anticipated. Since then, in house work by GLR has defined a streamlined cargo delivery system using, mainly summer transportation by barge from Fort MacKay. Estimated costs are significantly lower.
Bob Kasner, CEO of GLR said, “We have recently concluded our drilling campaign for the Athona gold deposit. The inclusion of these drilling results into the feasibility study marks a further advance by the Goldfields Project. When combined with the resolution of the technical options, we anticipate a more robust feasibility study than originally envisaged.”
Investec Bank has been kept informed of these developments and remains supportive of GLR and the overall Goldfields Project.

      -------------------------------------------------

      Mr. David Leng reports

GLR ANNOUNCES FINAL RESULTS FROM ATHONA DRILLING CAMPAIGN

GLR Resources Inc. is providing the final set of drilling results from confirmation drilling at the Athona gold deposit in Northern Saskatchewan, Canada.

The confirmation drilling that GLR performed at the Athona gold deposit was a required part of the overall Goldfields feasibility study (see Stockwatch, June 20, 2006). The core samples from drill holes (A06-194, A06-198, A06-199, A06-200, A06-201, A06-202, A06-203, A06-206, A06-208 and A06-210) were analyzed by pulp metallic assays by TSL Laboratories of Saskatoon, an ISO17025-accredited laboratory. All core samples from the 2006 Athona drilling campaign were analyzed at TSL Laboratories.

Bob Kasner, chief executive officer of GLR, said, "The consistent gold values and wide widths from the Athona drilling provides additional support for the potential of large-scale open-pit mining of the Goldfields project."

The core lengths are actual lengths as drilled and have not been adjusted for the true width of the mineralized zones.

      GOLDFIELDS RESOURCE 976,000 OUNCES GOLD

In Stockwatch on May 26, 2006, GLR Resources Inc. released mineral resource figures as received from Wardrop Engineering Inc. for the Box gold deposit portion of its Goldfields project GLR is now pleased to announce that National Instrument (NI) 43-101-compliant mineral resource data for the Athona deposit within the Goldfields project has been received from Wardrop Engineering. Athona is approximately two kilometres from the Box deposit.

The combined measured and indicated resource of the Box and Athona pit areas at a 0.5-gram-per-tonne (g/t) cut-off is 976,000 ounces. The inferred resource is 141,800 ounces. The measured and indicated resource is contained in 19,239,400 tonnes of mineralization and the inferred resource is contained in 3,482,400 tonnes of mineralization.

      Friday June 01 2007 - News Release

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

GLR UPDATES RESOURCE AT BOX MINE PROJECT

GLR Resources Inc. has provided an overview of more than 10 per cent to its previously stated measured and indicated resource for the Box mine portion of its "Goldfields project" in Northern Saskatchewan. This resource revision was calculated by Bikerman Engineering & Technology Associates Inc. (BETA) as part of the work toward the National Instrument 43-101-compliant final feasibility study being undertaken for GLR Resources. The positive feasibility study has been submitted to GLR for internal review, and the results will be released to the public shortly. GLR is pleased with the work that BETA has performed, and anticipates an accelerated engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) schedule to begin this summer under the direction of John D. Orr, PEng, chief operating officer of GLR.

Commenting on this announcement, Robert Kasner, president and chief executive officer of GLR Resources, said, "With this increase of 80,000 ounces of measured and indicated resource at the Box mine, as our combined resource for the Goldfields project is now well over one million ounces (see GLR news in Stockwatch of Feb. 26, 2007), I look forward to seeing our first gold produced at the Box mine in 2008."

BETA has determined that the resources previously stated by Wardrop Engineering were at a cut-off grade higher than that typically used for feasibility, and as such, require restatement to reflect current and expected economic conditions. At a current gold price of $650 (U.S.) per ounce, the internal cut-off of the mine is 0.25 gram per tonne (g/t) (assuming a process cost of $5 (U.S.) per tonne and recovery of 95 per cent). It is a reasonable expectation that gold prices will increase in the future, and as such, Beta has stated resources using a 0.125 g/t cutoff. The resource as stated meets all requirements of National Instrument 43-101.

      Naja,

measured und indicated : 750.000 oz

      negativ : 1,39 g/t

GLR Resources orders mill for Goldfileds project

      2007-10-25 09:54 ET - News Release

      Mr. Robert Kasner reports

GLR ORDERS MILLING PLANT FOR GOLDFIELDS

GLR Resources Inc. has entered into contracts with major equipment suppliers for mining and milling equipment. Down payments have been made on those items requiring a long lead time so that manufacture of these items can commence. This will allow for delivery of these items so that GLR can adhere to its timetable of production in early 2009.

The EIS (environmental impact study) originally submitted in February, 2007, to Saskatchewan environmental authorities has now been updated to reflect the economic changes as defined in GLR's 43-101 technical report (for example, a 5,000-tonne-per-day mining operation instead of a 2,000 tpd operation). Saskatchewan environmental authorities have indicated that the review of these changes should be a relatively short process (approximately 30 days) and public review should commence before year-end.

In the news reported in Stockwatch Aug. 21, it was noted that Investec Bank had retained Micon Engineering to complete a due diligence review of the Goldfields feasibility study. The final comments from Micon Engineering have now been received by Investec Bank. Although some minor points are still to be addressed it is of the opinion of GLR there are no issues that will seriously affect the Goldfields project or its ability to pay back debt financing.

Brush and tree removal along the power line right-of-way, that extends more than 12.5 kilometres between the Box deposit and the Uranium City power grid, has been progressing well and will be completed by month-end. This accomplishment represents more than three months of work by a dedicated team of 10 people.

Renovation efforts also continue to progress well at the GLR building facility in Uranium City that will function as office space as well as dormitory quarters for future mine employees. The last shipment of furniture and materials has now been received and it is expected that this building facility will be completed by year-end.

Three deep drill holes (BO7-291, BO-292 and BO7-293) have been completed and a fourth hole (BO7-294) is in progress. The core samples from these three holes were submitted for gold assays to TSL of Saskatoon and assay results are pending. These holes were drilled on the south side of the Box deposit to evaluate any extensions of the gold-bearing granitic formation associated with the Box deposit.

GLR has also completed five condemnation holes in the area selected for the Box mine processing mill, road access to the mill as well as in the area selected for the location of the future waste rock pile. Assay results only yielded slightly anomalous gold values. Therefore, the areas selected for future roads, the mill building site and the waste rock site do not overlay areas of economic mineralization.

Commenting on the above progress, chief executive officer and president Robert Kasner noted, "It is very reassuring to see GLR proceeding on schedule for production in early 2009 and it is reassuring that there are no serious issues with the Goldfields feasibility study." Mr. Kasner also noted, "I am very pleased with the response received from resource funds and investment dealers while on a recent visit to the U.K. and Europe."

..ist wohl keiner mehr investiert? ;)
