Dear shareholder

The company is pleased to announce the results of the recent Subscription Offer. A total of 2,239,182 new shares were subscribed for by shareholders who held IFEX NV shares on 29 March 2004 with shareholders indicating their desire to both subscribe for their entitlement and subscribe for additional shares.

The company would like to express its sincere thanks for this considerable vote of confidence, both in its current management and their plans for the future.

The company is well aware that long standing shareholders will have been frustrated both by the lack of regular reporting by the Company and by a lack of understanding of what the company`s commercial plans and prospects were for the future. We hope that recent statements by the company indicate a very real willingness to address these two issues and would like to believe that the support for the Subscription Offer was indicative of that.

As indicated in recent documentation, IFEX continues to make positive progress towards the publication of both audited accounts for the year ending 31 December 2003 and the Company prospectus which will see the listing of all shares currently in public hands.

The Company is confident of building a viable business model, capable of producing real returns for shareholders and further justifying your recent confidence, for which, once again the company expresses its sincere thanks.
