Nettel Holdings Announces Stock Buy-Back Plan
Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487), today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 5 million shares of the company`s outstanding common stock.
"We have been considering a stock buy-back program for some time," said Michael Nguyen, president and CEO. "The current stock prices fail to reflect full value of our company, and the repurchase program is a very attractive use of company resources. Our decision to buy back shares of our stock is an expression of our confidence in the long-term direction of Nettel Holdings."
The company will buy back shares through both public and private channels at prices believed to be appropriate and in the best interest of shareholders. The timing of the buy-back and the exact number of shares purchased will depend on market conditions.
While we continue to make excellent progress on the Company`s successes that started during the third quarter 2005, we have continued our focus on all opportunities. The improvement initiatives we worked on throughout 2005 had a very positive impact.
We are now solidly poised for strong growth in the coming year while funding and implementing our business plan for various revenue-generating divisions. These will reflect profitable and beneficial enhancements to our balance sheet, such as in telecommunication, software, trading and others which will be forthcoming. Our staff has been updating the complete and detailed business plan for individual divisions and subsidiaries and we expect to release it to our shareholders within the next two weeks.

...bisher war zu 99% alles nur gelaber von Nettel, die hatten noch nie schlechte Nachrichten sondern immer TOP-NACHRICHTEN DIE NICHT EINGEHALTEN WURDEN. Ich rate nur zur Vorsicht...und hier wird gleich wieder ein neuer Thread eröffnet....
