Hallo Jungs (und Mädels)!

Habe mich nach langem Überlegen entschlossen einen Teil meines Kapitals in Pinnacle Mines zu investieren. Und da es hier keinen Thread zu der Firma gibt eröffne ich hiermit einen!

Mir gefällt besonders die Verknüpfung der Kanadischen Firme mit China (da sitzen wichtige Leute im Vorstand) und ich denke dass sich da einige Chancen auftun.

Der Kurs ist zwar in letzter Zeit sehr gestiegen, hat aber die Rückschläge(die fast alle Explorer hinnehmen mussten) gut überstanden.

Pinnacle is way undervalued. Part of the reason might be the convoluted structure of the deal at Silver Coin but with so many properties under different management, they have done the best they could do. The drill results have been spectacular and the market has ignored them. With only 15 million shares fully diluted, I suspect that will change very soon, they are cheap at twice the price.

Nun haben sie zwar "twice the price" aber sie sind immer noch "cheap".

Ausserdem gab es seither ganz brauchbare erste Bohrergebnisse, Ausweitung des Landbesitzes sowie ein "private placement".

Ich denke mir, dass Du Dir da eher unnötige Sorgen machst.
Die Chinesische Rigierung tut gerade alles Mögliche, um die Gold Produktion in China anzukurbeln und zu fördern. Dazu braucht sie die ausländischen Firmen, denen sie per liberalere Gesetzgebung sogar zusätzlich entgegenkommt.

Die Gefahr einer Enteignung ist in China zur Zeit wohl viel kleiner als in Russland, Venezuela, etc., oder manch anderen Ländern. Selbst in den USA sehe ich grössere Gefahren für eine Verstaatlichung als zur Zeit in China.

So gesehen sehe ich das Investment in China als große Chance und nicht als Risiko.

Verblüffend für mich ist wie stabil der Kurs bleibt ( wo viele andere Exploren herbe Verluste einstecken mussten).

Minefill Services Inc, is just about finished with the preliminary resource estimate for Pinnacle Mines. Remember this is based only on holes drilled to date, (some of the best this province has seen in years) and some older results from drilling in the late 80`s ( only those that were properly assayed). This is not the whole Silver Coin property by any means. Anything close to a million ounzes (at this early stage, and based only on a few zones) would be great news. Expect the stock to hit a new high! B

Hmmm .... sehr ruhig von Pinnacle. Ich kann derzeit zumindest nichts Neues in Erfahrung bringen.

Mir fällt aber auf dass Pinnacle nun auch in Frankfurt und am Xetra gehandelt werden. Vorher bekam ich nur Berlin und Vancouver angezeigt.

Ein kleines positives Zeichen und es bringt vermutlich mehr Umsatz!

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2006--

Pinnacle Mines Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:PNL), Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. and Tenajon Resources Corp. are pleased to announce the results of a recently completed resource estimate on the Silver Coin Project located near Stewart, BC. The total inferred resource contains an estimated 500,000 ounces of gold, and 2.11 million ounces of silver. The inferred resource consists of 11.3 million tonnes grading 1.60 g/t Au, 6.64 g/t Ag, 0.06% Cu, 0.19% Pb, and 0.41% Zn and has been calculated in accordance with CIMM (2000) standards, at a geometric cutoff. Within this resource, a higher grade envelope containing 2.5 million tonnes at 2.69 g/t Au, 10.09 g/t Ag, 0.06% Cu, 0.33% Pb, and 0.58% Zn has been identified for a total of 170,543 ounces of gold and 660,504 ounces of silver. Mineralization is open along the strike and down dip. Of the total calculated inferred resource of 499,775 ounces gold and 2,110,693 ounces silver, the Kansas claim has 377,394 ounces of gold and 1,545,595 ounces of silver. Of the higher grade envelope the Kansas claim contains 146,418 ounces of gold and 490,048 ounces of silver.

The above resource calculation is based on 288 underground and 203 surface diamond drill holes, of which 74 surface holes were completed under the supervision of Pinnacle geologists, and the remaining 417 holes represent historical drill holes drilled by previous operators. The estimate was prepared on results of drilling only on the Main Breccia Zone and represents less than 5% of the overall structure of the zone.

A comprehensive program of data verification was undertaken by MineFill Services prior to the building of a resource model in SURPAC. This program identified 301 drill holes that could be verified to NI 43-101 standards with original assay certificates, whereas the remaining 190 drill holes were omitted from the resource model due to missing certificates, missing collar surveys, or other data verification issues. The verified drill data was then plotted onto cross sections where a sectional interpretation of the grade envelopes was made. The results were then digitized into SURPAC. A mineral resource estimate was then generated by sectional polygonal methods.

Investors are cautioned that, due to uncertainties attached to inferred mineral resources, it cannot be assumed that any part of an inferred mineral resource will be upgraded to an indicated or measured mineral resource or to a reserve status. Furthermore, confidence in these mineral resources is insufficient to allow any meaningful application of any technical or economic parameters to enable an evaluation of economic viability worthy of public disclosure. Investors are cautioned not to assume that any part of an inferred resource will be economically mineable.

MineFill Services is currently preparing a 43-101 compliant technical report for filing on SEDAR.

Previous mining on the Silver Coin claims reportedly produced 27,101 ounces of gold, and 81,653 ounces of silver from 102,539 tonnes which is equivalent to a milled grade of 8.85 g/t Au, and 54.2 g/t Ag.

2006 Work Plan Includes 15,000 Meters of Drilling on the Silver Coin Property

Vancouver, BC – Pinnacle Mines Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. announce that the 2006 Silver Coin exploration program is scheduled to begin in May and will include geological mapping, trenching, geochemical surveys and drilling. The main objective of the program will be to add additional resources to those announced on March 15, 2006. The total inferred resource already contains an estimated 500,000 ounces of gold, and 2.11 million ounces of silver. The resource consists of 11.3 million tonnes grading 1.60 g/t Au, 6.64 g/t Ag, 0.06% Cu, 0.19% Pb, and 0.41% Zn and has been calculated in accordance with CIMM (2000) standards, at a zero cutoff by Minefill Services,Inc.

The program is designed to expand the known surface limits of the Main Breccia mineralization both to the north and south along strike, test the Main Breccia at depth and test the Perseverance zone through drilling. Initially one drill will test the south extension of the Dan zone both along strike and at depth. A second drill that is capable of coring to a depth of at least 1000 meters, has been contracted from Britten Brothers Drilling of Smithers, BC and will commence drilling in early June. It will test the potential at depth along the Main Breccia zone, primarily to the south.

2006 - Silver mineralization to be explored on the FR property
April 4, 2006

Vancouver, BC - Pinnacle Mines Ltd. and Mountain Boy Minerals Ltd. announce that a 2006 exploration program has been scheduled for the third quarter of 2006 on the FR property. The program will include trenching, geochemical surveys and drilling. The FR is a silver-base metal property located about 42 kilometers north of Stewart, British Columbia in the Skeena Mining Division

The property has VMS type zinc-silver-lead mineralization within barite as well as replacement type barite-zinc-silver-lead mineralization. VMS type boulders have yielded up to 31 % zinc with 200 – 340 g/t silver. Best assays in the replacement zone yielded 264.65 g/t silver over 18.3 meters of chip-line. Approximately 1 kilometer from the 18.3 meter chip-line zones of barite and carbonate up to 10 meters wide have given assays varying from 7 to 15 oz/ton silver. Pyritic, chlorite altered andesite in close proximity to the barite has yielded up to 7 oz/to silver in several grab samples. The replacement type mineralization appears associated with barite and carbonate outcrops that strike for several kilometers.

Three other showings, the Virginia K, Moonlight and Liliane also occur on the property. The No. 2 vein on the Virginia K is described as being southeast striking and about 3.7 metres wide. A chip sample assayed 9.6 grams per tonne gold, 1,522.3 grams per tonne silver and 8.01 per cent lead across 3.7 metres (Minister of Mines Annual Report 1931, p. 44). The Moonlight showing consists of a 7 meter wide mineral zone exposed over a strike length of 25 meters. It consists of massive galena, sphalerite, tetrahedrite, argentite and pyrite over 0.4 meters of width along the hanging wall with sheared, fractured and pyritized rocks below it. Samples from the massive mineralization yielded up to 36 % Pb, 9 % Zn, 226 oz/t Ag, and 0.10 oz/to Au. The Liliane showing consists of several quartz veins up to 1 meter wide along 100 meters of exposed strike length containing manganiferous siderite, galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and pyrite. Limited drilling in 1988 gave up to 1.98 meters of 0.13 oz/to Au, 8.8 oz/to Ag, 0.33 % Cu, 0.104 % Pb and 0.06 % Zn in DDH 88-4.

Da ich leider kein Geld zu verlieren habe bin ich Ende letzter Woche bei 1,40 mit ca 20% Verlust wieder raus aus dem Wert und habe auf Fortuna Silver umgesattelt wo ich den Verlust aus Pinnacle inzwischen innerhalb weniger Tage wieder ausgeglichen habe!

Pinnacle bleibt interessant; mein Einstiegszeitpunkt war möglicherweise zu spät. Ich werde Pinnacle auf jeden Fall weiter verfolgen und vielleicht mal wieder reingehen.
