Nach der Wiederkehr zur OTCBB und einem neuen Listing in Deutschland bin ich recht optimistisch für diesen Wert. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass hier bald die Party läuft.
Gut, ob hier eine Chartanalyse angebracht ist, sollte jeder selbst entscheiden, aber im anderen Thread findet Ihr auch alle Fakten.

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 02.13.2006 (3) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0030. Since then IVGA has fallen -3.33% .

A bullish pattern has developed and a BUY-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bullish pattern. We will guide you through this process but the prime star of this game is nobody but you. First you must do your homework. A good starting point may be to keep an eye on after-hours and futures trading to get preliminary hints about the direction of the market. Related news, events, economic data, and the world stock markets should also be closely followed prior to confirmation session.

There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:

The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.

In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.

If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.

The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.

If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.

We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

ich wollte den Anderen halt auch mal eine Chance geben.

Ich denke mal eher was positives oder wozu soll eine OTCBB und eine Berlin Norierung dienlich sein. Viel tiefer kann es ja auch nicht mehr gehen. Ich dachte eigentlich schon damals, dass wir mit einem Relisting wenigstens wieder bei 0,004 stehen.

Wir hatten Ihnen Invicta Travel Group Inc. (ISIN: US4618381044, WKN: A0BMK9, Symbol: IG9 ) Anfang der Woche schon kurz vorgestellt. Heute möchten wir Sie nochmals an diesen Wert erinnern und Ihnen noch einige Details nennen.

Nachdem Invicta Group Inc. in der Vergangenheit starke Verluste verbuchen mußte, wurden sämtliche verlustbringenden Geschäftsbereiche geschlossen. Wie schlecht die Geschäfte liefen läßt sich am Aktienkurs sehr gut verdeutlichen. Notierte der Kurs des Unternehmens Mitte 2004 noch bei über 10 cent, pendelt er heute zwischen 0,1 Cent und 0,2 Cent. Anfang des Jahres kam es glücklicherweise wieder zum Relisting am OTC:BB und wird seit einiger Zeit auch wieder in Deutschland (genauer: Berlin) gehandelt.

Bei Invicta handelt es sich um eine Internet- und Medienfirma, welche sich auf die Reisebranche spezialisiert hat. Invicta hat in der vergangenen Zeit sämtliche verlustbringenden Geschäftsbereiche aufgelöst und konzentriert sich momentan hauptsächlich auf die Tochter Travel Hot Link (Website:www.travelhotlink.net ).

Travel Hot Link ist ein sehr einfacher Geschäftsmodell, welches in einer fast identischen Form bereits existiert. Travelzoo ist das besagte, fast identische Modell. Travelzoo hatte im letzten Jahr einen Umsatz von ca. 46 Mio. USD und verbuchte dabei einen Gewinn von rund 15 Mio. USD und konnte im letzten Quartal nochmals einen wahnsinnig hohen Gewinnanstieg mitteilen. Im Prinzip handelt es sich dabei lediglich um eine Plattform, wo sich Reisende bzw. Reiseinteressierte mit Angeboten der Reisebranche versorgen können. Die Einnahmen, die Travel Hot Link verbucht sind reine Werbeeinnahmen, die die Reiseunternehmen, die ihre Angebote via Emaildatenbank von Travel Hot Link an vermeintliche Kunden richten, zahlen. Der Vorteil dabei ist, daß man lediglich die Adressdatenbanken pflegen und die Kontakte zur Tourismusindustrie aufrechterhalten muss. Die Fixkosten sind somit absolut überschaubar und mit verhältnismäßig geringem Umsatz werden recht hohe Gewinne erwirtschaftet. Mittlerweile verfügt Travel Hot Link über die größe Adressdatenbank mit ca. 70 Mio. Emailadressen.

Travel Hot Link soll federführend für die Führung aus der Verlustzone verantwortlich sein.

Natürlich ist Invicta auch andersweitig vertreten. Invictaeigene Firmen sind unter anderem:

Dabei handelt es sich auch um Internetreisefirmen/-Portale. Cruiseexcitement.com ist ein Portal für Schiffahrtsreisende, lasvegasexcitement.com führt Reise- und Tourismusprodukte- und Pakete rund um Las Vegas und onlyfirstandbusiness.com ist ein Portal für First- und Businessclasstransfere.

Alles in Allem stellt dies ein eine solide Basis für die Zukunft dar. In der Vergangenheit hat es sich bereits mehrfach gezeigt, dass die sich die Internetfirmen etabliert haben und sich auch an den weltweiten Börsen sehr gut führen, was den investoren in der Regel hohe Gewinne einbringt. Ein weiterer Indikator dafür, daß es von hier aus eigentlich nur nach oben gehen kann, ist die Tatsache, dass die Geschäftsführung von Invicta Privatkapital eingesetzt hat um die Schulden um rund 300.000 USD zu reduzieren. Und weshalb sollte die Geschäftsführung Geld investieren, wenn sie nicht zu 100% vom Erfolg ihres Vorhabens überzeugt wären?

Ein weiterer interessanter Punkt ist der "Spinoff" von "Casino Rated Player", der für die nahe Zukunft geplant ist. Die Vorbereitungen für den Börsengang (OTC) von "Casino Rated Player" laufen bereits seit geraumer Zeit. Den Invictaaktionären soll ein Aktienpaket von "Casino Rated Player" als eine Art "Sonderdividende" zugehen. Beim derzeitigen Kurs von Invicta dürfte auch klar sein, daß dieses "Paket" im Verhältnis nicht klein sein dürfte. Die benötigten Gelder sollen nötigenfalls mittels einer Finanzierung durch die ISIP Telekome, an der Invicta beteiligt ist, in Höhe von bis zu 1 Mio. USD gestellt werden.

Inzwischen hat Invicta den Geschäftssitz von Miami nach Ft. Lauderdale verlagert und die IR wieder "zurück in die Firma" geholt, um Geld einzusparen. Letztendlich kommt dies auch dem einwandfreien Informationsfluss zugute.

Für die Zukunft ist die Übernahme weiterer Gesellschaften aus der Reisebranche (z.B. Hotels Online), finanziert durch Kapitalisierung, geplant, die wiederum Synergien mit der "Mutter" Travel Hot Link eingehen sollen. Unter anderem besteht auch Interesse an zwei Internet-Medien-Firmen und einem Verlag in England.

Nachdem der Geschäftsbericht des letzten Jahres einen deutlichen Rückgang der Verluste erkennen ließ, sehen wir für Invicta eine gute Zukunft voraus.

Die derzeitige, sehr geringe, Marktkapitalisierung in Verbindung mit den 297 Mio. Aktien und die Tatsache, daß an den internationalen Börsen letztendlich auch Erwartungen gehandelt werden, veranlassen uns auf Grund der vermutlich sehr positiven Zukunft für Invicta ein Kursziel von rund 1 Cent auf Sicht von 12 Monaten vorzugeben. Dies entspricht einer Verzehnfachung des aktuellen Kurses von 0,1 Cent!

Nachdem nun alle Verlustbringer geschlossen wurden erwarten wir für das laufende Jahr den endgültigen Turn Around bei Invicta. Alles in allem errechnet sich aktuell eine minimale Bewertung von ca. 0,4 Mio. USD, was für ein voll reportendes am OTC:BB notiertes Unternehmen minimal ist. Zudem sollte IVGA in Q3 und Q4 deutlich positive zahlen schreiben. Wir Rechnen somit in den letzten beiden Quartalen mit einem Umsatzanstieg auf deutlich über 1 Mio USD und einem Gewinn von 0,5 Mio USD, was sogar die aktuelle Bewertung der Firma übertreffen würde. Die Aktie ist nun ein klarer Kauf, für diejenigen die noch nicht investiert sind bietet sich wohl letzmalig eine derart günstige Kaufgelegenheit.

Invicta Group befindet sich schon länger auf unserer Watchlist. Am Donnerstag und Freitag sind die Umsätze an der OTCBB dramatisch angezogen und erreichten über 50. Mio gehandelte Shares.

Hintergrund sind die sensationellen Meldungen der letzten Tage, wobei Invicta zum einen eine Finanzierung über 250 TSD USD erhält und eine E-mail Marketing Gesellschaft mit einem Bestand von 70 Mio. Emailadressen übernimmt.

Bei der Übernahme handelt es sich um die Marketing Abteilung der Extraordinary Vacations (http://www.exvg.com/exvg/) Group, die selbst börsennotiert sind und zur Zeit bei 30 Cent stehen.

Demnach verkauft EXVG ihre Marketingabteilung an IVGA und erhält eine Beteiligung von 50% der Gewinne aus dieser Gesellschaft für den Zeitraum von 5 Jahren, sowie prefered Shares von Invicta. Diese prefered Shares können in normale Shares gewandelt werden, wobei ein maximaler Betrag von 700.000 USD in Aktienwert die Obergrenze darstellt. Als zusätzliche Ausgleichszahlung zahlt EXVG einen betrag in Höhe von 250.000 USD an IVGA und garantiert ein jährliches Auftragsvolumen von 100.000 USD an IVGA.

Per Saldo gleicht die gesamte Transaktion einem Merger. Wobei EXVG einen nicht unerheblichen Anteil an IVGA halten wird und zudem über 5 Jahre zu 50% an den Gewinnen der neuen Tochtergesellschaft beteiligt ist.

Für Invicta ergeben sich enorme Synergien, da die Gesellschaft nun wesentlich breiter aufgestellt ist, eine deutliche Kapitalspritze bekommt und vor allen Dingen einen wichtigen neuen Kunden gewonnen hat.

Der Unternehmenswert der gesamten Einheit sollte somit deutlich höher sein als vor der Transaktion, zudem nun eine nachhaltige Profitabilität gewährleistet ist. Die Bewertung liegt im Moment bei gerade einmal 0,5 Mio USD. Das operative Geschäft in der Tochter Travel Hot Link kam in den letzten Monaten in Schwung und sorgt für genügend Deckungsbeitrag, so dass die Verlustzone verlassen werden konnte.

Auf dem aktuellen Niveau von 0,0008 Cent ist IVGA ein klarer Kauf: WKN A0BMK9 / Berlin oder IVGA am OTC:BB

Invicta Group Inc. Revenues up 750% in 3rd Quarter; 100% for 9 Months
Losses Shrink to $40,828 in 3rd Quarter
Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGA) announced today the 3rd Quarter financial results and filing of their 10Q.

Invicta\'s 3rd Quarter operating losses decreased to $(40,828) compared to $(125,634) losses for 3rd Quarter 2005. The loss per share for 2006 was ($.0000) compared to 2005 loss per share ($.001). Losses for the 9 month period ending 9/30/2006 were $(283,642) compared to losses of $(717,569) for the same period 2005.

Invicta reported revenues of $129,840 for 2006 3rd Quarter compared to $16,808 for the 3rd Quarter 2005. The revenue increase is due to the company\'s change of business model to an Internet Media Company. The nine month revenues for 2006 are double the nine month 2005: 9/30/2006 revenues are $206,601 versus 2005 revenues were $98,041.

GROUP INC. Announces Reverse Split of Common Shares
Invicta Group Inc. (OTCBB: IVGA) announced effective today the company will complete a Reverse Split of the common shares. The new symbol for Invicta Group Inc. is IVGR.

Invicta Group Inc.\'s Board of Directors has voted to Reverse Split the common shares 100 x 1 (1 for 100). The current issued and outstanding shares as of November 15, 2006 were 974,489,367. The number of shares after the Reverse Spilt will be 9,744,894; fractional shares will be rounded up at 1/2 share.

On 9/25/2006 Invicta\'s Board filed a Definitive Proxy Statement (Schedule 14C) with the Security Exchange Commission to increase the company\'s authorized shares to 5 Billion; management has reconsidered and will not increase authorized to 5 Billion shares. The Board has decided the Reverse Spilt of the stock is the best opportunity for the company to succeed.

The Board of Directors approved the Reverse Stock Split for several reasons: 1) the Board believes that the low stock price impairs the acceptability of our common stock to potential acquisition candidates, 2) the price adversely affects our ability to raise additional working capital, 3) the current low price of our stock lacks credibility as a viable business and the company is negatively impacted, 4) the reverse stock split will also have the effect of increasing the number of shares of common stock available to us for Future issuances; the Reverse Stock Split will not change the number of authorized shares of common stock, remaining at 1 Billion shares.
