so richtig kann ich Dein Verhalten nicht nachvollziehen.

Statt sich über Helle lustig zu machen, solltest Du
lieber Deine eigenen Postings lesen.
Das Du seit einigen Tagen zu Nettel`s künftigen "Geschäfts-
erfolgen" nun plötzlich ganz anderer Meinung bist ist
Dein gutes Recht.
Aber so zu tun als wäre das bisher schon immer Deine
Meinung gewesen kann eben nur ein echter Wendehals.

Ich denke, die künftigen Monate werden zeigen ob Sekt oder Selter.
Vielleicht wird sogar der Mut zum Risiko belohnt.
Übrigens, ich glaube kaum einer der hier noch Investierten ist sich des Risikos nicht bewußt.
Andererseits glaube ich das einige Aktionäre aus Frust
und mit voller Absicht diesen derzeitigen Kurs manipu-
lieren.

VoipEscrow Monthly News Letter Update

Issue with Quality (ASR)


VoipEscrow (VE) Servers are like freeways. Each VE server is capable of processing up to 190 E1s (5,700 simultaneous connections).



At the speed of 30 E1s (900 simultaneous connections) worth of traffic running through a VE server, a few sellers with bad routes will not have an impact on the ASR. However, at speed of over 50 E1s (1,500 simultaneous connections), a few sellers running bad routes will have an impact on the ASR.



Here is the reason why, VE only proxy signaling, therefore very little resource is being used for each successful connection. However, each failed call due to bad routes requires more processing resource from VE server. Please note that failed calls with reason of No Circuit Channel available will not use up any extra resources. Those are fines.



At a speed of over 1,500 simultaneous connections, a lot of failed calls (due to bad routes) will start to create a bottle neck or congestion.



If these bottlenecks are allowed to continue, it will have an impact the ASR for other sellers who are providing good routes.



Over the past few months, we have been allowing sellers the freedom to police themselves and to notifying their buyers when their routes goes bad. However, we have seen too many instances where a seller route goes bad, and buyers keep continually sending failed calls over and over again for hours. When you have many of these situations adding up, it could be over several hundreds or even thousands of failed calls.



VE server will now be more active in removing bad ASR routes and sellers.

Sellers who continually sell bad routes on VE without notifying their buyers to stop sending traffic will be suspended for a period of 15 days.
Second violation their account will be suspended for 30 days.
Third violation their account will be suspended for 90 days.
VE server will automatically suspend route if the ASR drops below 10%
An email will be sent to both buyer and seller notifying both buyers and sellers.
Here are our recommendations for both buyers and sellers:

Start utilizing other VE1 ? 10 servers. Since the past 6 months, over 90% of the traffic is going through VE4 server, while other VE servers are equally capable.
Members who have been using other VE1-VE10 servers did not experience any network congestion.
Each VE Servers is identical in its equipment setting and configuration.
A combination of VE1-VE10 is capable of processing up to 1,900 E1s or 57,000 simultaneous connections.
Fund transfers between VE servers are quick, simple, and no cost.
Having the same transaction on two VE servers will also help improve overall ASR because if one call failed on one server, that same call gets processed again on the second server.
VoipEscrow is designed for everyone?s benefit. We will keep improving and upgrading it as needs arise. This is a big part of the solution to the industry.

VoipEscrow Introduces Automated Failed Calls Reporting System


Members who used to rely on VE technical support personnel to tell them the reason for failed calls for a particular phone number dialed, will now be able to view it online themselves 24/7. The new reporting system will provide members with a very detailed log.


In addition, for members who used to ask VE technical support personnel to make test calls to test a certain transaction will now be able to place the test call themselves online 24/7. To place the test call online 24/7, members go to VE website, click on the dialer, enter the transaction number, a test phone number, and simply press submit.



View Failed call log for a single call



To view the failed call reason, member just simply enters


The transaction number,

The telephone number dialed

and click submit.

As soon as the member clicks on the submit button, VE will instantly display a very detailed report for the call that failed.

This report will list all of the failed calls for that transaction as well as a detailed reason.

View failed calls log for all calls originated from a particular IP address


This report will list all of the failed calls received from that IP address.

Here are some of the simple failed call reasons that members will be able to now see online:


Failed calls due to the transaction running out of funds.

Failed calls due to the caller?s IP address not added into the system. For buyer whose IP is not registered with VE gateway will be receiving the following message ?Security Denied?

Failed calls because buyer is sending the wrong transaction ID and country code. For example, a transaction is for Kenya, but the buyer is sending the call for Nigeria.

Failed calls because the buyer was sending the wrong city code. For Example, the transaction is for Nigeria Proper, but the buyer is sending Nigeria Mobile phone number.

Here are some of the Advance failed call reasons that members will be able to now see:

Call to Number: This is the phone number that VE received from the buyer?s gateway.

Mode: Display if buyer is sending H323 or Sip mode

Result From VE gateway to Seller gateway:


Number Dialed: This is the phone number that is being dialed from VE gateway to the seller gateway. Here is the reason why this is important, sometimes, the seller puts the wrong tech prefix and doesn?t realize it. By looking at this, seller will now be able to tell right away.

Gateway ID: If the seller has more than 1 gateway registered with VE, it will show which gateway was being used to send the call to.

Mode: Display if VE gateway is sending the call to the seller in H323 or SIP mode.

Signaling: Call Signaling type.

Fast Start: Fast Start or Slow

Message and ITU code Received from Seller?s Gateway: (This is very important) This is the message and reason for the failed call that the Seller?s gateway is sending back to VE gateway. This is very important, because by looking at this, member will be able to see the exact reason for the failed call.

VE gateway sends back to the buyer?s gateway the identical code and message that it received from the seller?s gateway. For example, if VE gateway received a No Circuit Channel or ITU 34 from the seller, it will also send the same message of No Circuit Channel Avaialble back to the buyer.

IVR-4-Web offers website owners and ISP the ability to provide their customers an alternative means to browse the web and fill out normal web applications by dialing into our server via a telephone.





After dialing in, customers will be able to signup or purchase items online via a touchtone phone. IVR-4-Web offers the exact identical options that a web application would have. wer seine verluste gut machen will, soll sich mmio anschauen. wir sehen bei mmio unheimlicher potential. es ist aber nur geduld gefragt. mmio steht auf der shortliste, aber wir sehen, dass seit langer zeit die 0,10 die unterste grenze ist.

der kurs ist seit 2 dollar bis jetzt nur aufgrund der shorterei auf 0,10 heruntergekommen und seit wochen pendelt bei 0,10 bis 0,12. wir erwarten, dass die shorteie bald vorbei ist und dann kommt die explosion. gesamtaktienzahl nur 4 millionen

Da ist NULL KOMMA NICHTS dahinter, umso wahrscheinlicher

ich schätze in den nächsten 10-14 Tagen sollten die Jahreszahlen für 2005 kommen.
Die Jahreszahlen für 2004 kamen am 18.4.2005.

Dann wird es an der OTCBB gewaltige Umsätze geben ,ob im positiven oder negativen Sinne werden die Zahlen zeigen.Ich gehe davon aus,das viele nach den Zahlen für 2005 eine endgültige Entscheidung über eine weitere Investition oder den Austieg bei Nettel treffen.

Nettel Holdings Announces Stock Buy-Back Plan
Nettel Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: NTTL), Berlin and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges (NT7, WKN 727487), today announced that the Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to 5 million shares of the company's outstanding common stock.

"We have been considering a stock buy-back program for some time," said Michael Nguyen, president and CEO. "The current stock prices fail to reflect full value of our company, and the repurchase program is a very attractive use of company resources. Our decision to buy back shares of our stock is an expression of our confidence in the long-term direction of Nettel Holdings."

The company will buy back shares through both public and private channels at prices believed to be appropriate and in the best interest of shareholders. The timing of the buy-back and the exact number of shares purchased will depend on market conditions.

PhoneZoo has shipped its first batch of 100,000 prepaid calling cards to US distributors. This initial batch will be strategically distributed to retailers to test the PhoneZoo prepaid calling card system. Each retailer will provide feedback to PhoneZoo on any problems relating to the sale or processing of minutes. These retailers will also provide insight to additional features that could be added to each card for increased adoption in the marketplace. PhoneZoo will then ship out additional batches to retest the system, and then prepare for the full rollout of additional cards to the US distributors and to Canada, Australia, and European distributors. It is management's belief that PhoneZoo has a real competitive advantage in the market place due to the low cost of minutes, increased commissions to retailers, superior call routing and additional product enhancements, when compared to the competition.

Bei Nettel baut sich ein schönes bid Polster auf in den USA. Zu 0,13$ wird praktisch alles sofort aufgekauft, wenn wieder mal einer was zu dem Kurs ins ask stellt.

Aktuell 3 Positionen zu 0,12$, 2 mal 0,125$ und eimal 0,13$ im bid, das ask startet erst bei 0,15$. Vielleicht ist der Anstieg dieses mal ja nachhaltiger!!!
