ich kaufe keine einzige aktie mehr auf, auch nicht bei dem nächsten kurskorridor von 0,08-0,10 eur

Gibt es auch etwas Positives aus der Sicht der letzten Beiträge?.Also wenn ich das hier lese sind es ja nur "arme verirrte" die ihr Geld los gewurden sind.
Aber wenn ich mir hier den Handel anschaue ,frage ich mich wer kauft denn dann diese Aktien wieder auf.Oder wird hier etwa versucht billig an Aktien zu kommen , was ja auch klappt.

ich habe von einem forumsmitglied bei ariva eine erste antwort bzw. recherche erhalten. das bestätig zu 100% meine derzeitige skepsis. die läden und das management sehen überhaupt nicht seriös aus. ich bin schon bei meinem anfangsverdacht letzte woche komplett ausgestiegen. dem management traue ich keinen zentimeter mehr. kurze zusammenfassung der internet-recherche:

"...Auf der Majestic homepage (unter Corporate): Der CEO R. Husband, G. Sangha und R.Brauer sind außer bei Majestic auch noch bei Verona Development Corp. und bei Global Hunter Corp. aktiv. Husband scheint auch dort jeweils CEO zu sein. Verona Dev. sucht nach Öl in Kanada und China und Global Hunter nach Kupfer in Chile.

Wenn ich mir die homepages so anschaue, die im gleichen Stil sind wie die von Majestic, bekomme ich den Eindruck, daß es sich hierbei um einigermaßen windige Läden handelt. Ohne sie im Einzelnen angeschaut zu haben, fällt mir auf, daß bei Verona Dev. munter die Direktoren durch gewechselt werden und neue eingesetzt werden und außerdem gibt es eine „cease trade order pending filing of year end financial statements“. Ich weiß nicht, was das ist, aber es scheint, daß sie nicht in der Lage waren, die fälligen Unternehmenszahlen der Börsenaufsicht zu liefern. Genau die gleichen Meldungen über zahlreiche Wechsel von Direktoren und die cease trade order findet man bei Global Hunter. Die Aktie von Global Hunter ist gerade am explodieren, einen Grund dafür kann ich allerdings nicht erkennen. Es scheint auf einen Börsenbrief zurückzugehen..."

pending figures sind immer ein schlechtes zeichen, das weiss ich sehr genau.

ja richtig, das ist auch für mich ein problem - der hot-stock-investor ist drin, hat den wert gepusht und die letzte empfehlung ausgesprochen ...

ich habe bisher von keinem irgendwelche antworten auf meine fragen in posting # 3072 bekommen, daher gehe ich davon aus, dass bei majestic der glaube regiert und nicht das investment, welches auf fakten beruht. meine fragen bleiben:

- immer mehr aktien werden herausgegeben, um die hohe burn rate (verluste, kosten, managementfees) zu bedienen - hier ist nicht meine frage ob , sondern wer sich wohl die taschen in china füllt!
- ist das management noch in anderen firmen engagiert???
- keine info über aktuelle cash-position nach den 4 pps
- keine einsehbaren dokumente über bohrergebnisse und ni-reports
- gibt es investoren, die vor ort waren und mjs besucht haben, existieren aktuelle fotos von den liegenschaften
- empfehlungen von bezahlten möchtegern-analysten wie goldeneye

ich werde hier keinen einzigen cent investieren, solange die informationspolitik von majestic so intransparent ist und nebulös bleibt.

entweder die aktionäre bekommen fakten und transpartene informationen wie bei anderen explorern oder es bleibt ein fader beigeschmack.

Plus drilling extends strike length of discovery zone by 120m

Highlights

· Majestic discovery emerging as a major gold system with first-pass RC drilling unveiling four more zones of high-grade mineralisation

· Initial high-grade discovery zone extended by 80m to the north, 40m to the south and remains open along strike and at depth

· More aircore gold anomalies yet to be tested

· Latest results provide more strong evidence that Majestic has immense potential to provide high-grade open pit feed to recently opened Randalls Gold Project

Integra Mining Limited (ASX:IGR) is pleased to report that its Majestic gold discovery near Kalgoorlie is growing in virtually every direction, with drilling identifying four new zones of high-grade mineralisation and further extensions along strike in both directions for the ‘discovery' zone.

Integra notes that while it is still relatively early days in the drilling program at Majestic, it is already clear that the area has strong potential to become a source of additional open pit feed for the newly constructed plant at the Randalls Gold Project.

Majestic is located just 22km north of Randalls (Figure 1), which is ramping up to an initial annual production rate of 90,000oz. Studies are already underway on increasing this to 140,000oz a year by combining open pit and underground production.

Four New Zones of High-Grade Gold Mineralisation

In an ASX announcement on 18 October, Integra reported a large number of reconnaissance aircore drilling gold anomalies within an overall anomaly area of 2.5km by 2km.

Of 888 aircore drill holes completed, an astounding 151 holes returned strongly anomalous gold assays of +0.5 g/t. Integra has now completed first-pass RC drill testing of some of the numerous aircore gold anomalies in the wider area.

The results have identified four new zones of high-grade gold mineralisation (Figures 2-5);

· On section 6581460mN (the northern most section drilled to date in the ‘discovery' zone) a new lode of gold mineralisation has been located approximately 200m to the west of the discovery zone with results including:

o 9 metres at 2.78 g/t gold

o 2 metres at 12.73 g/t gold

o 3 metres at 7.12 g/t gold

· On section 6581060mN (located some 500 metres to the southeast of the discovery zone) results include:

o 6 metres at 6.64 g/t gold

o 5 metres at 3.10 g/t gold

o 8 metres at 1.57 g/t gold

o 6 metres at 1.98 g/t gold

· On section 6581400 (located some 500 metres east of the discovery zone) results include:

o 3 metres at 4.39 g/t gold

o 3 metres at 3.81 g/t gold

o 11 metres at 1.83 g/t gold

o 7 metres at 1.63 g/t gold

· On section 6581960mN (located approximately 1km north-east of the discovery zone) results include:

o 13 metres at 5.43 g/t gold

o 9 metres at 1.18 g/t gold

o 3 metres at 2.56 g/t gold

Majestic Discovery Zone Results

The latest drill assay results from the Majestic ‘discovery' zone have extended gold mineralisation another 80 metres (two sections) to the north and 40 metres (one section) to the south and confirms the continuity of west-dipping, high-grade gold mineralisation (Figures 6-9) and includes:

· 11 metres at 5.28 g/t gold

· 8 metres at 4.98 g/t gold

· 9 metres at 3.46 g/t gold

· 5 metres at 3.31 g/t gold

· 18 metres at 1.71 g/t gold

· 8 metres at 2.15 g/t gold

Gold mineralisation is primarily associated with sulfides coincident with biotite alteration and fracture veining within the quartz diorite and is strongest within a broad silica sericite envelope. This biotite and silica / sericite alteration is often spatially associated with feldspar porphyry dykes, indicative of a large scale structurally modified / upgraded intrusive-related gold mineralised system.

Gold mineralisation at the Majestic ‘discovery' zone remains open along strike in both directions and at depth.

The Majestic area is shaping up as a gold mineralised system of significant scale and remains at the early stages of exploration evaluation.

Managing Director Chris Cairns said it was already clear that Majestic was a significant discovery.

"It is still early days but we have an aggressive drilling program planned to test the full extent of this greenfields discovery," Mr Cairns said. " The original Majestic ‘discovery' zone remains open along strike in both directions and at depth, we have located a new zone of high-grade gold mineralisation to the west of the ‘discovery' zone and three new zones of high-grade gold mineralisation to the east. We are also yet to test all of the aircore gold anomalies from the wider Majestic area."
