      Final Results bei C.I. Traders.

      ...

      Bid Approach

In last year's Statement, I referred to the approach from Alchemy Partners LLP
received through our Nominated Adviser, which, after consideration by the Board,
was rejected in October 2005. Some nine months later I received a separate
approach which, following a sharp upward movement in the share price, required
the Company to make an announcement in October 2006. Since then discussions have
continued and your Board has authorised the potential bidder to carry out
extensive due diligence enquiries over the assets and business undertakings of
the Group. These have been exhaustive and time consuming for our Senior
Executives and Management as well as your Board, but at little out-of-pocket
cost to the Company. The due diligence enquiries and discussions remain on-going
as at the time of writing this Statement and I hope to have some definitive news
for Shareholders in the next few weeks. There is no certainty that an offer will
be forthcoming but your Board believes that this approach must not be ruled out
if there is a reasonable prospect of a bid being forthcoming at a level that the
Board would feel able to recommend to Shareholders. As mentioned earlier, this
approach has had a long-overdue and beneficial effect on the market price of
your Company's shares which now place a more realistic value on the Group's
assets and cash flows than has been the case for some time. The publication of
these results has been held back by the substantial additional workload that the
approach has created in virtually all parts of the Group but particularly for
its Group Finance, Secretariat and Property management functions and the Board
is grateful for the commitment given by management generally to this thorough
      due diligence exercise.

      ...

      Man darf gespannt sein.

      C.I.Traders sind vom Handel ausgesetzt!

Die Übernahme ist wohl durch Sandpiper vollzogen?

Wie geht es weiter? Gibt es eine neue WKN? Wann beginnt wieder der Handel?

      Vielen Dank für eine Anwort!
      ;)

      http://www.londonstockexchange.com/en-gb/pricesnews/marketne…

Traders findet man u. a. folgende Mitteilung:

      http://www.londonstockexchange.com/LSECWS/IFSPages/MarketNew…
