Hi!
Was den Chart anbelangt, halte ich einen technischen Zock für möglich.
Aber, fundamental...?
Erstens halte ich UTEK für, nun sagen wir mal, nicht gerade vertrauenswürdig. Das sind absolute Dauer-PR Melder. Ich habe den Eindruck, die spielen nur mit den Aktien der kleinen Unternehmen rum, mit denen sie angeblich Kooperationsverträge, Verflechtungen, Beteiligungen etc. eingehen. Schau Dir mal deren ganze News-Latte an.
Zweitens hat es im Oktober 3 Form4-Filings gegeben mit Insider-Verkäufen. Warum verkaufen die wohl?
Drittens hat die Firma zwar relativ hohen Umsatz gemacht, aber gleichzeitig auch ca. 60% Verlust/Umsatz.
Viertens sind die, meiner Meinung nach, mit Nettoschulden von 7,6 Mio.$ ziemlich überschuldet. Woher wollen die das Geld für den Bilanzausgleich nehmen? Von UTEK? Das glaube ich kaum.

Hallo stupidgame, natürlich gebe ich dir in dem Fundamentalen recht und daher ja auch die Spekulation auf den Turnaround.

Der Umsatz wird dieses Jahr voraussichtlich ca. 40% niedriger sein als letztes Jahr, da die unrentablen Geschäftsfelder abgestossen wurden und somit ein Restruktierungsprogramm durchgeführt wird. Schafft es die Fa. mit zwar deutlich niedrigerem Umsatz (aber immerhin noch 10 Mio. $) in die schwarzen zahlen zu kommen, dann knallts.

Zu UTEK kann ich dir nur zum Teil zustimmen, da eine "Rumspielerfirma" wohl nicht auf eine MK von 180 Millionen kommen dürfte.

Klar sind einige Allianzen dabei, die fast keinen Sinn ergeben für den Laien, aber es sind auch strategisch und auf die Zukunft aufgebaute dabei wie z.B.: MTNA.

Und wie wir alle Wissen, nur der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm.

Fazit:

Allein eine Gegenreaktion ohne Fundamentaldaten sollte uns in den Bereich von 0,012$ führen, was immerhin noch über 100% sind. Das kann zum Ausstieg genutzt werden, oder man glaubt an den Turnaround und Kursen jenseits der 0,1, dann kann man ja an so etwas wie ein SL Limit denken.
