BancLeasing Commits $10 Million for ERF Wireless' US-BankNet System
ERF Wireless Arranges Funding for High-Speed Financial Network

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that its ERF Enterprise Network Services subsidiary has completed a funding arrangement for its US-BankNet system with BancLeasing Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Varilease Technology Finance, Inc., a Michigan corporation. US-BankNet, the encrypted, enterprise-class wireless, fiber and satellite network owned and operated by ERF Enterprise Network Services, provides contracting financial institutions with secure, high-speed connectivity to key banking service providers, the Federal Reserve, fiber gateways and the Internet.

The US-BankNet strategic plan calls for ERF Enterprise Network Services to enter into long-term contracts with financial institutions that generate significant revenues and positive cash flows from a variety of US-BankNet products and services provided across the network. The company doesn’t build segments of its US-BankNet system on speculation. Deployment is implemented only after contracts are signed with financial institutions and BancLeasing provides the funding. Currently, the company is aggressively marketing US-BankNet in Louisiana and Texas, but plans to quickly move into Mississippi, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, thus paving the way for expansion into other regions until US-BankNet has attained nationwide coverage.

“It is one of the best business models we have seen in years,” said Mark Buchanan, EVP of BancLeasing. “When John Burns first presented the strategic plan for US-BankNet to us, we wanted to be the funding partner for this innovative communications network. BancLeasing is excited to establish this relationship with ERF Wireless to provide the necessary capital structure to help it significantly grow its business.” Mr. Buchanan further commented, “As a leading provider of equipment financing, the primary focus of BancLeasing is serving community banks and their commercial business customers across the United States. Our strategic alliances with our client banks allow them to capture lease opportunities that maximize the economic, tax and accounting considerations of their commercial business customers, thus fostering mutually beneficial long-term relationships between us, our client banks, and their customers.”

John Burns, CEO of ERF Enterprise Network Services, commented, “With BancLeasing now funding the committed segments of US-BankNet, we are ready to set our sights on signing additional financial institutions to long-term product and service agreements. We are no longer constrained to use internal capital to fund growth of US-BankNet and we expect to make a series of announcements in the very near future resulting from our substantial pipeline of prospective financial institutions. The sales force is generating considerable traction in the banking industry for this new and exciting solutions-driven technology.”

Deployment of US-BankNet also enables the sale of the company’s advanced digital applications systems including its VoIPNet (Voice-over-IP), VideoNet (high-definition video conferencing), SatNet (satellite failover), StorageNet (offsite data storage and backup across the high-speed data network), and ImageNet (remote monitored video surveillance) products available throughout the US-BankNet system.

ERF Wireless Reports Second Quarter 2007 Results
Reports 526% Increase in Revenues and Strong Outlook for the Second Half of 2007

ERF Wireless (OTCBB: ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that the company has filed its Form 10-QSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission reporting results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2007.

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, CEO of ERF Wireless, commented, "I am pleased with the results that our management team and employees have achieved across all our business units in the second quarter. Moreover, in addition to the 526% increase in revenue this quarter, the timing of our second quarter report doesn’t allow us to fully reflect in this 10Q the significant progress we’ve already made this year in securing numerous bank network contracts and in designing and developing our US-BankNet system; a secure enterprise-class wireless network for the banking industry. With a sound backlog of contracts already in place, the company is also well-positioned to achieve solid revenue growth in the second half of 2007."

For the second quarter of 2007, the company reported total net sales of $2,424,000, an increase of 526% compared with $387,000 in the second quarter of 2006. The increase in revenue during the second quarter of 2007 as compared to the revenue generated in the second quarter of 2006 was primarily attributed to the substantial progress to date on the $2+ million project with the El Dorado Golf and Beach Club of San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. The company also reported a reduced Loss from Operations of $751,000 for the second quarter of 2007, as compared to a Loss from Operations of $1,443,000 for the second quarter of 2006. The 48% decrease in Loss from Operations was primarily attributed to an overall increase in gross profit of $829,000, primarily attributable to the El Dorado FTTH project, partially offset by a $137,000 increase in operating expenses. Cash used for operating activities in the second quarter of 2007 was $234,000, down from $1,776,000 in the second quarter of 2006. Primary and fully-diluted Net Loss per share for the company's second quarters of 2007 and 2006 were ($0.04) and ($0.13), respectively.

      RECENT EVENTS

During and subsequent to the quarter ended June 30, 2007, ERF Wireless has made significant progress with its strategic business plan; as evidenced by the completion and announcement of numerous agreements. These include:

The announcement of a contract with First Federal Bank of Louisiana to install a BranchNet encrypted enterprise-class banking network to interconnect the bank’s 14 locations throughout Southwestern Louisiana, including the construction of a 300-mile fault-tolerant, encrypted 60-Mb/s network backbone looping from Lake Charles up the western side of the state to Natchitoches, across to Alexandria, and then down the central portion of the state back to Lake Charles.
The completion of the initial segment of US-BankNet in part of the state of Louisiana providing contracting financial institutions in Louisiana with high-speed connectivity to key banking service providers, the Federal Reserve, fiber gateways and the Internet.
The announcement of the company’s first US-BankNet contract with First Federal Bank of Louisiana to supply bandwidth transport across US-BankNet under a seven-year agreement with a number of renewal options that could extend it up to 25 years.
The announcement of the company’s second US-BankNet contract with Iberville Bank to supply bandwidth transport across US-BankNet under a seven-year agreement including renewal provisions to extend it up to 25 years, thereby facilitating the delivery of additional digital services, including fast access to key banking service providers, redundant routing across the network, encrypted WAN IP transport and access to a 50-mbps Level 3 Internet gateway.
The completion of a three-year testing and certification process for the delivery of Wireless Internet Service Products (“WISP”) securely across a financial institution’s BranchNet system and the company’s US-BankNet infrastructure; allowing for the delivery of advanced digital wireless products and services under the brand name WiNetTM.
The announcement of a ten-year WiNet System agreement with First Federal Bank of Lake Charles, Louisiana, utilizing the banks excess bandwidth and wireless infrastructure to provide wireless Internet products and services to the banks commercial and retail customers across southwest and central Louisiana.
The completion of the design, development and assembly of the Fiber-to-the Home (“FTTH”) headend facility and the acceptance of the network at the Critical Design Review for the $2+ million contract for the El Dorado Golf and Beach Club in San Jose del Cabo.
The announcement of a second ten-year WiNet System Agreement with Iberville Bank in Plaquemine, Louisiana; utilizing the banks excess bandwidth and wireless infrastructure to provide wireless Internet products and services to the bank’s commercial and retail customers in the Greater Baton Rouge area.
The completion and certification of the first segment of the company’s US-BankNet system in the State of Texas.
Additionally, on the financing front; the company entered into an Investment Agreement and Registration Rights Agreement with Dutchess Private Equities Fund, Ltd. The Investment Agreement has no upfront commitment fee shares, no warrants, no fees per draw down, no due diligence fees and no inactivity fees for utilization of the line. Pursuant to this investment agreement, Dutchess shall commit to purchase up to $10,000,000 of our common stock over the course of 36 months at a maximum of a 7% discount to the market price at the time of the draw down.

The company has also completed a $1 million Master Lease Agreement with Agility Solutions Corp. to provide for expansion capital for its growing wireless ISP operations.

      R. Greg Smith, CFO of ERF Wireless, commented, “The company expects to complete the construction of both the First Federal Bank of Louisiana BranchNet, the two US-BankNet contracts and the El Dorado FTTH network during the balance of calendar 2007 and, accordingly, will be recognizing the associated revenues for these projects on a percentage of completion method of accounting in subsequent quarters of 2007. Additionally, the company enjoys the benefit of a strong recurring revenue base from its WISP operations and will be launching the delivery of advanced digital wireless products and services in the second half of 2007 under the brand name WiNetTM; utilizing the banks’ excess bandwidth and wireless infrastructure to provide wireless Internet products and services to the banks’ commercial and retail customers.” Smith added, “With a strong backlog going into the second half of 2007, we are already positioned to achieve significant growth in revenues for the second half of 2007 as compared to the second half of 2006, and that is without any contribution from additional contracts expected for our product and service offerings for financial institutions, additional anticipated FTTH projects in upscale gated communities or planned acquisitions of existing WISP operations.”

ERF Wireless Opens First Segment of US-BankNet in Texas
High-Speed Wireless Texas Network Expected to Generate Millions in Sales

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that its ERF Enterprise Network Services subsidiary has completed certification of the first segment of its US-BankNet system in the State of Texas. The encrypted, enterprise-class wireless and fiber network of US-BankNet will provide contracting financial institutions and large commercial customers in the state with high-speed connectivity to key service providers, the Federal Reserve, fiber gateways and the Internet. With the initiation of US-BankNet coverage in Texas, ERF Wireless is also now positioned to rapidly expand its Texas BranchNet operations, as well as begin providing US-BankNet connectivity to its existing Texas BranchNet system customers. US-BankNet is the only non-military network available in the country that is fully encrypted from every entry point to every exit point on a controlled key ring using the company’s patent-pending CryptoVue™ technology. US-BankNet was designed for financial institutions and other commercial customers who require strong levels of controlled encryption to either meet regulatory requirements or to employ best practices to fully protect their data from unauthorized access.

Looking forward, the company is setting a goal of closing at least 120 Texas BranchNet system sales out of the 656 banks and 640 credit unions in the state of Texas over the next five to seven years; and if successful, thereby potentially generating up to $120 million in initial design and construction revenues from its Texas BranchNet systems. With the deployment and completion of the Texas segment of US-BankNet, the company also has the potential to generate significant US-BankNet recurring service revenues and follow-on product sales in Texas of up to an additional $125 million over the next ten years. Finally, the company expects to enter into WiNet System Agreements to with most of its Texas BranchNet bank customers to provide bundled wireless Internet products and services in communities across the state. This segment of the company’s business plan, in Texas alone, has the potential to add hundreds of millions of additional dollars to the growing company revenue base over the next 10 years. With sales of US-BankNet products and services now underway in the first two states of Texas and Louisiana, the company’s strategic plan is to continue to expand quickly into other southern states including Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina thus paving the way for expansion into other regions until US-BankNet has attained nationwide coverage.

John Burns, CEO of ERF Enterprise Network Services, commented, “This is our next US-BankNet segment where we are incorporating over 60 towers now owned or controlled in Texas by our ERF Wireless Bundled Wireless Services subsidiary that is already servicing over 2,000 wireless customers throughout ERF Wireless’ WiNet Systems in Texas. This arrangement was achieved through both acquisition and organic growth of ERF Wireless’ networks across the state.” Burns further commented, “With the Texas and Louisiana segments of US-BankNet underway and the Redundant Routed Network Architecture (RRNA) system architecture in place, we are ready to set our sights on signing financial institutions around both states to long-term BranchNet and US-BankNet product and service agreements based on our substantial pipeline of prospective financial institutions.”

The development of US-BankNet significantly enhances the sale of BranchNet systems to larger financial institutions and commercial customers by the company. While the company’s BranchNet systems generally provide encrypted wireless high-speed access from an institution’s operations center to its remote locations within a typical 25,000 square mile coverage area, US-BankNet extends the reach across an entire state and beyond through the ERF Wireless patent-pending RRNA technology that combines wireless, fiber and satellite technology into a comprehensive fault-tolerant encrypted communications network. Deployment of US-BankNet also enhances the sale of the company’s advanced digital applications systems including its VoIPNet (Voice-over-IP), VideoNet (high-def video conferencing), SatNet (satellite failover), StorageNet (offsite data storage and backup across the high-speed data network), and ImageNet (remote monitored video surveillance) products available through the US-BankNet system.

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, Chairman & CEO of ERF Wireless, commented, “The deployment of US-BankNet in Texas achieves another key milestone in our five-year strategic plan. With the announcement last month of a $10 million equity capital investment from Dutchess Capital and with other initiatives underway, we are preparing the necessary financing to accommodate our soaring growth.”

ERF Wireless Announces New $6 Million WiNet(TM) Contract with Iberville Bank
Second Wireless Services Contract Adds Additional Recurring Revenue for ERF Wireless

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that its Enterprise Network Services subsidiary (ENS) has entered into its second ten-year, multi-million dollar WiNet System Agreement this month with a Louisiana bank. This new contract with Iberville Bank in Plaquemine, Louisiana, will utilize the bank’s excess bandwidth and wireless infrastructure to provide Wireless Internet Service Products (WISP) to the bank’s commercial and retail customers in the Greater Baton Rouge area. The WiNet System Agreement is in addition to the Iberville Bank BranchNet contract signed and announced in 2005 and the Iberville Bank US-BankNet contract announced on July 12, 2007. ERF Wireless plans to operate and support its WiNet product offerings through its Wireless Bundled Services (WBS) subsidiary and estimates its WiNet operations with Iberville Bank will be initiated on September 1, 2007. The contract is expected to generate more than $6 million in recurring revenues over the next ten years after a two-year ramp-up period. The bank will receive 10% of the gross subscriber revenues as part of the agreement.

John A. Burns, Chairman and CEO of ERF Enterprise Network Services, commented, “Our marketing and sales team continues to do a tremendous job in rolling out and gaining acceptance for our newly announced WiNet product in the banking sector. In addition to delivering secure, high-speed Internet to banking customers, we plan to offer a whole new range of advanced digital applications across the WiNet system during the first year. These digital applications include high-speed access to Internet banking, bill payment, interaction with video tellers in a secure browser session, merchant check capture and commercial cash management systems available from the bank, voice over IP to replace phone lines, alarm systems that transmit video surveillance at the customer’s premises to law enforcement when an alarm is tripped, network storage and backup, network access to video cams in their local communities, spam-free email, web hosting, and WiNet hotspots on network located throughout the state for use during emergencies.” Mr. Burns concluded, “Because of our strong relationship with their financial institution, we are building a compelling reason for banking customers to purchase their Internet services from ERF Wireless rather than from cable or DSL. We will offer them unique products and services they simply cannot obtain anywhere else.”

Larry Melsheimer, President of Iberville Bank, stated, “We are looking forward to converting our investments in BranchNet and US-BankNet systems into an income producing asset. We have hundreds of customers who can use the WiNet service in the various communities we serve, and we are excited about the prospects.” Mr. Melsheimer went on to say, “We are going to help ERF Wireless market this to our customer base and help bring our rural Louisiana communities into the 21st century.”

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, CEO of ERF Wireless, commented, “Our latest contract with Iberville Bank is a further indication that our strategy to develop four separate and distinct revenue streams from every financial institution that we have a relationship with is working. We start with a BranchNet Agreement, add a US-BankNet Agreement, add a WiNet System Agreement and then complete the process through the long-term sale of additional advanced digital applications to the financial institution and its customers. We are now starting to work with our industry partners to make this model totally scaleable so that we may quickly and effectively expand this business model into other states and, eventually, throughout the country.”

ERF Wireless Successfully Completes Critical Milestone of $2 Million Contract for Triple-Play Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband Network
New International Business Segment Expected to Contribute Significant Second-Quarter Revenue

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that, in connection with its $2+ million contract for the El Dorado Golf and Beach Club being developed by Discovery Land Company (www.discoverylandco.com), ERF Wireless and its major subcontractor, X-Analog Communications, have completed the design, development, and assembly of the Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) headend facility and successfully conducted the Critical Design Review at its League City headquarters. Having completed this phase of its contract with the customer representatives in attendance, the headend facility will now be shipped to the El Dorado Golf and Beach Club of San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, to be installed and provide a complete FTTH voice, video and data system for the entire development including the operations of the private club, as well as all of the multi-million dollar homes in this exclusive gated community. The final installation of the system in San Jose del Cabo is expected to begin by mid August 2007 with completion by mid September 2007.

This contract, originally announced on May 10, 2007, marks the initial FTTH contract for ERF Wireless in the international marketplace and is expected to open the door to even larger contracts worldwide. The $2+ million contract is expected to generate significant second-quarter revenue for ERF Wireless, with the remaining revenue occurring in the third quarter. Additional contracts for follow-on maintenance and operational support phases of the El Dorado project are being developed and are expected to generate additional recurring revenues to ERF Wireless over a multi-year time period.

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, CEO of ERF Wireless, commented, "I am extremely pleased at how well our El Dorado Golf and Beach Club FTTH contract is progressing and especially how well our development team is working together to make this rather involved project occur on budget and on time for our customer. In fact, we’ve met all of the major milestones either ahead of schedule or on time and we’re looking forward to completing this project in September and moving on to some of the other projects we’re currently pursuing.”

ERF Wireless Announces New $9 Million WiNet(TM) Contract with Louisiana Bank
Wireless Services Contract Launches Additional Revenue Source for ERF Wireless

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that its Enterprise Network Services subsidiary has entered into its first ten-year WiNet System Agreement under the business strategy outlined in a press release on July 17, 2007. This new contract is with First Federal Bank of Lake Charles, Louisiana, to utilize the bank’s excess bandwidth and wireless infrastructure to provide Wireless Internet Service Products (WISP) to the bank’s commercial and retail customers in southwest and central Louisiana. The WiNet System Agreement is in addition to the BranchNet and US-BankNet contracts recently announced with First Federal Bank. ERF Wireless plans to operate and support its WiNet product offerings through its Wireless Bundled Services subsidiary and estimates its WiNet operations with First Federal Bank will generate more than $9 million in recurring revenues over the next ten years after a two-year ramp-up period. The bank will receive 10% of the gross subscriber revenues as part of the agreement.

John A. Burns, Chairman and CEO of ERF Enterprise Network Services, commented, “Our marketing and sales force is doing a tremendous job rolling out our newly announced product line. This new WiNet System Agreement with First Federal Bank is the first of its kind and will open the door for ERF Wireless to expand the Wireless Bundled Services subsidiary from its current base of Texas networks, serving over 2,000 customers, into a number of new and greatly underserved markets. The nature of this revenue-sharing agreement with the bank allows ERF Wireless to quickly enter into servicing these new territories without having the expense of constructing or leasing towers.”

Mr. Burns further commented, “In addition, since it is utilizing the excess bandwidth of the bank’s BranchNet system rather than the company having to build out a capital-intensive backbone, the WiNet system strategy allows ERF Wireless to concentrate its resources on sales, marketing and ongoing operations. Even the marketing of the WiNet digital products and services under this agreement is unique as the bank will be fully cooperating with ERF Wireless to generate new WISP customers throughout the local communities served by the bank, including its many commercial, retail, and residential customers.”

Mr. James M. Fazende, Chief Operating Officer of First Federal Bank of Louisiana, remarked, “The ERF Enterprise Network Services team is right on target with their new WiNet strategy. Financial institutions across the country are struggling to find ways to generate new fee-based income. When we were offered the opportunity to enter into a WiNet System Agreement with ERF Wireless to make our investment in the company’s BranchNet and US-BankNet systems a revenue-producing asset, our senior management team carefully evaluated it. It didn’t take us long to make our decision once we realized that this revenue-sharing agreement will not only generate significant recurring revenue for the bank over a ten-year period, but will continue the payback for up to 25-years with renewals. In addition, the WiNet services can assist many of our bank customers with high-speed internet services that aren’t found in many of our branch communities.”

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, CEO of ERF Wireless, commented, “Our latest contract with First Federal underscores just how quickly we believe we can implement our strategy to develop four separate and distinct revenue streams from every financial institution that we bring on as a wireless system customer. These four separate revenue sources are through a BranchNet Agreement to construct the banks basic wireless network, a US-BankNet Agreement to interconnect the bank to our statewide and eventually national network, a WiNet System Agreement to provide wireless broadband services to the banks customers and the local community, and the sale of additional advanced digital applications utilizing the greatly expanded bandwidth now available to the bank. We also anticipate quickly expanding this multi-source revenue business model into Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and, eventually, throughout the country.”

ERF Wireless Anticipates Over $130 Million from WISP Services in Louisiana
Company Completes Testing of the Delivery of WISP Services Over BranchNet and US-BankNet

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that its ERF Enterprise Network Services subsidiary has successfully completed a three-year testing and certification process for delivery of Wireless Internet Service Products (WISP) securely across a financial institution’s BranchNet system and the company’s US-BankNet infrastructure. These advanced digital wireless products and services will be delivered under the brand name “WiNet™, by ERF Wireless”. The company has also launched a sales initiative to offer financial institutions the opportunity to enter into a WiNet Systems Agreement and participate in a new revenue-sharing program that provides WiNet products and services to their commercial and residential banking customers. ERF Wireless plans to operate and support its WiNet product offerings through its Wireless Bundled Services subsidiary and estimates its WiNet operations in Louisiana alone will generate more than $130 million in revenues over the next ten years.

“A typical WiNet system deployed across a financial institution’s encrypted BranchNet structure is projected to generate about $1 million per year in revenues to ERF Wireless after a two-year ramp-up period,” explained John A. Burns, Chairman and CEO of ERF Enterprise Network Services. “And, a WiNet System Agreement has a ten-year primary term with renewals extending it up to 25 years.”

Burns went on to note that ERF Wireless shares 10% of the gross subscriber revenues when it provides WiNet products and services utilizing the financial institution’s wireless infrastructure. The WiNet service is provided to the financial institution’s commercial and residential banking customers who are generally located in underserved areas where broadband services are either non-existent or very expensive to purchase from the traditional telephone company or satellite provider. Looking forward, the company has set a goal of closing at least 20 BranchNet/US-BankNet sales and another 30 standalone US-BankNet sales out of 282 banks and Credit Unions in the state of Louisiana that would, if achieved, generate $120 million in initial and follow-on product sales and recurring service revenues over a ten year period. And with the execution of a WiNet System Agreement with 20 of these contracting financial institutions; the company expects to generate an additional $130 million in revenues from its WiNet operations over the next ten years (projections are based on an average of 400 primarily commercial customers, after a ramp-up period, for an average 12-branch system at about $135/month in subscriber and other service fees times 20 participating financial institutions expected to sign WiNet System Agreements in the state). The resulting grand total over the next ten years for the sale of BranchNet, US-BankNet, WiNet services and a host of other advanced digital applications would, under these assumptions, total $250 million in revenues for the state of Louisiana alone.

“Through the WiNet innovative revenue-sharing agreement with ERF, financial institutions can significantly benefit from the development of a recurring fee-based revenue stream for many years to come by converting their private BranchNet system into a public network,” said Steven Omelan, a consultant with over 40 years of combined experience in the banking and telecommunications industries. “With the ability to switch the investment in a communications system into a revenue-producing asset, this development can fundamentally change the way financial institutions look at their communications systems expense in the future.”

Currently, financial institutions classify the cost of their communications systems as a simple expense item on their financial statements. But by purchasing a BranchNet/US-BankNet encrypted communications system from ERF Wireless and entering into a WiNet System Agreement to sell high-speed Internet access across the network, banks and credit unions can now classify the cost as an investment in a revenue-producing asset that generates new fee-based income. “With this announcement, we have dramatically enhanced the value proposition for the purchase of a high-speed, high bandwidth encrypted wireless network system from the company,” said Burns.

In addition to the sale of high-speed Internet access, a WiNet System Agreement also enables the sale of the company’s other advanced digital applications to banking customers, municipalities, hospitals and large enterprise customers. These applications include the company’s VoIPNet (Voice-over-IP), VideoNet (high-definition video conferencing), SatNet (satellite failover), StorageNet (offsite data storage and backup across the high-speed data network), SecureNet (remote monitored video surveillance) and ImageNet (merchant check image capture).

Mike Moehle, ERF Enterprise Network Services’ EVP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development, further explained, “Our strategic plan begins with a BranchNet communications system sale to a financial institution. Next the institution is offered a series of advanced new digital applications to further improve efficiencies and take advantage of the enormous bandwidth available throughout the communications system. Additionally, the financial institution is invited to join US-BankNet to gain access to the high-speed gateways available there and to avail itself of another set of advanced products and services. Finally, the financial institution is offered the opportunity to sign a WiNet System Agreement that makes the entire investment by the financial institution a revenue-producing asset that generates significant recurring revenues over a ten- to 25-year period.”

“It’s a total win-win for all parties involved,” continued Moehle. “The financial institution can greatly improve its communications system while receiving a return on its investment, our sales team has a captive customer base in which to sell additional products and services, our Wireless Bundled Services subsidiary, that conducts the day-to-day sales and support of the WiNet product line, receives use of a world-class backbone infrastructure without having to invest millions of dollars up front to offer its products and services, and our support team manages the entire process to keep the network well supported, totally secure and up-to-date.”

Dr. H. Dean Cubley, CEO of ERF Wireless, concluded, “We’re extremely pleased to see the comprehensive five-year strategic vision John Burns presented to the ERF Wireless board of directors achieving such impressive results. Every financial institution we engage has the potential to create four separate and distinct revenue streams for our company with a BranchNet Agreement, a US-BankNet Agreement, a WiNet System Agreement, and the sale of additional advanced digital applications.”

All remaining unconverted amount of debenture paid off with cash

ERF Wireless (OTCBB:ERFW), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that it has paid off with cash the remaining $365,547.60 balance of the original $1,500,000 convertible debenture entered into with Global Capital Funding Group L.P. (GCA) in September 2005 in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

      Dr. H.
