Terra Ventures Inc. / Hathor Exploration Limited: Midwest Northeast Project Update

Terra Ventures Inc.: Midwest Northeast Project-11.9 Metres of 5.29% U3O8
      3/3/2008

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Mar 3, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Terra Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:TAS) is providing an update on the Midwest Northeast uranium project in the Athabasca basin. Terra Ventures owns an 8-per-cent production-carried interest in the project and is not required to contribute any exploration expenditures until a positive feasibility study is produced. Hathor Exploration Ltd. has a 90-per-cent interest in the property and is the operator. The Athabasca basin accounts for approximately 25-per-cent of the world's annual mine production of uranium. All of this production comes from unconformity-style uranium ore deposits, the highest-grade uranium ore deposits in the world.

In a news release in Stockwatch on March 3, 2008, Hathor Exploration (TSX VENTURE:HAT) has reported that: "Hathor Exploration has received U3O8 assay results for uranium mineralization encountered in diamond drill hole MWNE-08-12 on its 90%-owned Midwest Northeast project (see Hathor news release NR08-07, dated March 3, 2008). This drill hole intersected 11.9 metres grading 5.29% U3O8 beginning at 261.5 metres. In addition, individual assays include 20 cm grading 40.2% U3O8 beginning at 251.9 metres.

High-grade uranium mineralization in hole MWNE-08-12, the 12th hole of a planned 24-hole program, occurs in basement rocks that are a heterogeneous mix of variably clay-altered to clay-replaced pelitic gneiss, graphitic pelitic gneiss, granitic pegmatite and micro-granite.

Ninety-five (95) split core samples were taken from drill hole MWNE-08-12 over a continuous interval that extends from 240.6 to 287.0 metres down the hole. The individual sample intervals range from 0.2 to 1.0 m in length, except for one assay that was 0.1 m. True thicknesses of the mineralized core intervals are not yet known.

All samples were analysed for U3O8 (wt%) at the Geoanalytical Laboratories of the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC). The facilities used for the analysis operate in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (CAN-P-4E), General Requirements for the Competence of Mineral Testing and Calibration Laboratories. The samples were analysed using their ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited U3O8 wt% method. Laboratory method quality control included the insertion of certified reference materials applicable for the ranges of mineralization encountered. Check assays were carried out on five samples by the laboratory and two duplicate samples submitted by Hathor, all with satisfactory reproducibility. All samples are being analysed for a suite of other elements including Ni, Co, Cu, and Pb.

Summaries of the U3O8 assays within the 46.4 metre mineralized zone intersected in drill hole MWNE-08-12 are given in Tables 1 and 2. All ninety-five assays from the mineralized zone are listed in Table 3 at the end of this news release.

Table 1: Composited intervals in drill hole MWNE-08-12 at a cut-off value of 0.05 wt% U3O8 and minimum core length of 3.0 metres.

Hathor Exploration's Senior Project Geologist, Dr Alistair McCready, commented: "The technical importance of this discovery can not be overstated. This discovery was made using a combination of new innovative exploration techniques following the reexamination of historic drill core with a fresh perspective. The mineralization represents a non-traditional, non-conductive target where no airborne EM anomalies are present, a new style of target for the Athabasca Basin. It signifies the need for exploration methodologies to evolve and utilize modern, cutting-edge techniques, such as reflection seismic to find structure - the key to these deposits."

Barry Cook, P.Eng., of Scott Wilson Roscoe Postle Associates Inc., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical disclosure contained in this news release.

Hathor's Midwest NE project is located in northern Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin immediately adjacent to the Midwest property of AREVA Resources Canada Inc., Denison Mines Corp. and OURD Canada Co. Ltd. There, subject to regulatory approvals, mine site construction is slated to begin in mid-2009 and open-pit mining of a shallow (depth of about 200 metres) orebody is planned for early 2010. Points North Landing, a regional service centre to the region, is located about eight kilometres from Hathor's Midwest NE property and the modern, AREVA-operated McClean Lake uranium mill facilities are located approximately 10 kilometres to the east.

The current Midwest NE winter exploration program includes about 8,000 metres and utilizes two diamond drills contracted from Boart Longyear Inc., a global drilling company. Hathor has now completed in excess of 4,000 metres of diamond drilling in 14 of a planned 24 NQ-sized diamond drill holes. Holes completed to date are a combination of vertical and angled holes that dip approximately 70 to 80 degrees to the NW or NNW. Drill hole depths to the unconformity range from about 200 to 226 metres.

With capital resources of approximately Cdn $20 million, Hathor continues to aggressively advance its portfolio of eleven Athabasca region uranium exploration projects. This area accounts for approximately 25% of the world's annual mine production of uranium. All of this production comes from unconformity-style uranium ore deposits, the highest-grade uranium ore deposits in the world.

Hathor Exploration Limited: Six More Drill Holes Intersect Uranium Mineralization at Midwest NE Property
Tuesday March 25, 5:10 pm ET

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 25, 2008) - Further to its news release dated March 3, 2008, Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX VETNURE:HAT) is pleased to announce gamma ray scintillometer results from an additional seven drill holes completed on its Midwest NorthEast Property, Saskatchewan, in the immediate vicinity of its discovery drill hole MWNE-08-12, which intersected uranium mineralization including 11.9 metres grading 5.29 per cent U3O8.

Six drill holes (MWNE-08-16 through MWNE-08-21) have extended the uranium mineralization that was intersected in hole MWNE-08-12. This area of basement-hosted mineralization is now referred to as the "Roughrider Zone".

Natural gamma emission radiation in drill core from these holes was measured in counts per second (cps) using a hand-held Exploranium GR-110G gamma-ray scintillometer. Individual zones (ranging from 20 cm to 2.8 metres) of highly-radioactive (5,000 cps to greater than 9,999 cps (off-scale)) mineralization were encountered within broader zones of elevated radioactivity (greater than 500 cps), of up to 14.9 metres, in drill holes MWNE-08-16 through MWNE-08-21. Scintillometer results of greater than 999 cps are presented below. The reader is cautioned that scintillometer readings are not directly or uniformly related to uranium grades of the rock sample measured, and should be used only as a preliminary indication of the presence of radioactive materials. Because of the length of time before laboratory assay results are available, Hathor uses scintillometer readings as a reliable guide for its on-going drill program. As an example, off-scale scintillometer readings in hole MWNE-08-12 returned laboratory assay results grading as high as 40.20% U3O8 over a 20 cm core interval.

Drill hole MWNE-08-12 was drilled at an azimuth of N320 degrees E and a dip of -70 degrees to a total depth of 333 metres.

Drill hole MWNE-08-16 was a vertical hole collared 79 metres at a bearing of N320 degrees E from drill hole MWNE-08-12 and drilled to a total depth of 416 metres. Scintillometer results greater than 999 cps are:

Drill core samples from the latest holes completed in the Roughrider Zone will be submitted for assay analyses to the Geoanalytical Laboratories of the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC), with facilities operating in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (CAN-P-4E) general requirements for the competence of mineral testing and calibration laboratories. No anomalous scintillometer readings were reported from hole MWNE-08-14. Holes MWNE-08-13 and MWNE-08-15 were not drilled in the vicinity of the Roughrider Zone and did not produce anomalous scintillometer readings.

Assay results (together with mineralized intervals, geological synopses and pertinent downhole, gamma-ray radiometric probe results including eU3O8 grades) will be released following their receipt from the SRC. The reader is cautioned that assay results are not expected for a period of at least eight weeks from the delivery of core samples to the SRC laboratory in Saskatoon.

The current winter exploration program, utilizing two diamond drills contracted from Boart Longyear Inc., is expected to continue for another 2 weeks depending on the continuance of safe ice conditions required for drilling.

Brian Reilkoff, P.Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical disclosure contained in this news release.

Hathor's 90-per-cent-owned Midwest Northeast project is located in northern Saskatchewan's Athabasca basin, immediately adjacent to the Midwest property of AREVA Resources Canada Inc., Denison Mines Corp. and OURD Canada Co. Ltd. There, subject to regulatory approvals, mine site construction is slated to begin in mid-2009 and open-pit mining of a shallow orebody that grades 5.47 per cent uranium oxide is planned for early 2010. Terra Ventures (TSX VENTURE:TAS - News) owns a 10% production carried interest in the Midwest Northeast Property.

Points North Landing, a regional service centre to the region, is located about eight kilometres from Hathor's Midwest NorthEast property and the modern AREVA-operated McClean Lake uranium mill facilities are located approximately 10 kilometres to the east.

Hathor continues to aggressively advance its portfolio of 11 Athabasca region uranium exploration projects. This area accounts for approximately 25 per cent of the world's annual mine production of uranium. All of this production comes from unconformity-style uranium ore deposits, the highest-grade uranium ore deposits in the world.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 21, 2008 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --
Hathor Exploration Limited (TSX-V: HAT) is pleased to announce further U3O8 assay results for uranium mineralization encountered in diamond drill holes completed on the Roughrider Zone at the Midwest NorthEast property, northern Saskatchewan.

      Highlights from these newly-reported, high-grade U3O8 assayed core intervals(i) (using a 0.05% U3O8 cutoff grade) listed in Tables 1 and 2 include:

      - 15 m grading 10.02% U3O8, including 2 m at 43.85% U3O8, in drill hole MWNE-08-20

      - 9 m grading 10.06% U3O8, including 3 m at 22.72% U3O8, and

      5 m grading 3.58% U3O8, including 1.5 m at 10.85% U3O8, in drill hole MWNE-08-21

      - 9.5 m grading 2.60% U3O8, including 2 m at 10.39% U3O8, in drill hole MWNE-08-28

      (i) All intersections are downhole thickness, true thickness is yet to be determined

This winter, Hathor completed 10,654 metres of diamond drilling in 29 NQ-sized, vertical and angled diamond drill holes on its 90%- owned Midwest NE property. Terra Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: TAS) owns a 10-per-cent production carried interest in the Midwest NorthEast property.

The Roughrider Zone was discovered in February, 2008 and results for discovery hole MWNE-08-12 were released in Hathor's news releases dated March 3 and April 25, 2008. For drill hole location map, please visit Hathor's website at: www.hathor.ca.

High-grade uranium mineralization encountered in these drill holes occurs in basement rocks that are a heterogeneous mix of variably clay-altered to clay-replaced pelitic gneiss, graphitic pelitic gneiss, granitic pegmatite and microgranite. Vertical depth to the unconformity is approximately 200 metres. It is important to note that that the newest exploration model for Roughrider Zone uranium mineralization indicates that the primary drill target, being where the principal cross-cutting uranium-bearing structures intersect the unconformity, has NOT YET BEEN TESTED. This new target, sits to the northeast of the Roughrider Zone discovery hole and has been defined by detailed resistivity and gravity surveys completed after this year's drill program.

A summer drill program comprised of 15 holes is expected to begin in mid-June and will further test the Roughrider Zone and other drill targets on the Midwest NE property.

Northern Continental Reports Winter Exploration Results at Russell Lake Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 4, 2008) - Northern Continental Resources Inc. ("Northern Continental") (TSX VENTURE:NCR) today announced preliminary results from an exploration program of diamond drilling and geophysical surveying at the Russell Lake Uranium Project ("Russell Lake" or the "Project"), located in the Athabasca Basin of northern Saskatchewan, Canada.

Russell Lake is a joint venture between Northern Continental and Hathor Exploration Ltd. ("Hathor"), in which Northern Continental holds a 60% interest and Hathor holds a 40% interest. Northern Continental is currently the operator of the Project. Russell Lake lies within the Key Lake-MacArthur River corridor, one of the most prolific uranium mining districts in the world.

Highlights of the 2008 Winter Exploration Program:

      - Sixteen drill holes totaling 7,610.7 metres were completed on the Fox Lake Trail, Taylor Bay, Blue Steel, Grayling Zone and Grayling East target areas;

      - Anomalous uranium mineralization was encountered in two of the target areas, which has greatly advanced the current exploration focus. A grade calculation from gamma probe data for Fox Lake Trail hole FLT-08-05 returned a U3O8 equivalent value of 0.157% U3O8 over 0.20 metres, and Taylor Bay hole TB-08-05 encountered a interval of anomalous mineralization grading 0.062% U3O8 over 0.22 metres. Several other holes intersected anomalous alteration, structures and basement geology considered favourable for uranium mineralization;

      - Extensive ground geophysical programs were carried out to locate and define future drilling targets.

Geochemical analyses from drill core samples are still being received, compiled and interpreted. Table 1 below shows drill hole statistics.

      Fox Lake Trail

Five drill holes in the Fox Lake Trail area were targeted on conductors outlined by previous airborne surveys and recent ground geophysical surveys. Holes FLT-08-01 and FLT-08-02 explained the targeted conductors but did not encounter any significant mineralization. FLT-08-03 intersected strongly altered and fractured basement rocks, which led to follow-up holes in its vicinity. Hole FLT-08-04 encountered strong alteration and intersected a graphitic pelite within a broad shear zone just below the unconformity.

A second follow-up hole, FLT-08-05, was collared approximately 75 metres to the northwest and exhibited pervasive silicification in the sandstone, and hematitic alteration above and below the unconformity, which was reached at 458.28 metres. A similar shear zone to that in FLT-08-04 was intersected below the unconformity. Below this shear zone, a brittle fracture in a graphitic
pelite showed anomalous radioactivity from hand-held scintillometer measurements. Geochemical analysis for the interval from 506.7 to 507.0 metres returned a value of 0.066% U3O8 (total digestion analysis) over 0.30 metres. A grade calculation from the downhole gamma probe data returned a U3O8 equivalent value of 0.157% U3O8 over 0.20 metres, including 0.296% U3O8 over 0.10 metres, which corresponded to the highest gamma probe peak of 3,373 counts per second within the radioactive interval.

Further analysis of the sandstone columns in FLT-08-04 and FLT-08-05 by infra-red spectroscopy determined that strong dravite alteration is present within 50 metres of the unconformity in both holes, with dravite values in several systematic sandstone samples from hole FLT-08-05 reaching over 80% of the clay content. Dravite is an important pathfinder of uranium mineralization in the Key Lake-MacArthur River corridor. Northern Continental believes that the presence of uranium mineralization in basement rocks, highly prospective basement structure, and significant dravite alteration in the sandstone provide a compelling target for the next round of drilling at Fox Lake Trail.

      Taylor Bay and Blue Steel

Drilling from the ice at Taylor Bay intersected the TB-1 conductor under the lake, which showed the presence of anomalous uranium within graphitic basement rocks in hole TB-08-05 (see Northern Continental's news release, April 1, 2008). Geochemical analysis of the radioactive interval returned a value of 0.065% U3O8 (total digestion analysis) over 0.22 metres, from 326.5 to 326.72 metres. The other five Taylor Bay holes did not encounter significant uranium mineralization, but provided valuable geological information from an area that had received only limited historical drilling. Dravitization was observed in the sandstone near the unconformity in holes TB-08-05 and TB-08-06. Follow-up resisitivity surveys and drilling are recommended for the winter of 2009.

Two holes were drilled on the lake at Blue Steel this winter to test an airborne and ground conductor; the drill holes did not explain the targeted conductive response. The basement rocks are, however, strongly altered and hematitic. Further geophysical surveys are recommended in the Blue Steel area along the interpreted strike of the conductor to better define its extension and character.

      Grayling Zone and Grayling East

One hole drilled at the Grayling Zone and two holes drilled at the Grayling East target areas encountered varying levels of prospective structure and sandstone alteration, but no significant radioactivity. Historical drilling has intersected uranium mineralization along the Grayling Zone conductor (hole RL-85-7 graded 3.45% U3O8 over 0.30 metres, and hole RL-87-16 graded 0.40% U3O8 over 3.75 metres) but more recent drilling along the conductor has failed to significantly extend the mineralized zone. However, technological advances and recent discoveries in the Athabasca Basin have demonstrated that in certain cases the prime location for deposition of uranium is not directly along the conductor, but adjacent to it. Northern Continental is exploring this possibility at the Grayling Zone and Grayling East with planned resistivity surveys to search for sandstone breaches and alteration zones cross-cutting, or parallel to, the strike of the known conductor. Radon in soil gas surveys are also being utilized in an attempt to detect surface expression of any buried uranium mineralization.

      2008 Winter Ground Geophysical Survey

Extensive ground geophysical programs were carried out on several target areas to better define future drilling targets.

Approximately 57.6 line kilometres of moving-loop and fixed-loop electromagnetic surveying were completed on the Boomerang, Powerline, Morrison Lake and Big Bend target areas to verify and detail conductors outlined by historical ground and airborne surveys. Pole-pole resistivity surveys totaling 27.6 line kilometres were carried out on the Christie Lake and Powerline target areas to detect areas of potential sandstone alteration, with particular focus along seismic lines previously surveyed by Hathor that had demonstrated evidence of prospective structure.

Results from the surveys are currently being compiled and interpreted to assist in target selection for the 2008 summer drilling program.

      2008 Summer/Fall Exploration Program

The summer/fall phase of the 2008 drilling program is scheduled to begin in June 2008 using two diamond drills. Up to 12 holes totaling approximately 6,000 metres are planned on the Fox Lake Trail, Boomerang, Powerline, Christie Lake, Grayling Zone and Grayling East target areas. A resistivity survey is currently underway at Fox Lake Trail, and other resistivity surveys are planned later in June for the Big Bend, Grayling Zone and Grayling East target areas.

Aurora Geosciences of Yellowknife, NWT is managing exploration activities at the Project. Diamond drilling services are provided by Cyr Drilling International Ltd. of Winnipeg, MB. Analytical services are provided by the Saskatchewan Research Council ("SRC"), of Saskatoon, SK. Russell Lake drill holes are probed with a Mount Sopris 2GHF-1000 triple-gamma probe, which was calibrated at the SRC test pit in Saskatoon prior to commencement of the drilling program. A portable Niton X-ray fluorescence analyzer is used at Russell Lake to provide preliminary geochemical information from the drill core, prior to the formal receipt of geochemical analyses.

The technical information in this news release regarding Russell Lake has been reviewed by Don Simmons, P.Geol. Vice-President, Exploration, a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

      About Northern Continental

Northern Continental acquired Russell Lake in 1999, and staked additional claims contiguous to the original property in 2000. In 2004, Northern Continental optioned a 40% interest in the Project to Roughrider Uranium Corporation, which was acquired in 2006 by Hathor. After Hathor incurred a further $2.0 million of exploration expenditures on the Project, a joint venture was formed with Hathor holding a 40% participating interest and Northern Continental holding a 60% participating interest.

      Beitrag Nr. 36 ()
announces that it has encountered basement-hosted uranium mineralization over a core length of 69.2 metres in drill hole MWNE-08-30, the first hole completed during the summer 2008 diamond drill program on Hathor's 90%-owned Midwest NorthEast project.

Roughrider Zone mineralization was discovered on the Midwest NE property in February, 2008 (see Hathor news releases dated February 26, March 3 and 25, April 23 and 25, and May 22, 2008). Drill hole MWNE-08-30 was a 15 metre "step-out", drilled at an azimuth of 308 degrees and a dip of -45 degrees, which targeted the northeast strike extension of Roughrider Zone uranium mineralization. For a drill hole location map, please visit Hathor's website at www.hathor.ca.

The sub-Athabasca unconformity, in drill hole MWNE-08-30, was encountered at a core length of 302 metres, corresponding to a vertical depth of about 214 metres. The hole ended in fresh, unaltered, non-uranium-bearing granitic rocks at a drill core length of 419 metres.

Hathor measures natural gamma emission radiation in counts per second (cps) using a hand-held Exploranium GR-110G gamma ray scintillometer. Drill hole MWNE-08-30 intersected a 69.2 metre interval of elevated radioactivity, ranging from background (less than 200 cps) to greater than 9,999 cps (off-scale). Nineteen individual zones (ranging from 0.1 to 3.4 metres) of highly radioactive (5,000 cps to greater than 9,999 cps) mineralization were encountered within broader zones of elevated radioactivity (greater than 500 cps), of up to 20.7 metres.

Scintillometer results for the continuous 69.2 metre drill core interval from hole MWNE-08-30 are presented below. The reader is cautioned that: 1) all intersections are down-hole, core interval measurements and true thicknesses are yet to be determined; and, 2) scintillometer readings are not directly or uniformly related to uranium grades of the rock sample measured and should be used only as a preliminary indication of the presence of radioactive materials. Hathor uses scintillometer readings as a reliable guide for its continuing drill program. For general comparisons of scintillometer cps readings vs. assay results, please review results posted in Hathor's news releases concerning its winter drill program.

Drill core samples will be submitted for uranium, base and precious metal assay analyses by the Geoanalytical Laboratories of the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC), having facilities operating in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (CAN-P-4E) general requirements for the competence of mineral testing and calibration laboratories.

Hathor's helicopter-supported summer drill program, which began on June 19th, is using the services of TEAM Drilling LP, an entity having ownership by the local Athabasca area communities of northern Saskatchewan. Helicopter services are provided by Highland Helicopters Ltd. of Richmond, B.C.

The summer project is based on Hathor's new Roughrider Zone exploration model that shows the primary summer drill target is the location where the intersecting, basement-hosted uranium-bearing structures of its Roughrider Zone discovery meet the Athabasca unconformity. This target, centred approximately 90 m ENE from the uranium mineralization in discovery hole MWNE-08-12, is identified by coincident gravity and resistivity lows, and remains untested.

Terra Ventures owns a 10% carried interest in the Midwest NorthEast property.

With capital resources in excess of $25 million, Hathor continues to aggressively advance its portfolio of 11 Athabasca region uranium exploration projects. This area accounts for approximately 25 per cent of the world's annual mine production of uranium. All of this production comes from unconformity-style uranium ore deposits - the highest-grade uranium ore deposits in the world.

      AN INTERVIEW WITH STEPHEN STANLEY

PRESIDENT AND CEO WITH HATHOR EXPLORATION

      (As of October 9, 2008)

The world markets have been smashed, commodity prices have

been beaten up and mining stocks recently have been leading the

way down. It’s ugly. For commodity prices to be decent, we need a

good economy. We don’t have it. The next six months could be

difficult for resource stocks until the next resource cycle starts.

But even in an environment like this, there are some stories or

special situations that probably deserve following by the speculator

and the Coffin Brothers tell us that Hathor Exploration has got

to be one of them. Hathor is a uranium play in northern Saskatchewan

that just happens to be in the neighborhood of three

other significant players, some of which need uranium feed for

their processing facilities. Over the next few months, exactly what

Hathor has, will become more apparent, so we talk to Stephen

      Stanley, the President of Hathor.

Dave Pescod: Steve, is it true that you used to be a football fan

before kids and Hathor? Of course we are referring to the name of

      your deposit in Saskatchewan.

Stephen Stanley: That would very much be correct, yes. Obviously

life is a little busier and Hathor, well, it takes up the majority

      of my time now.

D.P: The Roughrider zone in northern Saskatchewan…if you could

      tell us about it.

S.S: The Roughrider zone is in our Midwest Northeast Project

which is our smallest project. It’s probably the project that not a

lot of people paid attention to; they mostly considered Hathor to

be about our Russell Lake Projects due to their size and location.

In February on Hole #12, we discovered the Roughrider zone which

many have called the best discovery in 15-20 years by a junior; it

might actually be the best discovery ever by a junior. Most deposits

are discovered by the majors because they have the longevity,

they have the time and energy to put into these discoveries. If you

look at how most juniors explore for uranium, they will conduct an

airborne survey, drill three to five holes and if they don’t find anything

they will either walk away or try and figure out where to go

      next.

Our philosophy has always been, to do as much exploration work

as possible before we drill, and then hit it with a massive drill program.

      Hathor Exploration HAT-V

Hole #12 is where we hit our discovery, if we had only done

the typical three to five holes, we would have missed what

is considered the best discovery by a junior in a very long

      time.

D.P: Now what are your current estimates for the size and

grade because it’s the grade that’s attracting the attention?

S.S: We certainly can comment on the grade and yes, the

grade is spectacular and if you look at the CPS numbers,

Hole #37 and Hole #40 – our feeling has been that these

are the two best holes as far as grade that we’ve drilled to

date. We have yet to release assays on these holes. As

far as size, Raymond James and Salman Partners both

have put out research reports on Hathor and there has

been a lot of talk of 30 to 44 million pounds as far as size.

Internally, we have not released any numbers. We know

that this summer we drilled from what most considered an

impossible angle (45 degrees at a target 250 metres away)

and we hit uranium in 11 of 13 holes. So we may not know

the size of it yet, but we certainly have been able to continue

to hit high grade uranium under very difficult conditions.

D.P: It seems to be hard to get some of the numbers out

of you, but 2.33% uranium is about as high as you can get.

Could you put that in perspective?

S.S: In that the rest of the world a high grade deposit is

1%, in the Athabasca Basin it’s 20%. There was a comment

made at a Toronto uranium conference back about a

month ago stating that when the last uranium mine is

standing, it will be in the Athabasca Basin.

It is the premier place in the world to look for uranium.

And not only are we getting the grade, which is so key,

but our discovery sits at approximately 200 metres depth,

which is very, very shallow. We are right next door to

AREVA and, Denison’s Midwest Deposit which is planned

      to be an open pit.

So we know Hathor has high grade, we don’t know the

size but we know it has very good potential to be open pit

and it sits right next door to the McLean Lake mill facility

which is basically running on empty.

D.P: Now that’s what some people are looking at down

the road – expectations that you have three major companies

in the neighborhood that one of them might be looking

to pluck up little Hathor for reserves and I suspect if

the price is right, you wouldn’t mind that at all?

S.S: As management, that has been our exit strategy. We

are not miners, we are explorers. For us in a perfect case

scenario, a year from now there is a bidding war for

      Hathor.

As you mentioned, three uranium majors that are sitting

right next door to us, but we are also looking outside of

that. You have the Koreans, the Chinese, the Japanese,

you have the non-uranium majors – all showing interest in

the uranium market and a lot of them would love to get in

the Athabasca Basin because it is the premier area for

      high grade uranium.

D.P: I suspect you wouldn’t have a preference as to who

      you’d dance with?

S.S: We certainly DO have a preference….whoever brings

      the highest bid!

D.P: I like that! Now the big debate of course, is how many

pounds of uranium you’ve got down the road, which will

give different valuations of course. So the next phase of

      your drilling starts with wintertime?

S.S: Correct. Our plan is to have a minimum of three drill

rigs on the property. Two rigs will continue to drill the

Roughrider zone and one rig will test targets elsewhere on

the property. We want to grid-drill the Roughrider zone,

continue to step-out to the Northeast as well as test the

large gravity low to the southwest of the currently defined

zone Also, we have yet to test the unconformity target.

Everything we have drilled so far has been in the basement,

we really want to get on top of the unconformity target and

put some holes in to see what we are looking at. Next door

at the Midwest A, AREVA has stated that every time they

found uranium mineralization in the basement, they were

always able to follow it up to the unconformity where they

got the best grades. For us, that is a big target still untested.

D.P: Well you must have dreams at night about what it is

you are chasing here and what potential the size could be.

So without getting into trouble with authorities, what is

      your dream?

S.S: I will give a couple of examples. Next door at the Midwest

deposit, you could almost fit the majority of their high

grade Pod into what we’ve drilled off already. We’ve drilled

about 116 metres of strike by about 80 by 40. You could

also fit, within that area, Pod 2 at McArthur River which

holds more than 200 million pounds. So when you are talking

Athabasca Basin and these grades, 116 by 80 by 40, is a

very large size and could contain a lot of pounds. Now, we

are not saying we have 200 million pounds, analysts are

saying, they feel comfortable we could be looking at 30 or

      40.

If we can come in somewhere between 40 and 200, I would

be very happy. I think a lot of people feel we probably have

a deposit. We like to think we can take it a lot higher than

what the analysts have given us as conservative numbers

right now. It will come down to testing the unconformity

target and testing that gravity low to the Southwest. If we

put holes in there and start hitting, it could blow this thing

      wide open.

D.P: On your schedule, you have a couple of more assay

results to be released and of course winter drilling starts

probably in January, is that right?

S.S: Correct. We have five or six holes left which will

probably come in two separate traunches some time in the

next 4-6 weeks, but no guarantee. They seemingly and

quite often surprise us…all of a sudden we get the call and

they’re ready. So assays will come over the next 4-6

weeks, we start making ice in December and then we are

on the property hopefully by the first week of January.

D.P: And you could get a couple of assays, or at least

eye-ball estimates that you are onto something right

      away?

S.S: I would say we could start getting an idea on what we

are seeing in the first 45 days. The infill drilling will be

interesting just to see how it all comes together, but testing

the unconformity and that Southwest target will be the

      exciting part.

D.P: The price of uranium has been volatile over the last

few years, what do you see happening there?

S.S: The fundamentals for uranium are still very strong,

but currently the markets have thrown fundamentals out

the window and are selling everything that has a bid. The

bottom line is the world has embraced nuclear power as

tomorrows green energy and therefore it is a sector I want

to be involved in. In volatile markets, actually in any market

“Grade is King”, we may not know where the price of

uranium will be tomorrow but with grades as high as 58%

Hathor certainly has a buffer against the possibility of

      lower prices.

D.P: Now we always ask this question in these interviews.

If you had to buy one stock today, other than you own and

with which you have no conflicts of interest in, what would

it be? Of course, we are looking for doubles…

S.S: In this market, I feel like I could almost just throw a

dart! UR-Energy (URE) I guess is one that seems quite beat

up and has more cash than its current market cap. If I

have to choose one outside of Hathor I guess I could

choose Terra Ventures (TAS) because they own 10% of the

      Roughrider.

D.P: Thank you very much for your time Steve.
