http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=1040…

Since you apparently lack the skills to figure out what's going on here, I'll try to help you out a little. The shell you say you wouldn't touch has been dormant for several years. It's share structure is a structure that anyone would die for, 37.5 million O/S and no different than the day the last company ceased operations. SEC filings just made last week, now why is that ? I'll allow time for your mind to try and compute this before I proceed with the lesson.
Ready now ? Good, let's proceed ........
You conveniently attempt to portray the situation here as people buying stock in the old, dead company. Surely you're educated enough to see that's not the play at all. People are buying the stock because there's activity now (SEC filings) and undoubtedly a new company coming into the picture. That new company will be using a share structure that is awesome and a shell whereby the only debt there is has been created recently and only in the amount of $15K. Now if a person chooses to attempt to see the light, they'll also notice that slightly over $2K of this new debt is attributed to a company named Value Financial Mortgage Services, Inc. Ya think that this might be the new company we're going to see emerge ? Nah .... LOL. You might also take note that 'Value' has been in business for 8 years and if you'll go to their website, you'll see they have no less than 21 current employees and are hiring for several positions.
Ready to proceed yet ? Good, let's move on in our lesson ........
We have indirect word from management this past Friday that within 14 days of that date, we'll know a whole lot more with regards to what's taking place. The e-mail is posted on this board and although very short, it's very telling. Sometimes, one has to read between the lines in order to gain the upper hand on the rest of the playing field, follow me ?
With a market cap of $356K, maybe it's a shell you wouldn't touch, but the market appears to be saying something else.
On a side note, PM me about the shell that you did just touch and found attractive, you know .... ASWD. The shell that just put out its own PR for another company eventually merging into it. You know the one, the shell whereby millions and millions and millions and millions of shares were just recently issued to insiders. The same insiders that are now dumping all of their shares as fast as they can before the new company merges with it. Don't feel bad, as I own stock in that company as well. I'm just happy and feel secure that I own shares in AMAF, an entirely different situation than you and I got ourselves into on the other board. I guess we live and learn, right ?
Hey, stick around, grab some popcorn and get ready for the show. It's about to start.

Holy crap, check this out .........
Before AMAF's SEC filings last week, the previous quarterly filing was a 10-Q on 11-14-03 for the 3rd quarter of 2003. At this time, the company's O/S were 26.4 million, revenues $2.4 million for the quarter and a stock price of .25, even with a net loss of $272K for the quarter.
AMAF did about $10 million in revenue in 2003.
Value Financial Mortgage Services, Inc. exceeds $30 million annually.
AMAF had substantial debt.
The new AMAF (hopefully 'Value') only has $15K in liabilities.
The market cap at the time of the last SEC quarterly filing in 2003 was $6.6 million.
Today it's $562K
If today's market cap was $6.6 million, the price of the stock would be .176
But Wait !! ...........
The old company only did $10 million annually and wasn't even profitable. The new company is profitable (assuming 'Value Financial' is it) with 3 times the revenue of the old company.
Is it too far-fetched to multiply .17 X 3 ? A stock price of .51
Well if the new company is profitable and the old company wasn't, maybe we use an even greater multiple than 3 to equal things out.
Remember, all calculations above have already taken into consideration the increase in O/S from 26.4 million (3rd quarter of 2003) to 37.5 million today.
Boys .... I swear, we may be in for a huge surprise fairly soon. Here we are getting excited at .015 when we may be missing the big picture altogether.
Come on Nelson, deliver the goods. I could use a 51-bagger.
Mit einem Volumen von knapp 450k shares, ist der Kurs um 50% gestiegen.
Der float ist ja unbekannt und dürfte entsprechend gering sein...
