steckst halt nich drinne.

Zitat von donnerpower:Zitat von donnerpower: ...dürfte aber noch schwierig sein das Projekt zu verkaufen
Showing 97% IRR, 1.2 Year Payback and $45.4 Million NPV
March 6, 2013 - Firestone Ventures Inc. ("Firestone" or the "Corporation") (FV: TSX-V; F5V:FSE) is pleased to announce the results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") completed on its Torlon Hill Zinc-Lead-Silver Project located in Guatemala (the "Project") by ProMet Dadi Africa (Pty) Ltd. ("ProMet") based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The PEA outlines an operation with a 617,000 tonne per year throughput, projecting an after-tax 97% internal rate of return ("IRR") and an after-tax US $45.4 Million net present value ("NPV") at a 5% discount rate.
Firestone's plan is to construct the mine and mill facility that will produce a zinc concentrate and a silver-rich lead concentrate that will be direct shipped to market. Firestone continues to advance the social, environmental and technical aspects of the Project that will allow for the completion of a Feasibility Study and advance the project to production.
ProMet Study Base Case Highlights
-After-tax and after-royalty Net Present Value ("NPV") at a 5% discount rate of US$45.4 Million and an after-tax Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") of 97% that assumes expenditure and commissioning happen in the same year,
-Payback of 1.2 years after tax and after plant start-up,
-Initial capital cost ("Capex") of US$26 Million over a 12-month development period,
-An initial 5 year mine life from the mining and processing of three million tonnes at a processing rate of 617,000 tonnes per year from one open pit operation with a strip ratio estimate of 2.57:1,
-Life of Mine ("LOM") production of 106,392 tonnes of contained zinc metal, 42,979 tonnes of contained lead metal and 766,800 ounces of silver from the production of a zinc concentrate and a silver-rich lead concentrate,
-Estimated Operating Costs for the initial 5 year mine-life are $42.42/tonne,
-Commodity price assumptions for base case of $1.00/lb zinc, $1.00/lb lead and $30/ounce silver.
The PEA is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. There is no certainty that the estimates of the PEA will be realized.
Firestone's President and CEO, Pamela Strand commented, "The operation outlined by this PEA for the Torlon Hill Project indicates the potential for a fast track to market approach for our zinc project. The projected NPV, net cash flows, and relatively low capital costs arise from Firestone's advantages, including a deposit near significant infrastructure (including the Pan American highway, multiple ports and future hydro power). Our results to date, coupled with this engineering study make a compelling case for expediting the development of the Torlon Hill Project."
Economic Sensitivities
The economics of the Project are most sensitive to metal prices, recovery and the grade of the potentially mineable mineralization. The results of the sensitivity analysis are illustrated below.

Firestone Ventures Inc. Announces Debt Settlement for Shares
Firestone Ventures Inc. Announces Debt Settlement for Shares
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 11, 2017) -
NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES WIRE SERVICES OR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES
FIRESTONE VENTURES INC. ("Firestone" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:FV) is pleased to report that it has completed agreements to settle an aggregate of $474,840 of debt owed to a company controlled by a current director and a former officer of the Company, in consideration for the issuance to the creditors of an aggregate of 9,496,800 common shares of Firestone, ("Shares") at a deemed price of $0.05 per Share (the "Debt Settlement").
As part of the Debt Settlement, the Company has agreed to issue to Bambazonke Holdings Ltd., (the "Lender"), a company controlled by Dr. Keith Barron, Chairman and director of Firestone, a total of 9,096,800 Shares, making the beneficial holding of Dr. Barron approximately 19.85% on a fully diluted basis of 50,872,791 Shares that are expected to be issued and outstanding following the Debt Settlement. Prior to the Debt Settlement, Dr. Barron owned directly or indirectly no Shares of Firestone. In July 2016, Dr. Barron was granted 1,000,000 five-year stock options to purchase 1,000,000 common shares at $0.05 per Share. The Debt Settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and the Shares to be issued pursuant to the Debt Settlemwill be subject to a hold period of four months and one day.
Shares that will be acquired by Dr. Barron through the Lender, pursuant to the Debt Settlement, will be held for investment purposes, and depending on market and other conditions, both the Lender and/or Dr. Barron may from time to time in the future increase or decrease his ownership, control or direction over securities of the Company through market transactions, private agreements, or otherwise. The issuance of Shares to the Lender, pursuant to the Debt Settlement, constitutes a "related party transaction" as this term is defined in Multilateral Instrument 61-101 - Protection of Minority Securityholders in Special Transactions ("MI 61-101"). The Company relies on the exemption from valuation requirement pursuant to subsection 5.5(b) of MI 61-101, as the securities of the Company are not listed or quoted on enumerated stock exchanges, and the Company relies on the exemption from minority approval under subsection 5.7 (b) of MI 61-101, as the securities of Company are not listed or quoted on an enumerated exchange; neither consideration received, nor the fair value of the securities distributed exceeds $2,500,000; and at least two thirds of independent directors of the Company, voted in favour of the related party transaction.
Early Warning Reports
Dr. Barron is an insider of the Company, as this term is defined in the Securities Act, (Ontario) and in satisfaction of the requirements of the National Instrument 62-104 - Take-Over Bids And Issuer Bids and National Instrument 62-103 - The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, Early Warning Reports respecting the acquisition of Shares by Dr. Barron will be filed under the Company's SEDAR Profile at www.sedar.com. For the purposes of this notice, the address of Dr. Barron is 1010 - 8 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario M5C 1B5.
The Company proposes to complete a subsequent share for debt transaction whereby an additional $370,000 of indebtedness owed to the Lender and Dr. Barron will be settled through the issuance of Shares, also at the deemed price of $0.05 per Share (the "Proposed Debt Settlement"). It is expected that the issuance of Shares to the Lender and to Dr. Barron pursuant to the Proposed Debt Settlement will increase Dr. Barron's beneficial holdings in the Company to over 20% of the then issued and outstanding Shares on a fully diluted basis, thus making him a new Control Person, as defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Accordingly, the issuance of shares for debt that results in the creation of a Control Person requires the approval by the "disinterested vote" of the shareholders which the Company will seek at the upcoming meeting of shareholders. The Proposed Debt Settlement is also subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Just got of the phone with Ben Bell CEO of AUZ - As I have said before the reasons for me to invest in any company is
- good management -you feel you can trust to do the right think for shareholders
- a good product - in demand / profitable
- clear achievable plan of action
- run a "lean" company - treat shareholders money as they would treat their own
I feel AUZ is one of those companies and was happy with what I heard
Key points from discussion with Ben - no reason for drop in share price that he can see - they have the plan as laid out in shareholder communication and are working hard to achieve it - not delays foreseen at this point.
- No CR capital raises necessary until next year after they have all results for Flemington drill results and independent resource update and have sample from the demonstration plant ship to potential customers and potential customer feedback.
- They are talking to 2 brokers - research companies and they are looking at the company at the moment and will be doing walk throughs once the demonstration plant is complete - he hopes that these independent broker research reports and valuations will be issued by end of September.
This is the first time I have call the company and/ or spoken to Ben Bell CEO - I got the impression of a very straight forward friendly CEO willing to engage with shareholders, but focused on moving the company forward on the plan laid out - he does not follow hot copper - while he would like the share price higher to reflect the companies potential he realizes the only way to do that is to execute the plan and timelines.
