also erstens ist es schwammig, ob sie im zweiten oder dritten jahr steuern zahlen
(naja - aber erstmal gut, daß keine steuern im ersten jahr anfallen)

und zweitens:

also ich verstehe das so, daß peta dann z. b. im jahr 2012 die menge gold versteuern, die sie geschürft haben

ABER auf basis des heutigen goldpreises???

wenn das so ist, dann würde sich die goldpreisentwicklung ja noch viel extremer auf das ergebnis von peta niederschlagen.

es ist schon ein unterschied ob man für ein unze gold 700 oder 2000 dollar bekommt und diese aber in beiden fällen so besteuert, als ob sie 1240 dollar wert wäre.

hab ich das also richtig verstanden??

also um die 0,70cad wieder zu sehen müssen schon sehr schlechte q-zahlen kommen
und das glaube ich persönlich nicht
aber ich hoffe mal ende dieser woche sind wir schlauer

naja das kann man sehen wie man will
ich glaube nicht das peta wenn sie jetzt den mega gewinn machen würden sofort alle schulden zurück zahlen sonder das geld entweder wieder investieren oder halt rücklagen schaffen werden
und das mit dem steuererlaß ist dafür natürlich ein positiver nebeneffekt

wie weiter oben schon erwähnt, wir haben den 1 CAD nicht geschafft, also sehen wir 0,70 CAD wieder, oder auch nicht...lol...

hm, irgendwie gut, aber irgendwie auch nicht. hört sich so ein bissel an wie. es wird knapp die nächsten drei jahre wenn wir steuern zahlen müssen...

ich will aber saugute zahlen im 1 qb 2010...

The Panamanian government has decided to give a green light to Petaquilla Gold and its mining project, despite the objections of environmental groups in this country. The two institutions that regulate mining activity in Panama, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MICI) and the National Environmental Authority (ANAM), now appear to have coordinated between themselves in order to make the business of gold mining easier for Petaquilla. Trade Minister Roberto Henriquez confirmed yesterday that they approved - between November and late December 2009 - the governmental permit allowing Petaquilla to initiate full 100% commercial operations, to include the extraction, refining, and exportation of gold in Panama, in the district of Donoso of the province of Colón. Henriquez said the decision was made after the government was able to negotiate "better benefits" for the Panamanian state with Petaquilla. Petaquilla has promised to pay 4% of their gross revenue to the State by way of royalties once they start marketing gold, instead of the 2% established by the original contract. Moreover, Petaquilla agreed to pay income tax starting in the second or third year of operation, depending on the price of gold at the moment. The company will be allowed to pay off all existing loans before they are required to start payment of income taxes in Panama. Still, the National Association for the Conservation of Nature (ANCON), among other groups, says the income the government will receive from this mining activity remain insignificant compared to the environmental and socioeconomic damage the mine will cause. In contrast, the administrator of the Anam, Javier Arias, said yesterday that the Gold Petaquilla project is going down a "good path" and that now there is a "good relationship" between the regulator and the regulated. klingt erstmal ganz gut wobei ich jetzt nicht genau weiß ob tax deferment eine aussetzung ist die irgendwann zurück gezahlt werden muss oder komplett weg fällt

weiß da jemand mehr??
