MANACCOM TO PAY MAIDEN DIVIDEND FOLLOWING STRONG GROWTH

Leading Australian IT and e-commerce company, Manaccom Corporation Limited (ASX:MNL) today announced plans to pay a maiden dividend this year following strong growth and robust trading.

The inaugural dividend, representing at least 20% of net pofit after tax (NPAT), will be paid as final dividend later this year.

Manaccom said it proposed the payment of both an interim and final dividend in future years - each based on at least 20% of NPAT.

Mr Mike Veverka, CEO of Manaccom, said investors could expect a dividend in October 2008 of about one cent (1.0c) per share if NPAT for the full year to 30 June 2008 is at the upper end of the current guidance ($1.3 to $2.0 million).

"The successful acquisition of Manaccom Pty Ltd in September last year, and robust trading since then, have delivered stability in the Company and this has been the catalyst for our maiden dividend payment," Mr Veverka said.

"The Company's operations have matured and we expect profits to be sustainable in the future. In these circumstances the Directors consider it appropriate to commence paying dividends", he said.

The Company currently has 43,045,978 shares on issue following its recent successful and continuing share buy-back which has been put on hold pending this announcement.

Acquistion Opportunities

As announced previously, the Company is continuing to actively seek further acquisition opportunities to accelerate the rate of growth. Directors are currently reviewing a number of proposals with synergies with the either the distribution and software publishing division or the online division.

Manaccom Corporation Limited is divided into three divisions.
Online Lottery Division. This division is involved in the sale of Australian lottery tickets from www.ozlotteries.com and from a number of outlets in Pacific countries such as Fiji, Samoa and Norfolk Island. Key relationships include Tattersalls and NSW Lotteries Corporation.

Software Publishing Division. This division publishes and markets popular software titles through large retailers and independent resellers. UPGRADED FORECAST

Leading Australian IT and e-commerce company, Manaccom Corporation Limited, today announced an upgraded forecast for the 2008 financial year following record sales in April 2008. The new range for net profit after tax is between $1.7 million and $2.3 million. The following table summarises the revised forecast.

OzLotteries.com and ninemsn sign Partnership Agreement

Australia's leading online media company, ninemsn, has signed a partnership agreement with OzLotteries.com, the popular online lottery division of Australian IT and e-commerce company, Manaccom Corporation Limited (ASX: "MNL").

Under the agreement, OzLotteries.com will operate a co-branded version of its website featuring ninemsn branding, which will be prominently featured on ninemsn.com.au and its associated websites.

The new co-branded website is scheduled for release in time for the $19 million Superdraw on May 31. The site will be accessible from www.ninemsn.com.au and also ninemsn.ozlotteries.com.au.

"Our new partnership with ninemsn is another significant milestone for Manaccom as it takes the potential audience for OzLotteries.com to an unprecendented level," Manaccom's CEO, Mr Mike Veverka, said today.

"Ninemsn enjoys a reputation as Australia's Number 1 online media compay, with over 8.2 million users each month," he said.

"Through the co-branded website, ninemsn's audience will be able to join OzLotteries.com and buy a suite of Australian lottery games, as well as utilise its industry-leading lottery services."

Conclusion of the Yahoo!7 Agreement

As announced in September 2007, OzLotteries.com and Yahoo!7 signed an alliance agreement for OzLotteries.com to operate the Yahoo!7 Lotto website. This agreement has concluded.

New Tattersall's Agreement to 2013

Leading Australian IT and e-commerce company Manaccom Corporation Limited (ASX:MNL) is pleased to announce that a new reseller agreement has been signed wth Tattersall's extending the relationship to June 30, 2013.

The reseller agreement replaces the existing agreement that was in place until 2010 and gives the Company the continued right to sell lottery tickets via the web at www.ozlotteries.com and also via the Company's network of lottery terminals throughout the Pacific.

The agreement was signed with Tattersalls Sweep's Pty Ltd (a subsidiary of Tatts Group Limited) to comply with Tattersalls' revised lottery license with the Victorian Government.


"I am pleased to continue our relationship with Tattersall's for another 5 years until 2013", said Mr Mike Veverka, CEO of Manaccom.

"The longer agreement is testament to the system improvements and sales increases we have achieved since acquiring TMS in 2005", he said.

Record Profit and Maiden Dividend

Leading Australian IT and e-commerce company, Manaccom Corporation Limited (ASX:MNL), today announced a record net profit after tax (NPAT) of $2.73 million and revenue of $37.8 million for the 2008 financial year.

The Company also confirmed a maiden 1.0c dividend would be paid being 100% franked, representing a 4% yield based on yesterday's closing share price of 25c.

The results include a deferred tax adjustment that increased the NPAT by $765,967. Without this provision, NPAT would have been $1.96 million which is within the Company's forecast range of $1.7 to $2.3 million.

"Our record result was driven by the successful acquisition of Manaccom Pty Ltd, as well as strong growth in the online division," said Manaccom Corporation Limited CEO, Mr Mike Veverka.
