As for the dial-around compensation case - APCC has already has reached agreements through negotiations to settle pending litigation generating over $6.5 million in unpaid compensation against four of the smaller telecommunications carriers (Compass Global, Woodcliff Lake, NJ; CVT Prepaid Solutions, Inc., Great Neck, NY; Next-G Communications, Houston, TX; and Dollar Phone, Brooklyn, NY) for the collection of dial-around compensation. Parts of the settlements address ongoing future payment obligations to payphone operators. APCC expects to work with more carriers to resolve past payment issues as well as future compensation arrangements.

APCC is ensuring that its customers (MobilePro\'s Davel having the largest claim) receive all the compensation they are entitled to, and will not shrink from using the legal processes to vindicate those rights. These settlements should make it clear that APCC Services stands ready to resolve past payment issues on a reasonable business-to-business basis. And, it should also be abundantly clear that any carriers and prepaid card providers that would continue today to resist meeting their payment obligations have absolutely no business being allowed to operate any longer in the United States in violation of their clear responsibilities under the law. Hopefully, the FCC will move swiftly against those who continue to thumb their noses at their obligations.

MobilePro has claims of around $50 Million in total unpaid compensation and court mandated interest against a number of telecommunication carriers. APCC will attempt to reach agreements to settle pending litigation with the other telecommunication carriers or seek swift jury trials that could result in much larger settlements for their customers.

      Seit gestern absolut fette Umsätze.
Nun bin ich ja mal gespannt wo die Reise hin geht. Tiefer geht es ja nicht mehr.
