Significant Progress Being Made at Rambler's Copper Gold Projects

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and BAIE VERTE, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR--(Marketwire - June 28, 2011) - Rambler Metals and
Mining plc (TSX VENTURE:RAB)(AIM:RMM) ('Rambler' or the 'Company') is pleased to provide this update on each of its
copper and gold projects on the Baie Verte Peninsula.

      HIGHLIGHTS

      Ming Mine

-- Project construction remains on schedule for first production in the
      second half of 2011
-- Multiple headings of pre-production development to the ore bodies
continuing with ore now being stockpiled while the Nugget Pond
concentrator remains on the critical path to production
-- Construction of the concentrate storage facility at Goodyear's cove is
underway and is expected to be completed well in advance of the first
      concentrate production
-- Workforce increased to 108 employees in total and expected to grow ahead
      of full production

      Nugget Pond Crown Pillar

-- Mining and milling of the crown pillar is now complete. After refining
and cleanout a total of 1053 gold ounces were recovered. The total all
in cash cost was $ 401 per ounce providing the Company with a net profit
of CAD $ 1,132,437 from the operation

      Tilt Cove East Mine

-- Transportation and processing of the Tilt Cove stockpile to the Nugget
Pond mill began early June. To date 5424 tonnes of material have been
processed at an average feed grade of 2.64 g/t gold with an estimated
recovery of 92%. Processing is expected to continue throughout the
summer until construction of the new concentrator is completed and ready
      for commissioning

George Ogilvie, President and CEO commented:

"The Company is making good progress in bringing the Ming Mine into production in the second half of 2011.

We anticipate the mining of the Tilt Cove East deposit will be as successful as the Nugget Pond Crown Pillar, creating
another net profit for the Company. We expect the net profit from these satellite deposits, and toll milling contracts
as a whole, will more than payback the CAD $3.5M Rambler paid for the mill in 2009.

In the coming months we will ramp up our labour force in preparation for full production. Shortly we will turn our
attention to signing an off-take agreement for our valuable concentrate; we are well positioned with numerous offers on
the negotiating table. We will also be advancing our engineering studies for the Lower Footwall Zone which we see as an
integral part of our Phase II expansion plans.

Over the longer term we remain bullish on copper and gold while we continue to develop our operations in stable
      jurisdictions; namely in Canada."

Sandstorm Gold Announces 44 Metres of 4.94 g/t and a Drill Program Extension at Luna Gold's Aurizona Mine

      Jun. 28, 2011 (Marketwire Canada) --

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- Sandstorm Gold Ltd. ("Sandstorm") (TSX VENTURE:SSL) is pleased to announce that drilling from the Aurizona Mine, owned and operated by Luna Gold Corp. ("Luna") (TSX VENTURE:LGC) has reported positive assay results from eight new holes. Significant mineralized intercepts are:

      32.00 metres @ 2.78 g/t Au including 1.00 metre @ 6.62 g/t Au and 6.50 metres @ 7.10 g/t Au in BRAZD304

      44.00 metres @ 4.94 g/t Au including 0.50 metres @ 21.40 g/t Au, 0.50 metres @ 14.35 g/t Au and 5.00 metres @ 30.51 g/t Au in BRAZD306

      17.00 metres @ 5.18 g/t Au including 3.50 metres @ 12.71 g/t Au and 2.00 metres @ 14.32 g/t Au in BRAZD314

"The drill results that we continue to receive from Luna point to a potential extension of the current mine life," said Sandstorm President & CEO Nolan Watson. "We eagerly anticipate the release of the Aurizona resource upgrade expected in the fourth quarter of this year."

In accordance with Sandstorm's gold purchase agreement with Luna, Sandstorm is entitled to purchase 17% of the life of mine gold produced from the Aurizona Mine at a per ounce price equal to the lesser of US$400 and the then prevailing market price.

Of the current 20,000 metre drill program, which commenced in August 2010, assays from 39 holes totaling 10,668 metres have been received and samples from 10 additional holes are currently at the assay lab. The most recent assay results are for eight drill holes totaling 2236 metres drilled on six sections covering a strike extent of 900 metres in the west central portion of the Piaba deposit. In seven holes, core was not recovered from surface. All drill holes intersected considerable zones of gold mineralization and the deposit remains open at depth on all sections. Based on the success of the current program and the potential to increase resources at the Piaba deposit, Luna has extended the current drill program by 20,000 meters.

On a cash flow basis Sandstorm is already the cheapest of the streamers/royalties. I;m not sure if you;ve been paying attention to whats been going on with some of the stream they have. This is what;s happened in 2011:

      1) The biggest is probably the St. Elena 4-phase expansion plan. Silver crest will first increase tonnage to 2,500 tpd -increasing annual production to 40k oz annually. Mill optimization and new processing facility will further increase tonnage to 3,500 tpd and bring production to 55,000-60,000 annually (2012-2013). Finally they will construct and U/G mine ( no numbers out yet) so I will just estimate 10,000-15,000 (2013-2014), bringing production to between 65,000 - 75,000.
      2) Recent release by Mentanor showing bachelor lake can achieve 60k oz production running at just 65% capacity, production increases expected to be announced following resource update. They should be running at 100% within 3-4 years, or 90-100k oz of production annually.
      3) Brigus, though not announced yet do ongoing studies of mill optimization will increase mill capacity by at least 30%, bringing black fox to between 140-145k+ of production annually (2013-2014).
      4) Aurizona continue to display great drill results and a high likilihood of an U/G mine in the future.

In other words, St. Elena = +8-10k additional att ounces
Menator - Up to 8k additional att ounces
